Just to understand whether if my dad's car number plate can be transferred to my name? Just ordered a new car and wanted to transfer to my new car. The bidded number was bidded by me but the current car is registered to my dad as my insurance when I was in my early 20s is too high. Any advice on the procedures?

I own a KIA k3(top specs), around 11months, average mileage, accident free. I itchy backside wanted to change to the face lifted 2016 Vezel or Sportage 2016 and so i went to test water on how much my resale value of my k3 is. Quotes received from the various websites and PI. Sg Motorist - 74k Sg Carmart - 70k to 75k PI - 70k. If i were to take the price of 74k, my car depreciates by 40k in less than a year. But then I saw a 2013 Forte(the previous model, not k3) is selling for 75k by a dealer at sgcarmart(i assume the dealer bought @ 65 to 70k from the previous owner?). My question is are they trying to carrot me or the price is really so low? How do i really know the true value of how much my car can fetch? Anyone i scratch my backside already, not itchy anymore. Now just curious is this the norm.... -

as turning in the mscp in a tight corner and was abit too complacent. Ended up with the area above the rear wheel impacting the edge of the wall. Sian Half. Just wondering if anyone has any recommendation of where to repair these damages? agar agar how much? Dont have to be top notch, just want to reduce the scar , if not see liao damn sian. thanks.

Hi all bros, Recently when switching on the aircond, there is stale like mildew smell coming from the vent. This will be over after about 5 mins. Sent the car to a workshop and the technician mention that the cooling coil might be leaking and proceed to check the pressure by using some kind of pressure gauge. While doing that another older guy take a look and mention that the compressor is weak. At this point I'm a little confuse to which is the real problem. It was mention that replacement cost about $600+ to rectify the problem. Any bros here encounter such problem and who should I listen too? Car is 2006 Camry.Cheers.

ok. the last time i drove an Avante, it was rented and that was like > 3 years ago. i now got a new ride, an 09 forte. i find the mirrors a tad narrow as compared to my old ride. i was wondering, if any brudders here ever replace their side view mirrors for their Forte before. ever wondered if the Avante side view can be used on the Forte?

what an f--ker CB kia face: A car salesman, who was jailed for a week for knocking down and killing a five-year-old girl in 2009, had helped to stage another accident a year earlier. Tijan Syafiq Selamat had loaned his car for the fake mishap among three vehicles so as to file false insurance claims. Earlier this month, he pleaded guilty to conspiring to cheat NTUC Income Insurance by instructing lawyers to submit the false claims. He is currently serving the sentence of 14 months in jail but is appealing for it to be reduced. In the judgement released on Monday, District Judge Chay Yuen Fatt noted that such offences are difficult to detect. He said Tijan Syafiq and his accomplices would have got away if not for their greed to submit too many claims over the same collision. Investigations revealed that in early August 2008, Muhammed Akmal Ahmad, 22, proposed the scheme to Tijan Syafiq. At 10pm on Aug 15, 2008, the car salesman met up with two other unknown men at Tampines Industrial Avenue 2. There, the duo used their cars to stage a chain collision. i still remember was it this fella go online and kpkb about his accident? hope he gets assraped

All bros who drive Picanto, I've been driving Picanto coming to 2 years. So far experienced one issue with the fuel pump. The fuel pump broke down. Fortunately, this failure is covered by warranty. However, this failure has shaken my confidence in the reliability of my car. Would like to find out from the rest of you on your experiences with your Picanto. Pls kindly share about any reliability issue with the car. Tks in advance.

hi all, i was viewing a kia forte 2011 model but the rear power windows don't go down all the way. They seem like stuck when they are 3/4 on both rear windows. Is this normal?

perhaps 5-10 years ago, kia resale value is probably tagged to near hyundai, whereby people stay away from them due to the low resale value after few years. Compared to toyota and honda whose resale value sustains. However, when getting my new ride k3 from kia comparing to the new altis, I was surprised by the outstanding functions that the car offers compared to altis. Cruise control, paddle shift, rear aircon vent , sunroof, 17inch wheels where altis has none of them. And definitely i would say kia has improved tremendously over the years and i believe that its resale value will catch up to the japan brands in few years time. What do you guys say?
