  11. All the food lovers out there, kindly share your favourite roast duck rice. My favourite is the Lau Phuay Chay roast duck at Alexandra Village. The roast duck is good; Roast duck is crispy and not too oily. Roast meat is nicely done and some burn ends add to the cripsy texture. Their signature is their thick and aromatic gravy topping with every plate of rice.

  17. Just throwing this out here is case anyone might have a recommendation. I'm looking for someone that is willing to have a go at troubleshooting and repairing a motorcycle dashboard (lcd panel type). Suspected problem is a joint or solder crack due to vibration over time as the problem was first intermittent at higher vibration levels and then degraded. I have been told that the lcd panel is now totally blank (backlight is fine, warning lights are fine, just the lcd display kaput). So no harm letting someone have a go at it and see if anything can be done, i have already sourced a replacement from Italy but thought maybe i'd give this idea a shot. The unit is small (approx. 20cm x 12cm) and a self contained unit, only one CANBUS input in from the ECU if i'm not wrong. Can be easily removed and transported. From my understanding it is purely a display unit and does not contain any immobilizer. If anyone has suggestions for a shop or even an electronics hobbyist please let me know.
  18. Hi guys, I've just collected my brand new Hafei Minz last week end! It's my first car and I love it so much! Sure it's not a fast car BUT it really has lots of space plus I love the rugged, boxy looks; quite different from the curvy curvy cars on the roads today! Anyway, I'm writing my first thread to ask for advice on where to do up my car; I want to add cool body kits to my car! Any recommendations, anyone? I want to do up my car garang garang! I've been scanning through magazines like Hot Stuffs but haven't found anything or anyshop yet! Thanks!

  21. Hi all, long time no see and no chat here. Im looking for a spacewagon for the purpose of business and private use. It will driven by a staff most of the time. There are not many Japanese made options out there for preowned. There are the Honda Airwave, Toyota Fielder and Subaru Impreza Wagon. These are small engines. So i wonder how they performed when i load in cartons boxes in them. Are their rear suspension hardy? Do they have sufficient spaces for boxes. Say, 10 to 12 mid size boxes at time. Most of the time, either left empty or 1 to 2 boxes in the boot. Which do you recommend, value for money, less maintenance hassles, ease of access to parts and accessories? Kindly advise me. Thank you very much. Regards,
  22. Any recommendation for the best 3-in-1 coffee - preferably low sugar and low fat? 23. Hi, I need some suggestions / recommendations as this is the first time I am getting an aftermarket receiver. I hope this receiver will come with inbuilt GPS and can attach a reverse camera to it. I did some research, seems like Alpine and Kenwood are reputable whereas Pioneer doesnt come with inbuilt GPS (thats what the local website says). My car is still under warranty, hope installation of aftermarket reverse camera and receiver will not void the overall car warranty.Any recommendations? Thank you!
