Hi bros, 1. I wanted to seek opinion which hotel to stay, First World, Genting Hotel, Highlands Hotel, Theme Park Hotel, Resort Hotel and others, which is value for money and safe for parking. 2. Is it still that old steep slope to use to get to te hotel? Please advise me. Thank you. Regards,

any of u jet owners out there suffered this symtoms... i gotta stop once to cool down my brake when i begin downhill journey. the brake went spongy and ineefective 10 min into my decents. perhaps the oem brakepad heat limit is low. there were only 3 of us in the car tho. i know the jet weight is heavy and all but 10- 15 mins of downhill??

Hi forumers, I am contemplating to drive up genting in a getz 1.3A, wondering if this car can make it a not. 1 driver and 1 passenger only, average size one.. I read in other threads about sunny going up genting and underpowered, using D1, D2 and D3 when going downhill.... but i am really worried about getz 1.3 because this car already a bit underpower even driving on normal roads and it is an auto. Did anyone drive up Genting in a getz 1.3 before? Can shed some advice? Getz i think only have D, D2 and L gear. Is 'L' equivalent to D1 in most cars? I only have 3 gears to play around with... appreciate if anyone can shed some light on this. Thanks!

Hi, intending to go Genting with family. Wondering whether it is possible to drive up 2 Genting or should I juz stick to coach. Thinking of visiting some relatives in KL and Ipoh if the car can take it and dunno whether it is safe or not.... Which hotel should I book so that going down to the theme park would be a breeze cos going with 6yr & 2yr old kid?

Yoh brudders, Instead of going Cameron Highlands for the march holidays, why not go up Genting instead ? More activities for the whole family watz... Kids can go play at the theme park... wifes can go shopping and the remainder of us can go play at the casino Rooms rates also cheaper then cameron right ? Bo pianz.... my pocket now getting more and more shallow liaoz...

Was told by my colleague who drove up to Genting over the weekend that he saw a Silver Octavia broke down somewhere along the way to Genting. Shucks! It was the hilly area too! Wonder what happened...
