hello bros, i heard from a friend that if you get a class 2B licence after you hold a class 3 licence for more than a year, your demerit points limit will be reset to 12 again because class 2B and class 3 shares the same demerit points system. is this still true now? even if this is true... there's no need to put on the P plate on your car even though your demerit points limit is reset to 12 right? (but of course u still gotta put on your P plate if u're riding a bike) -
It leaves a nice durable gloss on exterior trim during hot days, however look at what happens in the wet. It streaks and oily stains are left on the paint, whats worst is that the entire trim will have white stains all over. Will be trying out a dressing from CG this weekend, check back here for updates.

I have a friend who is learning driving and gettings a class 3A(auto) license. We were discussing away on the kind of cars she can drive...and mentioned some of the sports cars like EVO x, WRX, GT-R, R8, etc... what came into our minds, is that these cars mechanically have clutches but doesn't have a clutch pedal, and can be shifted like a manual car. Be be sport shift, s-shift, paddle shift or SST. Based on LTA, Class 3A mean allow to drive a motorcar without a clutch pedal. Since these car are without a clutch, that means it's ok to drive right? Even though can shift to play manual mode. Any 3A holders driving such cars? Care to comment?

This DJ Glenn Ong is encouraging lorry, van and truck drivers to speed, at 75km/h they are too slow! I hope the traffic police are listening...

Dunno about the US, but in Singapore the CLK was about 30% expensive than E Class if compared with same engine... The current Mercedes-Benz CLK is something of an enigma - built around the C-Class platform, styled like the E-Class, and priced in between the two, the car sits in its own unique segment and has no direct competition from its German rivals. Its sales history has been a strong success, especially in the U.S., but reports are surfacing that the German carmaker is planning to end the CLK name and instead brand its successor as an ‘E-Class’ Coupe and Convertible. This latest spy photo, which comes by way of Benz Insider, reveals the car with almost no camouflage save for some mild cover on the front and rear fascias. Because previous spy photos were nearly as bare, the new photo reveals little in the way of new information but it does show the car's lines uninterrupted and unmarred. The lack of any obscuring material does seem to accentuate the rear fender flare somewhat more, though it may also be a trick of the light in this particular photo. In the press release for the ConceptFASCINATION Mercedes-Benz states that its designers are working on a ‘future E-Class Coupe.’ This goes towards explaining why Mercedes would drop such an important nameplate - the main reason is that the car’s successor will be based on the same platform that will underpin the next-generation E-Class due this year. Meanwhile, near production-ready test mules for the E-Class Coupe and Cabrio have also been spotted near Mercedes headquarters in Germany and give us a clue as to what the final car will look like. As expected, the car draws heavily from the recent ConceptFASCINATION, while in keeping with its more upmarket positioning a new folding metal roof will come standard with the Cabrio. Powertrains should include the new 272hp (203kW) 3.5L V6 engine as well as Mercedes’ 5.5L V8 for the E500 Coupe flagship. An even more powerful AMG version is guaranteed; sporting a 481hp (359kW) version of the hand built 6.2L V8 engine. The E-Class Coupe will be offered with optional 4Matic AWD and could possibly come with a new mild-hybrid option further down the track. The decision to move the CLK to the E-Class platform will allow Mercedes to introduce a new entry-level coupe and convertible based on the C-Class, finally providing the carmaker with a direct competitor to BMW’s popular 3-series two-door models. The story doesn’t end there, however, as Mercedes is also expected to launch a new ‘shooting brake’ model based on the ConceptFASCINATION. The car will be the first production model based on the new E-Class platform - in the same way that the A5 Coupe was the first iteration of Audi’s new modular platform used in the A4 and future A6 – and is first expected to appear in showrooms early this year.

Was on the way home with daddy and saw this Blue E class mount the central divider of Serangoon Gardens at the Prata Shop there. He could have either missed the turn into the prata and thought the turn into the Bus lane was the correct one. Whole poor E class whacked the kerb and buanged the railings. Front bumper tio, undercarriage sure kena one. Whole car on grass verge Singapore Gaberment sure claim him jialat jialat, the green railings all fell. Knocked down one road sign So sorry No Picture as raining heavily and hp wasn't with me. Very young driver with P plate. Sigh. Daddy sure scold him for sure. On the other hand, Poor E class! =( Anyone saw it?

In the wake of the economic downturn, it has been reported that help would now be given not just to the low (income) class but also the middle class (specifically, the low-middle class). In the same report, the low (income) class was defined as a family with a total household income of $1500 and below, while the low-middle class was defined as those with a total household income of $1501-$2500. Not too long ago, during the foreign-workers-domitory-in-Serangoon-Gardens saga, it was reported that those staying in the landed properties in Serangoon Gardens were middle class. Any one here knows how are households classified in Singapore in terms of income/class? I'm confused...

I've been thinking of learning to ride a bike, am thinking it will come in useful example in overseas tourist locations where biking is prevalent. Most likely will not be riding one in Singapore. Is getting the Class 2 license the best way forward? With Class 3 already, any concession in any of the tests for Class 2? Please share your experience.

pardon my ignorance but is it possible for a learner who've registered Class 3 with bbdc to change to Class 3A?are there any charges to be paid? i pity looking at my aunt who went through 6 times BTT and 1 time FTT.she have not applied for her PDL yet.I don't want her to go through the hell of multiple failures coz she's getting old already.(though i passed all thru single attempt,i can tell what is the feeling of TP failure.) Can any bros here advise on this?Many thanks in advance for your serious opinions.

Hi... now looking for private intructor for my OC. But just found that Class 3A is accepted in SIngapore ONLY. And cannot convert to international license or not able to drive in Malaysia.... Is this True? Can anyone advise?

Was in the car coming home from car ride in town. My dad was driving and about to exit CTE Amk Ave 1 Suddenly this Black fierce E class zoomed past me. Quite modded and fast. Then 2 Secs later this Honda Integra was following behind super closely. First thought was that they were racing. cause E Class was very fierce. Suddenly, don't know for what reason the Integra just swerved left and i think wanted to overtake the E class. E class was already doing close to 100km/h i guess. Integra LITERALLY swerved to the left, and I think he swerved too much. He ended up doing up a S shaped drift and i heard EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE tyre burn. OMG. Following the S shape drift was a 360 deg turn and then..... BUANG the side barrier. whole car direction changed and was facing us. All these happened in 5 split seconds. My father just jammed on the brakes as we were the 2nd car. In front of us was this Sonata Taxi ( since taxi's can jam brake smoothly, we came to a stop kinda smoothly too. LOL) Then drove past the integra slowly. The guy was shaken. E class just stopped 50m further front and came down with the SUPER DUPER ANGRY face. Omg i guess road rage gonna happen. My dad just drove off and then came the yakkings from him about road safety and the obvious need NOT to tailgate and get angry. Just relating a accident that really stirred me. Now i know the dangers and consequences of speeding. Bros, Speeed thrills but KILLS. (: Cheers! ( goes off to sleep with the image of integra doing 360 deg turn and eeeeeeeeeeking the tyres) Anyone saw this?

The plaintiff, Roberto Gracey, claims he lost nearly $9,000 during March 2007 as a result of oil market manipulation by Optiver. "As a direct result of the defendants' manipulation, plaintiff and class members were injured including by being deprived of a competitive market free of manipulation and by losing money on their trades in the subject contracts," claimed the suit, field in U.S. District Court in New York on Wednesday. The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) last week charged Optiver with manipulating prices of New York Mercantile Exchange crude oil and oil products futures contracts during the March 2007 period. Oil prices hit a record above $147 a barrel early this month. Politicians have pressured the government to crack down on energy market manipulation and excessive speculation. The CFTC charged three employees of the Netherlands-based fund, including the company's CEO and head of trading, with making about $1 million through manipulative trading of oil markets. The commission said the employees carried out a scheme known as "banging" or "marking" the close of the oil trading day to push prices up and down. The terms refer to the practices of acquiring a substantial position leading up to the closing period, followed by offsetting the position before the end of trading to attempt to move the price. The suit seeks damages and restitution for Gracey and class members as well as attorney fees as deemed fit by court. Optiver US LLC did not immediately return phone calls about the suit. heard something drop and a bit of commotion this morning at T1... kay po go see... part of the roof fell from top all the way to basement 2... saw a chunk of roof at least 0.5m by 0.5m on the ground at B2... luckily no one kena... kena sure die wan... B2, B1, 1st, 2nd, 3rd floor... and each floor is higher than normal height....
