Hi guys, I'm looking to install a long range dual-band radio transceiver set. Would you know where I can buy one? I heard it might be illegal in Singapore, as it's not approved by IDA. If so, then I will need to buy it from Malaysia. I'm using it for a long-distance overseas trip, will take it off when I'm driving in Singapore. Can I get any shops here to install it for me? It's the kind with a base unit, a hand set, and an external antenna. Please let me know if you can recommend an installer. Thanks very much in advance! -

I wanna add a mid base speaker to my set up. But not sure if my current system can support. If can, any mid to recommand? No need super duper type, should be about the same range as my current set up. Hope the Gurus here can advice. Hi folks, my Mazda Protege is currently in it's third year. I am thinking of changing to a conti for my next car. However, don't think will move to Beemer, merc or Audi level yet. So would like some suggestions on a mid-range conti car. Ex. 1600CC level. Renault Megane? Ford Focus? Btw, is it true that Conti generally got more servicing problems and cost of servicing much higher? Can ex-Jap car owners care to share your thoughts on your current conti rides? Pros-and-cons? Just got word that there are some synthetic multigrade oils that are almost like straight weight oil. They are: Mobil 1 10W30 Castrol SLX-A3 0W30 (explains why the wear is so low in when it is used) Redline 5W20 and 10W30 Amsoil ACD 10W30 They are synthetic oil that are like straight weights because their VII is very very low but still qualify as multigrade. These oil have very high HTHS.

fiat is gonna have a few new models.... fiat: panda 4x4 - looks much sportier! grande punto 3 door - chio sia. grande punto 5 door - sweet. new doblo - van sorry i don't have photots on the new fiat doblo, but the new one is definitely much better than the old one. fiat has came a long way, and i think that fiat has absolutely did it. the grande punto is fantastic with everyone going GAGA over the maserati like car. the panda 4x4 can be a challenge to suzuki's ignis sport, the new doblo can also "fight" with renault's kangoo. fiat's stilo abarth michael schumacher's edition is another fantastic car. tell me about how you feel about fiat, their new cars, and how fiat has changed from the past. if you have pictures to add, please do, as there are some fiat fans out there like me.

I am using the NXT Car Wash which is very good. Thought of trying the NXT Tech Wax. Anyone care to comment on it or any NXT products you have used?

Hi Bros, After looking high and low for Meguiars Professional #26 Hi Tech Yellow Wax and #16 Paste Wax I finally found the only place that have them and the rest of the the full Meguiars range! Its the distributer Hypercoat Pte Ltd located at No.1 Loyang Way 6. The #26 costs $21 and the #16 costs $25. Note that they have no showroom area u will have to walk up to the 2nd floor and enter their office and say that u want to buy meguiars product. Also look out for the arrival of the new NXT Paste Wax in the next few months. Cheers!

Hi members, I saw the Black Skoda Octavia at the Car-nival last weekend. Brand new one priced at 91K, pretty exp. The SE told me that thats the Ambiente series. I checked out the classified ads and saw some 00 & 01 Octy , upon enquiring some told me theirs is Classic, some are Elegance series. Could anyone enlighten me what are the diff between Classic, Elegance & Ambiente ? Thanks
