I bought a car left 3 years and after 2 years, I am selling it to dealer next week. There is an ICE setup which the 1st owner left in the car. Anybody aware of the value? Should I bother to dekit and install it in my new ride? Hi Guys, Need advise for my almost 8 year-old Honda Stream. Recently, I can feel my car shaking when I try to accelerate. This happens especially when I am accelerating up a slope. I dun think it is the engine mount as it was replaced less than 2 yrs ago. What could be the cause?

Hi, I driving a stock Colt Plus Turbo. I had been hitting a temperature of average 90 to 95 when moving and about 95 when station. Is it normal for a turbo car? What are the advise you guys can give me? Does installing a engine coolant kit helps? Thanks

Hi, All. Need some advice and help on the matter. In August, I rented a car from Car Club (used to NTUC Car Coop). In the morning about 830am, as I was traveling along Chuo Chu Kang Road. I was on the right side of the lane. At the location opposite Phoenix LRT station, just approaching the overhead bridge, I signaled to filter to the left. As I was about to turn, suddenly I saw the motorbike zoomed by and at the same time there is vehicle in front blocking as they were queuing to turn right at the T junction in front (with traffic light), hence I slowed down. Suddenly, I felt an impact and then i realized I was rear ended by a Lime Green Kia Coupe. At this point, my vehicle already partially entered into left lane, wanting to filter in completely after the motorbike passed. Therefore, after being hit, in order to avoid further danger from the incoming left lane traffic, I turned abit back to right lane. So that the left lane traffic still got place to passed by. We went through the procedure of taking down particulars, photos. The other party wanted to settle privately as he just got into another accident just 1 or 2 weeks ago. But I told him it is not up to me as this is Car Club vehicle. I told him I wd get the person in charge to discuss with him. The Person in charge did not wish to settle privately as he said once got rear ended, they will not want to settle privately, if the reverse happens, he will then ask to settle privately. Anyway, just got a call and email from car club, saying the other party's insurance claimed that it's my fault. His story goes like this. "He was traveling on the right lane. Seeing in front has clear traffic and smooth open lane, he drove at about 60 km/hr. When he was about to turn to the outermost right lane in order to turn right at the T junction. I suddenly signaled and filter into his lane, causing him no time to stop his vehicle in time even though he e brake. That caused him to rear end my vehicle." So, it became my fault that I filtered suddenly. Now, the Car Club saying i have 2 option. 1 is to pay up $2000 and settle, close case. 2 is to fight the case, with some additional charges borne by me, at the same time, I still have to pay $2000 to them. Only if after I win the case, then only they will refund me. Sorry for such a long story. This is my first time kena and worse, it is due to fault of others. So, any advice and help will be greatly welcomed. At the same time, can I don't pay the $2000? that's quite stupid considering they have to lock up my money till don't know when.

Hi, my brother's car was hit by a taxi last Friday night, 12 June 2015, at about 11.15pm, 34 South Bouna Vista Road. Taxi stopped at the road side. My bro filter right to pass him then he suddenly turn right to the shophouses without checking and my bro hit onto him after jamming break. Now, the taxi driver wants to claim insurance and put all the blame on my bro. So, I'm seeking for any witnesses who were there to come forward with video evidence. Appreciate your help. Thank you!

Hi Bro I am interested to get a 5 series BMW. Today I went down to UBI car mart to survey the price before purchase. Much to my surprise, some of the car dealer able to provide less $40K than what I checked from BMW direct agent and they told me the reason was due to it is ''Parallel import car BMW''. They told me there is not different in the car regardless or engine or specification and they mention they do have they own workshop for services that might costs only $200 rather than agent service $500. Hi guys Am driving a 4.8m long car, and i am facing difficulty parking having switched from a smaller car I can't park once like in the past, and always have to adjust a few times especially narrow lots and parallel lots I am thinking of either adding a reverse camera or sensors in front and back Could anyone please give me some advice to what things I can do to help me park better? Hi Guys, The previous shop i went over tighten my lug nut. Currently its broken and 1/4 of it is stuck inside the rim. Currently unable to remove the rim to change tire or brake pad. Any shops to recommend which has the specialize tools? There are 2 nuts that are broken and i was quoted $150 per nut and require to leave car for about 2 days. I tried googling and there are some shops with special tools that can cut down the timing and cost. Anyone got any experience to share? Do let me know the price range and shop. Thx in advance.

I'm looking for anyone with an in-car cam or had witnessed a hit-and-run incident along Upp. Bukit Timah road near Bt. Panjang, around 7.30PM. Bike failed to squeeze and hit the rear passenger side of my wife's car. Left a scratch. Ran away. My wife's car cam could not capture the license plate as it was dark and bike was in motion. There was a Citicab behind her. Let me put this out as a warning to all riders -- you hit a car, even just the side mirrors -- you stop and apologise. If it's small incident, I will let it pass, but if you don't stop, it is a criminal offence to hit and run, and I will hunt you down, and I will make you pay. I've had two bikers hit my side mirrors and ran away already. Not letting this one go easily. And BTW, all incidents are SG bikes. MY bikers seem more in control of their bikes.- 23 replies

Hi bro and sis.. i know this is odd but any one of you guys travelling to Europe or UK this week and coming back in a week time? I was on outstation and had bought a few things for my wife. Unfortunately my luggage was delay and caused me to wait at the counter for nearly an hour. Due to that i could not go to the custom section to get my receipts stamp. If any of you could help do pm me and will gladly do my best to work out something for your kind gesture. I read this article with sadness. The kids must be scared shit. I remembered SAF flew a C130 armed with SOF soldiers into Cambodia to evacuate Singaporeans during the late 90s unrest. What brake pad can I change to on a 05 or 06 Vios. Left two yeas left but need to change coz I tried the car recently and the stopping is terrible. Will not vbe doing braided hose as that would be too much effort. Fluid have been changed a few times. I am suspecting brake pads, I have sprayed brake cleaner with no improvement. What pads can I buy? I hope to get some better pads and brake dust or rotor wear is fine.

Hi all, my window film at the ERP bracket there got bubble. its a pretty new car. since sept the film there pulled by the IU unit ... and cause two 3mm bubbles. i relocated my IU to the Centre of the dash , on dash rather than stick on the glass. -- Can i claim warrenty for the film? since got 5 yrs warrenty? pls advise

Hi all I am in desperate need of help. My Hyundai starex H1 year 2011 has got a burnt clutch and its flywheel is broken I called stockist and they quote me $3,500 just for the flywheel alone and $1300 on the clutch replacement kit. all this are parts only, no labour anyone know where I can get spare parts for my van at a cheaper price?? $5000 for a flywheel and clutch combo, i think very ridiculous considering omv of vehicle 20+K only..... pls advise =(
