Dear all MCFers, have a question regarding paper recycling. For the past 25 years, I have accumulated many textbooks, cardboards, papers and magazines. I am thinking of clearing my study room. The textbooks are already obsolete and nobody would want them. It would be a waste throwing into the rubbish dump directly. I am thinking of sending it to paper recycling companies directly. Do you know of any such companies (especially in the north, western area)? Typically what is the amount they would reimburse? Would Karang Guni collect these stuffs?

hope someone can help enlighten me on the process. Do we pay the rest of the down payment first before we collect car or do we collect car then pay the rest of the down payment?? Can we request SE not to register car until we collect it? Se wants to register car but i can only collect it 10days later... Thaanks a lot!!

Went to collect my friend's new Sylphy with him this aftrnoon, and discovered that the 2 front door foot guards were loose. Fitted locally, the double sided tapes doesn't seem to stick at all. Those collecting their Nissan cars, pls take note.

Hi, I am going to collect my new Ford Mondeo 2.0l next week. On the same day of collection, I have to go to the Genting Highlands. Is it advisable for me to drive my new Mondeo up to Genting Highlands although it has not been run-in yet? Some of my friends (including SE) say yes, can. Because driving at high & constant speed without too much rev will help to run-in the engine better. Some of my friends say no, cannot. Because car must run-in slowly through city driving. Please advice me. I am confused. Would really like to drive my new car up, but am scared to do so. -

Hi all, Can you advice how many days after registration did you collect your new car? Mine is registered, already the 2nd day but only to be told some damage needed to be replaced after much pressure as to when Collection can take place, as LTA site already shown registration date & time is done, and life-clock of the car as a Singapore Registered vehicle is now counting. Still no confirm dates when Can collect. -

Hi, i finally made booking for Aveo sedan (pastel blue) cos the Aveo5 boot is super small.... shld be collecting my car this weekend (keeping finger cross). Any advise from all the experts here on what to look out for? Also does anyone know of anything abt tough coat, sound damping thingy & paint coating? are they all needed? anyone know what sound system they give for the standard package? if change to many disc changer, outside charging how much? Starsauto offer me $400. thanks

Hey dudes, and to those who have book the FL. Went down to Leng Kee today. Saw the so called aveo5, changes though not much but i feel somehow 1k ok no complain. SE even on the strips light for viewing though not very bright (maybe in the day) but si bei chio to me loh phew phew..... Had a long chat with SE complaining about the delay, the short of...every ... view the car and there is a small logo at the rear wher ther is a 5 on it quite cute but nice... will be collecting my ride this tuesday. what about all the bros and siss?
