Hi All, Just came back from National Dental Centre as i was having pain from my lower wisdon tooth. Apparently, my wisdom tooth is growing side ways thus causing me pain. Was told by NDC that i need to go for surgery and since only 10% of the tooth is protruding out of my gums, the surgery will cost about $2000 to $3000............ Can anybody recommend me a cheaper dentist that can perform this wisdon tooth extraction? Thanks

Hi Guys, it's time again to change the tyres for my GT. Am currently on GY F1 Assymetric, made in Germany. Looking to replace the tyres with other brands with the same tyre performance (wet & dray) and lower noise. Have no complains with the GY after 40K km except for the noise level which starts increasing after 20K km. Any suggestions? Am trying to maintain a budget of $200 per tyre for 215/45/R17 Past tyres used: 1) GY F1 2) Firestone wide oval 3) KU 31 4) Pirelli rosso

In this climate of high COE, I'll looking to get a second hand car with low depreciation. I'm looking for the range of 6-7k depreciation annually (I really like the civic, but depreciation is like 9k annually). I don't mind slighty older cars, 4-6 y/o, but it should look decent, even hatchbacks are fine. Any recommendations?
