1. I currently own a Chery T11 for 1y3m and have a rather large looking family of four. To tell you the truth, T11 is becoming a backache for my family cause it is quite cramped in the rear. Now, we're looking for a spacious car which needs to look and feel good. So far, our family is impressed with Kia Sorento and Dodge Journey. So, anybody has an idea of what car suits our family? You can suggest new car if you think that it suits our family also...

4. Hi all, Due to lifestyle/commitment change, my traveling distance per day has increased to at least 55 to 60km in the weekdays. Currently driving a Hyundai Avante left around 1 year to scrap. It's give me about 11+km/l depending on traffic, recently like getting worst. I know now alot of new cars with better lower cc engines can give up to 20km/l paper spec! Choon boh? Hybrid got so good? I need advise from the forum gurus. Which new car now can really give me good fuel comsumption but still driving at least like my avante? basically I'm looking at this requirements: - Real life FC better thatn 16km/l (not paper spec, switch off AC, controlling pedal carefully those type. I want realistic normal driving in SG) - Still Driving a like 1.6 (Avante power actually not bad) - Size around like Avante (sedan or hatch) - Price around 100k +/- 10k - don't need other bell and whistle. Such cars exist? How is Hybrid but don't have such price right? I try to find same topic but dun have. Hope the good bros here can advise. Thanks in advance.

8. Need new tyres for vehicle, priorities are comfort and aquaplaning resistance. Have narrowed down to four choices 1) Yokohama Aspec dB 2) Toyo C1S 3) Bridgestone GR90 4) Michelin Primacy LC I like the thread design of C1S but can't find more review on it, anyone tried it before? GR90 and Primacy LC are the most expensive. C1S and Aspec dB pricing not much difference.
9. I've not been shopping in local shopping centre for a long time. But I visited the central mall recently and realized that it probably has the most number of restaurants and makan places than any shopping centres. I think a good shopping centre must have varities, family friendly, a big size supermarket and most importantly, ample resting areas! Regards,

13. Usually 3 lanes turn right to 3/4/5 lanes will have dotted lines so can follow, but 2 lanes turn right to 2/3 lanes seldom there's dotted lines. Most of the time, if I'm the first car, I use the "waiting to turn right area" to gauge imaginary dotted lines to which lanes it's heading towards, then just zoom off when I can, to avoid any incidents. If there are a lots of car, I'll just follow the cars in front.. some times most right lanes turn right to lane 1, sometimes they turn to lane 2. But which is the correct one? -- Initially I thought that's what a user-submitted video is complaining, then I'm wondering if the taxi did turn to the wrong lane, but after watching multiple times, he's complaining about how the taxi cuts into the first lane as it turns. The video also shows an instance of 2 lanes right turn to 3 lanes.
14. knowing that these days, there are so many brand and kinds of honey in the market, which is most recommended for highest nuritional content? when it states "organic whatever" on the bottle, is it really organic? i though all honeys are organic, since we need the bees to make the honey in the first place? Currently i'm eating this particular brand "NuZeaBee" Organic Wild Honey. I find it good texture. http://www.autho-rity.info/2010/01/30/nuze...nic-wild-honey/ Any comments? And is it true that we can only use wooden or plastic spoon to scoop the honey and not metal spoons? But when they process the honey, don't they use metal equipments or machinery? I need honey that has high antioxidants, anti-microbal, anti-viral and anti-inflammatory properties.
15. My insurance only allow these workshops. Any recommendation among them which is the recommended one? preferably east or north area. Thanks http://www.gia.org.sg/pdfs/Industry/Motor/...apore%20Ltd.pdf
16. Do we really want a casino as our icon? Letter from Tong Jee Cheng (Today 20April) IT is disappointing that the Marina Bay Sands integrated resort (picture) is fast becoming an iconic representation of Singapore. We see it in the background in local television dramas, we see it in tourist leaflets. It seems to appear often as backdrops in the various advertising media. The first I heard of such sentiment was at a talk held at the National Museum
17. Haven't seen it mentioned anywhere but maybe it's no longer important. 75 years ago today was the fall of Singapore. Also heard that last July Temasek lost 9% in the value of it's assets. Didn't see that reported but could well have missed that although it is a massive amount.
18. Based on Polis stats. They classify major crimes as robbery, break-in, snatch theft, car theft and outrage of modesty. While this place may not have the highest for each category, it is the only area to have double digits in all 5 categories. No googling please
