Hi Guys, new here & just collected my Toyota Vios last week. Need some advice for any bros/sis with a ICE setup for Vios. The stock HU & spks that came with the car are real CRAPOLA! I dun even switch on the HU cos i cant bear the sound. It sounds like the music is coming from a tin cup. Maybe i've been spoiled my my home Hi-fi setup. Anyway, any ideas? I have a limited buget 1K or less. I actually have some cables left over from my home hi-fi. can these be used for the car setup? Need help!

Guys, my bro is looking for a new ride, and whats delaying him was, he dunno which car to go for. Just narrowed down, he's actually looking at Altis, Vios, and Jazz. He's much more concerned on the FC, and space ( He's a Sales Exec). Hope this canhelp him. Or anyone has other car in mind for him? Budget is arond $70k+, in order to hit his comfortable instalments. 1.) Is Vios VVT-i engine uses timing-belt or timing chain? 2.) Anybody tried using platinum spark-plug on the Vios engine? If can what is the specs.? 3.) Besides sending the car to BM workshop for servicing which workshop in SG is good/expert in servicing Toyota cars with very good price. Thank You.

During the last Vios meetup, I took some photos of the spoiler that I installed for some of the members. You can find the rest of the photos taken at My Webshots Page But sadly, non of the cars that turned up came in full TRD bodykit, except the one with the Elegance kit. I can't wait to get mine fixed up too... gonna send in my car to be done tomorrow

yoh, im a soon to be owner, hehehe..my vios coming Jan me intend to change my rim the very first day of collection, any good rim and tyre to recommend? can vios uses 16" rims? if can use 16", will it fail LTA check 3 years later?? ...im more interested in 15" now.....

anybody knows what is the original rim offset for vios? i intend to change rim when i collect my car but have to be sure i didnt get the wrong size... looking at 15"...

hello to everybody, my toyota corolla is due for scrap next june and i am currently looking for a new car. i have test drive the hyundai matrix and the toyota vios and i must say both have their pros and cons. however, due to sentimental reason, i will be going for the vios as my current corolla has serve me well, the only thing is that the sales agent will not give me any free gifts besides what is already given by borneo motors. do you think i should go for it? does anybody here has a better sales agent from borneo motors to recommend? anyway, i was given leather seats, sports rims, alarm, reverse sensor which seems to come standard with the 1.5E version. thank you and have a nice day.
