Haven't they bothered? By simply just welding the new front end to old body and tweaking the rear wun win them any new fans. same goes for the interior. i think merc forgot to pay their designers... to the owners or those who just bought the old C coupe, kudos. it's an astute buy. cuz no one will bother to look at the new one... and it just made the older one look better.

to the driver of SDM 91XX X black merc S300 around 1.15pm today 26/1/08 thank you for showing me what is means of being a "safe driver" yes. i was that sliver toyota wish on lane 2 along ecp towards jln bukit merah. i guess you where too used to driving a jap car that u forgot that ur signal control was on your left and not your right. or maybe your signal light fused. being just on my right. you showed me that even a merc can change lane from 1st lane to 2nd lane with less then half a car length. it really makes me realise that you are paying so much for a merc as it can change lane with such a small gap. although there was no car in front of me nor on lane 3. thank you for letting me test my E BRAKE and ABS on my stock wish by swerving to the left. wow! i suppose that you were in a rush as u dint bother to apologise by waving ur hand at me. to everyone else. i just learned a lesson from this elite today. and yes i know that you were definately going more den 110 kmh as i was going at 100. nice car!

Was driving home from East Shore Hospital at about 2320Hrs, as lil' Chris (my son) fell down and had to see a doctor. At a carpark along Pasir Ris Drive 6, a b@stard Merc taxi, SHC6xxC, turned slightly into the carpark entrance to make an illegal U-turn. I watch as the pickup in front of me horned and passed him, as he kept inching forward. Similarly, I tapped my horn slightly, and the b@stard actually drove out to do the illegal U-turn! I immediately hit the brakes hard, blasted my horn and high-beamed. The f*cking melayu driver had to cheek to stare at me even! I stopped and saw that he made the illegal U-turn to pick up a passenger on the opposite side of the road. The sight of me crashing into the fu*king Merc, with my family, really eels me. That b@stard driver just had no consideration for my entire family.

Just withness a very irresposible act by this Merc cab today at upper thomson..... Upper Thomson's traffic was quite heavy with all 3 lanes packed with slow moving vehicles this morning around 7plus. i was travelling at the 1st lane when i saw a BMW suddenly jam brake on the 2nd lane with its steering wheel turned slightly to the right to avoid something. Due to this sudden brake, a tomyam Altis collide onto the BMW's butt ahead of him.... Then, I saw a stationary white Merc cab with 2/3 of its vehicle in lane 1 and 1/3 of its vehicle's front on 2nd lane slightly ahead of BMW, pointing at 2 o'clock direction.Because lane 3 is slow, Quite obvious Merc want to switch lane and force his way out to 2nd lane, causing the BMW to jam brake and resulting into an accident. Shortly, the traffic starts to move and the Merc cab just speed off like nobody's business......... haizzzzzz really pity the suay jiao (unlucky bird)altis..... 1. Lane 1 slow. 2. Kena jio by a white Merc Cab this morning along the BKE towards PIE... I think he was just itching and had nothing better to do... maintaining the same speed on my right while looking in at me, plus he was revving away... When I didn't bother and kept driving at my own pace, he sped off. Thinking back, I was telling myself, "No point race with this kind of nit-wit pea-brained taxi drivers who have got nothing better to do." Hi Guys, Need to know if anyone got good lobangs to buy the following chrome ring that has flew off. Last time I bought the whole set at a shop near bugis. But quite expensive lor. And I don't think they sell it separately? Not sure.....Anyway I know the shop but lost it's contact. Also, anyone knows where got good lobangs for Merc's light bulbs? They always blow and even those small signal lights or rear bulbs can easily cost like $2 each coz they are ?halogen? bulbs. sigh. Appreciate any contacts/recommendation. Thanks.

Jus ordered a set of HID from the group buy.. now have a qn... we shld understand that merc has this bulb sensor that will shows of the malfunction when the bulb is faulty. I heard from some workshops saying that there might be a possibility that the malfunction light would comes up when u install aftermarket HID as the wiring is connected to the opposite, where the current flows in the opposite direction. jus to verify that anyone got their merc fitted with after market HID, NOT those bi-xenon headlight, whether it works with after market HID or it doesn;t work. Another thot is the original bulb is still connected to the wiring, but the wiring is being cut open to tap the power from the switch of the lights for the HID and fitted it into the headlamp, and the original bulb will still be working, hidden inside the engine bay, would it work? Thanks.
