  1. Sharing. Today I met this driver, in front of my car, upon exit gantry at one of the shopping mall, that he held up so many people as he has insufficient cash card. He was so unreasonable as he wanted to reverse and i have to reverse and the cars behind me all have to reverse. He said that he has the right to do so , so that he can top up the card. Hence i make it a point to have a spare cash card so that in such a situation I can use it. Such inconsiderate driver he was .
  2. Anyone frequent MY and brought their prepaid card before? Which is the most value for money and can last the longest after top up? Today went in and saw Digi shop, so went to ask. 11. Usually if you make payment thru internet transfer/ AXS/ Cheque on the due date itself, will be be charge a late payment fee? I've done that so many years for other bank CC but have not been charge a late payment charges, but this #%#%$ OCBC charged me for late payment even if I make the payment on the due date itself. OCBC explanation was that even if I make payment on the due date, but the fund will take 2-3working days to reach the bank. Which means I have to make the payment few days before the due date. This is so stupid! Then y not they move forward the due date and cater that allowance time on their side instead of having the customer to calculate the time needed for the fund to reach the bank??

Still short of the last 1(Seng Kang) http://spc-2015.wizwerx.com/promotion/peel-win-with-posb-everyday-card Any fellow MCF-ers got the remaining card? Maybe can share and go collect prize money together?
  20. My habit has been not to redeem the rebate amount when using my POSB Everyday card for petrol payment. Just realised the other day that it has accumulated to close to $1000! Working backward, I would have pumped $1000/6% = $16k of petrol to accumulate this rebate amount! Just curious anyone can do better? I am actually quite proud of this as I believe most would just redeem the rebate after hitting certain amount for whatever reasons. |Anyway bear in mind this is just a trivial thing, nothing outstanding haha. Just need abit of discipline to achieve - 3 years + to be exact. Those who have been using the card for other expenses would have taken a shorter time to achieve it.

Yahoo : New holographic warrant card to prevent police imposters All police officers will carry a new warrant card with enhanced security features from 1 March to prevent identity fraud by police imposters. These cards will be held by all regular, volunteer and full time national service police officers, operationally ready police national servicemen and auxiliary police officers, the police said in a statement on Monday (29 Feb). When the warrant card is tilted at an angle, it will show the holographic word “POLICE” below an officer’s photograph. The right side of the card will also show five holographic police crests. If members of the public are approached by anyone who claims to be a police officer, the police advised them to look out for the security features in the warrant card or call “999” for assistance when in doubt. link : https://sg.news.yahoo.com/new-police-warrant-card-to-prevent-imposters-114038656.html
