  1. Abusing my mod powers here! I am looking for a ZC32 Suzuki Swift Sport, preferably in manual but auto will do just fine! If you or someone you know has one to sell (and not at exorbitant prices), please slide into my DMs! I've been searching high and low for the past few months on Sgcarmart and Carousell, and my luck hasn't been the greatest. I did stumble upon one listing on Sgcarmart that was reasonably priced, but it was snatched up within two days of me seeing it. Talk about bad timing! 😩 My current Swift is heading into the scrapyard next year, and I'm in desperate need for another car. So please, if you have any leads on a ZC32 Suzuki Swift Sport at a fair price, don't hesitate to DM me! ❤️
  2. Hi All Suzuki Swift - Any pocket friendly car service center near Bukit Panjang area or near by ? Thanks in advance to all C Saha
  3. The following incident is quite a handful, featuring an inconsiderate Suzuki swift driver, the Suzuki's 'guai-lan' passenger and a very angry cam car driver. Watch the it here: What Happened? The incident occurred at an open-air carpark. For some reason, the female Suzuki Swift driver decided to drive out of the parking lot to the middle of the road for her passenger (likely her son) to load groceries into the car. Just then, the cam car driver that was parked opposite the Suzuki Swift wanted to drive off, only to be blocked by the Suzuki Swift. There was nothing the cam car driver could do but watch the male passenger load up the groceries into the Suzuki Swift. At this point, the cam car driver started to get annoyed by the pair's inconsiderate and selfish act. After turning out to the main road of the carpark, the cam car driver meets the male passenger again - this time, on his way to return the trolley. Upon realising the cam car was trailing closely behind him, the male passenger turned around and started making hand gestures to the cam car. Moments later, he suddenly stopped walking, which caused the cam car to gently 'bump' into him (?). The male passenger immediately whips out his mobile phone to take pictures of the cam car and film him. And even as the male passenger was filming the cam car, the obviously infuriated cam car driver decided to intimidate him by inching forward, nearly hitting the youth once again. In retaliation to the cam car's intimidation, the youth gently slides the trolley towards the cam car, which knocks into the cam car's front bumper. It is uncertain how the incident ended. Regardless, both parties were definitely in the wrong. One party lacked the graciousness and upbringing, while the other decided to take matters into his own hands and attempted to intimidate the youth by inching his car towards him. What do you think? Netizens' Comments This would be a funny😂 But I think he might have really been knocked into tho. But his reaction still GTG lah🥴 Need to ownself check ownself first. ========= Be the first to get the latest road/ COE news, and get first dibs on exclusive promos and giveaways in our Telegram SGCM Community. 4. As per title, I can't shift my car out of park position and so I've been using the shift lock override to shift it out of park for the past one week. Googled around and found a few possibilities for this. Wondering if this is a common problem. Car is currently at my workshop getting diagnosed. 1. Incline Induced Pawl Pressure - happens when your car is parked on an incline, not for my case 2. Brake switch failure - I checked and my brake lights are working as they should 3. Faulty Shift Interlock Solenoid 4. Malfunctioning Ignition Switch 5. Open circuit in the shift interlock electrical system
  5. In this video, The Suzuki Swift driver is driving on a downhill course along South Buona Vista Road, also known among the driving community as as 99 Bends or "Gao Zhup Gao Wan" in Hokkien. Watch the video here: The driver loses control after a long left curve, which has a decreasing radius that requires drivers to slow down. As seen above: Speed regulating strips to tell the driver to slow down. The Suzuki Swift seems to be catching up to the car infront, but it lost control at the end of this curve, then skidded and crashed into the barrier just opposite the bus stop. Here's the route that the driver was on, and the location of the crash site: Source: Google Maps We hope the driver is okay - and please drive with care next time. Thankfully, there were no pedestrians nearby. Netizens also have some comments about the driver:
  6. Hi guys, would like to know if it is possible / legal to turbo charge a 09/10 suzuki swift sport? mainly to achieve the turbo flutter sound (sutututu). any inputs are welcomed.
  7. hi. not sure if i correct. am sending to a account in taiwan. far eastern international Bank if transferring fund, if receipient bank SWIFT code is provided, is it still necessary to give clearing code?
  8. Now this is not very smart. Thanks to social media apps like Instagram allowing news to spread like bush fire, you now best keep your 'bad' stuff to yourself... Check out this video of some mates videoing themselves going at high speed on our expressways in the wee morning of 10th May 2020. As seen on SG Road Vigilante, this insta story posted by n1zem, shows them going as fast as 180km/h in their Suzuki Swift Sport. Granted, the roads are pretty empty as we are in the midst of the Circuit Breaker period but there is still no reason for going this fast. For those who are wondering, 'Naked Crew" is a local car group and they can be found on Instagram. As usual, the comments by netizens are harsh and probably a bit hurtful. 1.mp4
  9. Suzuki Swift Extreme Concept Impresses With Striking Looks source: https://www.carscoops.com/2019/12/suzuki-swift-extreme-concept-premieres-in-thailand-with-striking-looks/ Suzuki has unveiled a bold Swift-based concept car at the ongoing Thailand Motor Expo 2019 fittingly dubbed the Swift Extreme Concept. While the Suzuki Swift has a unique character and style, it’s far from the most exciting small car on the market. To give the hatchback some life, Suzuki went to town with a series of bold exterior upgrades. Starting at the front, you will find a revised fascia incorporating a blacked-out grille, bespoke air intakes, and a new splitter, as well as a curvaceous hood with sharp air vents. Then we get to the sides, where the concept it stands out from all other Swift models before it thanks to gloss black front and rear wheel fender flares that give the car a fresh new stance. Complementing the new arches are enlarged silver sports wheels with low-profile tires. Rounding out the modifications are a series of upgrades made to the rear fascia, a large spoiler stretching out from the roof and a secondary spoiler that sits between the taillights. There is also a body-colored diffuser and square tailpipes (which may or may not be functional). Heavily tinted windows prevented attendees from seeing if any changes were made to the concept’s interior, while there’s also no word on whether the concept sports any performance upgrades.
  10. Hi, Would like to check if CM models ZC31S original audio system is able to connect bluetooth & play music. Thanks in advance !
  11. Suzuki has released a new limited edition model of its Swift Sport for the people living in the Netherlands with quite a few upgrades. For those who don't ride, the name Katana is one of the company’s most iconic motorcycles launched in 1981, which also happened to make a return for 2019. Paying tribute to the Suzuki Katana motorcycle, the warm hatch is only available in Premium Silver Metallic and Super Black Pearl. Other than the decals and graphics shown in the photos, it is cool to note that each car will have a serial number near its c-pillar too. Moving on to the more interesting upgrades, the car gets black OZ 18-inch wheels wrapped with Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tyres, grey bumper trims and side skirts with a carbon fiber look. It also receives a lowered adjustable suspension, a strut bar, and an upgraded exhaust system. Unfortunately, there is no mention any increase in horsepower. Inside, a thicker sports steering wheel with a Katana badge and partial leather seats with embroidered Katana lettering provide some of the larger change. Owners might also be able to spoil several other Katana symbols around the car's floor mats and trimmings. Only 30 units will be built and the car will only be available in The Netherlands.

  15. Since this is a new model, I think it warranty a new thread to set it apart from the old Swifts The official announcement with happen at Frankfurt Motorshow next week. Anyone as hyped up as me? The info we know so far: Car is slightly larger than previous Swifts, but you cannot tell unless you compare side by side. 1.4 Direct Injected intercooled (front mounted) Turbo, Euro 6 compliant 140ps @ 5500rpm 230nm @ 2500-3500rpm (That's higher than normal turbo range, optimized more for performance) 970kg for MT, 990kg for AT 6MT or tipronic 6AT(They ditched the CVT) 17" rims cruise control and Bluetooth with LED display fabric and leather hybrid sport seats Collision mitigation for higher JDM spec, not sure if it will come locally. JDM release date this Month 2017 so PI can start bringing them soon. 0-100 not recorded but based on specs and weight should be in the sub-7 secs The cheapest trim is selling at 1.7 milllion yen, after conversion is around $21kSGD for the OMV.Based calculations of PARF and current cat B COE, the car should be around 120k bracket plus minus. Anyone's radar on this? Close up Interior Zhnged version
  16. Its been a couple of days since Suzuki released the first official photo of the their new warm hatch. Here are more leaked photos of the car... As seen on paultan.org, the leaked brochure revealed a few key features of the new Swift Sport. One of the key difference between the base Swift and the Swift Sport was the dual exhaust outlets that were present in both previous generations. It appears here again in the upcoming generation. Inside, the interior gets some spicing up with a red strip stretching across the whole width of the dashboard with the speedometer and rev counter also gaining some red highlights. Eagle-eyed spotters will also notice the flat-bottomed steering and the sporty bucket-like seats in the photos. Also in the article, the car is said get a 1.4-litre turbo four petrol that outputs 148bhp. Torque is rated at 245Nm and stays at that output from 1,500rpm-4,000rpm. The car is available with a six-speed manual and six-speed automatic.
  17. Suzuki has released the first official photo for the all new Swift Sport. Set to make its debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show in a few month's time, the car looks pretty much similar to the normal Swift other than the rims and the more aggressive bumper. No other details were released from Suzuki but the car is expected to weigh under 900kg, which is significantly lighter than the previous generation by nearly 200kg. It is also expected to be powered by a 1.4-litre turbocharged inline four that it shares with the Vitara S. It makes around 140bhp in the small SUV.
  18. I'm driving a swift sport zc31 manual. My clutch slip when I accelerate over 3k rpm. The acceleration comes in after a delay of about 2sec. When I floor, the Rpm will rise like it's in neutral gear and then will go down and accelerate the speed. I just changed a recon gearbox and new clutch kit 2 mths ago. Went back to the workshop and they told me it's normal cuz I changed a normal clutch, if I change a racing clutch then won't have this problem. Anyone can help on this?
  19. Hi, which of the above choices will you get for car about 9 year old, be it an OPC or normal plate. Please advise...
  20. Suzuki has revealed its all new Swift ahead of the Geneva Motor Show for its home market. Looking like a sleeker evolution of its predecessor, the new car looks more menacing to us thanks to it being very slightly longer (+10mm) and shorter ( -10mm). Three engine options are available. Starting with the base engine, a 1.2-litre 90bhp twin-injector Dualjet NA four-cylinder can be found in the cheapest variant while eco-minded buyers will want a mild hybrid version of the same engine that is paired with a 3bhp/50Nm DC synchronous electric motor. The hybrid variant is said to be able to do better than 25km/L. Keen drivers will be more interested in the last engine found in the RSt variant though. Also a three cylinder, this turbocharged 1.0-litre Boosterjet engine puts out a decent 101bhp and 150Nm of torque from 1,700 to 4,500 rpm. It should make the new Swift, which is said to weigh between 840kg and 970kg, pretty brisk. Sadly, the turbo model only comes with a six-speed automatic. The new Swift is set to go on sale in Japan on January 4 ahead of its global debut at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show in March.
  21. Spotted floating around on the net, a low resolution photo of the next generation Suzuki Swift has been leaked. Looking pretty close to the renderings shown earlier in the year, the car has been given a fresh look that differs from the current car. The most distinctive feature of its face is the new grill which occupies most the car's front, giving the car a wider stance. The headlights have become more angular than the current car too. We can't say much about the rest of the car given that this is the only photo available, but judging from what we have, it is clear that the new Swift appears less cutesy and more grown up. Powertrain wise, expect the new Swift to use a mild hybrid system that can also found in the Ignis and Baleno. Whether we will get the new 1.0-litre turbocharged engine remains to be seen.
  22. As reported by Carscoops, Suzuki's well-loved warm hatch, the Swift Sport, has been spotted testing on European roads. With the all new Swift due for launch at this September's Paris Motor Show, this heavily camoflauged test mule has given us a little preview of how the upcoming car will look like. Expect the souped up hatch to look more aggressive than the base Swift as shown in the photos. Similar cues found on the current Swift Sport can be seen here too. They include the pronounced front lip spoiler, twin exhaust pipes and five lug nuts wheels. Powering the new car will be a turbocharged 1.4-litre that is expected to output around 140bhp, slightly more than what the current car has. A six-speed manual transmission should come as standard. For those who want one, it should be on sale after mid-2017.
  23. Guys , I am going to renewal my COE which is expiring this month. I am thinking of replacing to new body kit with a fresh coat of different color paint for whole car. Is it cheaper to do it in Johor than Singapore? Any recommend shop which are famous for Singapore car in Johor?
  24. Scooped via autoexpress, the next generation Suzuki Swift has been leaked. The new car is set to be officially revealed by the end of this year and has cues of the iK-2 Concept. It retains most of the current Swift's overall look but gets a sharper styling thanks to redesigned headlights, grille and front bumper. A hidden rear door handle and an unusually styled C-pillar feature too. The new Swift could get a new 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine while the Swift Sport, which is expected to be ready in 2017, could get a 1.4-litre turbo unit attached to a six-speed manual.
