Hi bros, Any one know what might be the problem when the hazard lights don't light up when I open the door of my 06 Altis? I still hear the sound but there is no light. When I lock my car, the hazard light also don't light up anymore. My mechanic said that it could be the remote control module but where can I get it fixed? Thanks! Alvin

Good morning Bros & Sis Have a little favour to ask from you fellows My Kaki's Altis rubber is due for replacement and he is looking for something which has slightly better grip and if possible, the same/similar noise level as compared to his current Bridgestone B391 Price wise would hopefully be in the range with his current stock tyres Slightly more Ex a bit is ok As i'm not that familiar with this size of tyres, hence would appreciate some inputs from you Gam siah in advance

Hi, I have been driving my new car for almost a month. Notice that the road noise (coming from the floor board) is getting unbearable. Dunno if i am too sensitive or the car is like this. When compared with other Jap cars, it was rumored that Toyota Corollas should be one of the more quiet ones. Maybe this one assembled in THAILAND is of lower quality or something. Anyone did any sound proofing to your ride and found a great improvement. I am dying to know the difference before I commit my ride, and $$$. Also, after turning off the ignition and leaving the car, there is always a ticking sound from the bottom of the car. I suspect its the expansion and contraction of the exhaust pipe. Wah!!! Why other cars do not have such "special" sound. Its super irritating. Sounds like the car is gonna explore or something. Hope to hear from anyone........ Thanks.

Firstly, I didn't mind when you didn't obey the yellow box for drivers to turn right to. Nvm. Secondly, when you U-turn a few metres in front of the oncoming bus, I knew you are an F up driver. Nvm, doesn't concern me. Thirdly, how dare you horn and high beam me when you are the one that went into the wrong lane? Your passenger was gesturing frantically like an idiot too. Lemme explain how lane merging works. When yours (2nd lane) and the bus beside you(3rd lane) merges, you have become one lane on the (3rd lane). The bus beside you went into the 3rd lane after merging. THAT IS THE CORRECT LANE for you to go to. Follow the bus if you are unsure. I was trying to wave to you to stop and explain to you the lane markings but it seems you are too scared to stop. If you are so scared, why keep horning and high beam in the first place? You could have shouted at me in person, isn't that better? Hope you can drive carefully from now on. If you have an accident, I hope you don't make someone else suffer from your mistake.

Hi All, noticed in used cars market, 2009 Avante and Altis resale value is very high around 60k to 70k+ :angry: , even higher than 2009 honda civic, if i'm not wrong in 2009 brand new Avante and Altis only were 40k+ and 50k+ respectively, after 3 years using, still can earn 20k, it's extreme value of money onyone know Y?

I'm working Middle East, and rent car is Corolla 1.8A, Dual VVTi, similar Singapore Altis 1.8, in Middle East road condition FC only 11+km/L, 80% express way and speed over 120km/h though Dual VVTi should give better FC, because my civic 1.8M also can give me 12+km/L in Singapore condition has dual vvti owner got same expreience

I tried but ony 185 to 190km/h, and hard to push up further after 185km/h, tried out in middle east country Corolla 1.8A (JDM), equivlent Singapore Altis 1.8A Dual VVTi, 134hp, 4 speeds don't tell me sand or climate factor, I tried Yaris 1.3M easily to push up to above 195km/h, almost to hit the speedo limited 200km/h in same country same road

Hi all, I need your all opinion of choosing 08 Altis or 08 Axio? I understand that Axio is PI car while altis is agent car. 1) Axio (PI car) 1500cc Super CVT-I gearbox 110hp FC: 13~14km/L 2) Altis (agent) 1600cc 4AT 110 or 120? <-- i am not sure FC: 10~11km/L Please share the pro and con of both car, thanks.

the creato and forte are much cheaper than vios and altis. moreover the equipment spec list is very impressive compared to the toyotas. why do people still buy vios/altis when the korean brands are offering something better? i would like to see avante and forte overtake the toyotas in terms of sales.
