Hello... I m with DirectAsia for 2 yrs liao and just receive their letter for renewal (Auto renew on 15/5 if I didn't reply) I tried the Aviva online quote and was quoted ard $150 cheaper. Is Aviva ok? Or anyone have better recommendation ma? TIA!

For BKE, the ERP rates will go up by 50 cents and S$1 for different periods in the morning. From 7:30am to 9am, the ERP rate will be S$2; and from 9am to 9:30am, it will be S$1. For the four gantries at the Southbound CTE after Braddell Road and PIE Slip Road into Southbound CTE, the ERP rate will be S$5 from 8:30am to 9am. From 9am to 9:30am, the ERP rate will be S$2. Along the Nicoll Highway, there will not be any ERP charge from 7:30am to 8am. From 8am to 8:30am, motorists will pay S$2, down 50 cents from the current ERP rate. I know this happens often on our roads filled with rude drivers, but this one really makes me angry. This lane merge is already so dangerous, this taxi still squeeze in. If I did not siam him, already bang. Make me really pissed off that I am going to write into Comfort. I don't usually do this kind of thing one because it's their rice bowl, but I think this cabbie deserves the s--t.

I do not normally start It related thread, but Chrome have given me so much problems that I decide to dump it once & for all & go back to Internet Explorer, & never been happier. Chrome issues: -Constant crushes - Simple functions not working, e.g like the normal 'reply' in MCF (I can only use the fast reply), worst when you have to fill up some forms for credit cards or something. You just never know when it will fail. - Facebook act weird, & sometime even typing a simple comment is a challenge, as many times, part of the comment box are hidden. Sometimes, top bar (where you can select log out or view messages) are hidden as well. - Flash keep crushing ( I looked into this soultion, but the problem keep coming back) - Slow down, & taking too much resources Now back to Internet Explorer(ie), after manually paste my bookmarks, Internet work so much better. Anyone have the same experience? By the way, I am using IE 9 on Windows 7 home edition.

Four of the affected gantries are located on the southbound CTE after Braddell Road. From 7.30am to 800am, the ERP charge will go up by $1 to $4. Two other affected gantries are located at Fort Road leading to the ECP and the KPE slip road onto the ECP. From 8.30am to 9am, the ERP charge will go up by $1 to $5. The rates for the other gantries remain unchanged. Uncle driving an old school dark blue Mercedes beat the red lights at the junction of Bt Batok East Ave 2 and East Ave 3. When the cars horned at him, he showed the finger. I didn't manage to catch his VRN, but I think I saw "SCE..." Anyone out there has some super power video-editing software which can hopefully see his plate number? Otherwise, is there anything I can do to report him?
