lady owner here. my front suspension got prob, bumpy ride on my 4 yr altis. was quoted $380 to change. Is this price reasonable? Not familiar with car repair , so am asking advice here. Do u hv a contact for cheaper source? Is changing in JB cheaper?

These days, raining so heavily. My windows are so blur with the rain water Decided to get Rain X to apply, so that the rain water will just flow away. But i'm not going to apply on the front windscreen coz of juddering problem Only gonna to apply Rain X on side, back windows and side mirrors. Any advise on what product to use for front windscreen? I realised my front windscreen is blur even i was using wipers.

Hi All, Could like to enquire ... My Bilstern B8 front right discover got leak . Workshop say still can tahan abit. Now abit cash flow problem . Was thinking ordering in March and waiting time is ard 3 mths. Means ard May then can change . meanwhile will it cause any problem eg. like causing brake problem or will affect any parts failure ? i just kenna my front bumper 3 times today....becos wifey wants to eat at some hotel...haizzz...got to touch up the damage ALONE after that....the KRRRACCCKKK sound is so painful to my ears.... Amazingly...after knocking my front bumpers for nearly 40 times...take a peek below and you can see the whole bottom got Battle Scars...but no cracks ley...PU not too bad a material to use for bodykit..STRONG.... To all the forumers with low front bumpers....please share with us how durable is your front bumper and what material it is made of??

hi, may i ask if anyone here has upgrade from stock rotor to drilled/slotted type. able to share the experience? does it really helps in braking? i'm using performance brake pad, FF grade. and what does port/pod refer to? sometime i see like 4 pod, 6 pod. if i not wrong, bigger the better. always a common sight for performance car. which mine is not, but i more ks. thus taking safety seriously as i enjoyed speeding too. please enlighten

hear squeaky sound come out from my used mazda 3 (3 yrs old, 68k mileage) front wheel when going sleep down slope.(the moment font wheel contact the flat ground). em....need to have my front suspension checked?

Anyone got experience this before? Recently, i realise that whenever I want to pump air into my tires, the front left one is always at 13-15PSI while the rest of the tires are around 27PSI. I will proceed to top up to 30PSI for all wheels and after 3 weeks, when i want to top up again, the front left tire is always back to 13-15 PSI. Has happened many times - is this a sign i need to get my front left tire changed?

Saw the other thread where Pierre Png did a dangerous stunt to stop on the PIE to confront another driver, so just relating an incident this morning. Anyone here witnessed a "champion" auntie who stop right in front of the ERP gantry after Kallang Bahru towards Tuas this morning on the 2nd lane of the PIE to insert her cashcard, and I meant stop as in 0km/h not slow down. Luckily I was on the first lane approaching the gantry when a whole row of cars on the 2nd lane came to a stop. Drove pass the car and saw an auntie stretching to insert her cashcard. Think that is a damn dangerous act especially on the expressway. Wonder if the ERP gantry have any camera to capture the incident.

Hello guys... Am facing a frustrating problem here.....I've got this knocking sound on the left front side of my EP70 when driving (around the left axle area), the knocking sound usually comes when moving on moderately bumpy roads. This happened some 3-4 months ago untill it got unbearable, at first it was knocking sounds when travelling straight, then it just got unbearable when the knocking sound would happen even when I turn steer left (yes, only when i steer left, no sound when steer right). I didn't plan on repairing it because she's due to scrap in 2013, but it just got unbearable and for safety concerns as well, I decided to get it looked at. 3 weeks ago, went to my mech, was advised that ball joint bearing worn out badly, he also recommended a change of suspension and suspension mounting. Thinking that its left with 3 years, ok la, do it lor since the price quoted was reasonable for my understanding and that my existing suspension was already quite chui, use 4 fingers can push the car down easily .. Ok, I paid $340 for the following: 1) 2 x ball joint bearing 2) 2 x front suspension 3) 2 x suspension mounting 4) 2 x suspension cover 5) Labour charges After repairing, the knocking sound is still there!...went back and got my wheels aligned, and the sound is still there! Wha, really damn sian to keep going back to the mech every weekend. Well..I'm planning for a trip down to Saber on Hari Raya Eve...for now, any EP70/80 brothers encountered this problem before? Hi folks, I was packing and throwing away some stuff, and found some of my previous ride's wipers. Since I have no more use of it now, I intend to give them away. Bosch Aeortwin Wipers 22" and 18" The 22" one has some streaks after wiping. 18" is fine. RainX Wipers 22" and 16" Used only a few days. After that upgraded to the above. Please PM me if you are interested. As I'm giving them away, it will only be self collect. Thanks.

Hi all, Wanna find out how do you guys warn the cars infront of you if it is obstructing you (cutting in slowly, drive too slowly and etc)? Do you high beam to get their attention, blast your horn or you use both? Or give up and stay behind until the traffic is cleared? Regards,

Hi guys, Hit a sharp end of concrete on the left side of the front spoiler and needs a replacement. The side of the bumper also a bit warped due to the force of the bump. Went for servicing this morning and they said the bumper can still be salvaged but the spoiler needs to be changed. Plus LTA car number plate replacement since my car is an OPC, total is SGD 770. . Also, I will need to wait for 4 to 8 weeks for the parts to arrive as they don't have Amethyst Grey. I wonder if it's worthwhile going to Msia to do it. I called the branch at Plentong JB and they quoted me 600 ~ 700 RM excluding 50 ~ 60 RM on labour charge. So far I checked, there's no Amethyst Gray for Malaysia model.... Anyone any better idea? Thanks...

The smaller units are also favoured, with 4-room units in demand at a ratio of 9 applicants to 1 unit. With the closing deadline looming next Tuesday, analysts said applications for the bigger flats will keep streaming in. They are expecting a hundred per cent increase for the 4- and 5-room units
