The SEAT Altea has scored excellent marks in the stringent crash-tests carried out by the prestigious Euro NCAP organisation: five stars for occupants safety, four stars for child safety and three stars for pedestrian safety. These results, officially announced today, give the Altea an unique position in the compact mono-space category. Similarly, the new SEAT Toledo, a model developed along the same lines as the Altea, would score an equivalent result in these crash tests, given that its structure and safety features are identical to the Altea.   8. Hi guyz, nice meeting up everyone last night at Bishan, I am Chuan Liang, Jiayong's friend. Anyway, last night was picking up a friend for supper near Outram Rd when this Merz E Class, the new one, came and jio jio me at the traffic light. Saw his car come out from this no names mentioned KTV with huge neon signboard and was going towards Eu Tong Sen with him on my left. I took a glance at his car and saw this chio chio girl lying next to him He's an old uncle btw.... Next thing u know, the traffic light turn green, he spun his wheels and make me p yanz..... I wasnt even ready.... Next traffic light, this Opel Xafira on my right heard me stepping on my accelerator. Actually I was trying to see whether I can wheel spin (What? the Merz can do it...maybe my Tuscani also can) .... then traffic light turn green, this Xafira also whacked all the way This time I just follow him closely then make him p yanz.... some consolation for the night I guess...

The suspension, steering and six-speed manual transmission have a more sporty configuration, ensuring that the C-Class offers an even more agile driving experience. From spring 2004 a 141 kW/192 hp supercharged four-cylinder engine will join the engine range available for the Saloon and Estate models. In future the C 220 CDI will have an output of 110 kW/ 150 hp, which is 5 kW/7 hp more than before. With the new 270 kW/367 hp C 55 AMG Mercedes-Benz is offering an eight-cylinder unit for the first time in this model series. The interior of the new C-Class has been upgraded by a new cockpit design with sophisticated new controls, line-specific seats and THERMATIC automatic climate control as standard. The innovative, more scratch-resistant paintwork based on nano-technology is likewise standard. Bi-xenon headlamps with cornering light function, steering-wheel gearshift buttons for the automatic transmission and new audio/navigation systems round off the highly desirable, high-tech specification.   20. Guyz, Need advice... My dad wants to get the 'E' class (even after I persuaded him X 10,000 times not to!) and according to him, the parallel version can be bought at a cheaper price. Can someone enlighten me on this? If this is true, how about the maintenance and detailing? Can C & C provide the same coverage for p/imported models?

  22. Anybody out there driving A160L? The price now is 98,888, OMV 27K+. I went to see the car and test drove it. The rear passenger room is HUGH I have never seen some much room in such a small car before. Drive is ok but not for chionging. The deal is very tempting.... Love the space. Anybody can tell me about the reliability? All comments are welcomed.

  24. Anyone can share their experience with Class A amps... and which brand is a good make for Class A amp? Went to Autobacs last Saturday hoping to get a chance to see if there are any Class A amps on offer - was disappointed. I am hooked to Class A amp at home with both amplifiers on Class A.
