Good Day All, I've got a question on 3 way installation with DSP and hopes that the seniors here are able to give me some advise. Currently, I'm running a 2--way active front setup using a Pioneer DVD player with 3 pre-out linked to my Audison BIt one DSP. I'm ready to move on to 3-way active setup. however, I notice that my currently pre-out are all used up, but when I removed the RCA from the 1st Pre out, my speakers are still working, I read up somewhere before that the 1st pre out is used for channel A = Tweeters & 2nd pre out for Channel B = Mid, As I plans to upgrade my RCA Cables at the same time, could I remove all 3 RCA from the pre outs, and use 1 Pre out connected to my Bit One via RCA and split the channels via my Bit one to the individual amps? all inputs are greatly appreciated. thank you.

i keep hearing cracking sounds in 1 of my speaker in my stock speakers after replacing the HU. i din notice last time have or not but it's been a year and the problem still persists and the shop tat helped me told me get a woofer can solve but i fixed woofer liao still cannot solve. 1 of the back speakers (suppose to be a sub) is still having cracking sounds like the speaker cannot take the sound like tat...but cannot be even if i switch on soft the crackling still have. sometimes the cracking stop but most of the times have. anyone know reliable audio shop tat would try to smoke me?

Hi Guys, anyone knows if there's such a thing as a Portable headphone amp that works as a bluetooth Transmitter too?? This is because i wanna use my Ipod classic with my bluetooth speakers, yet i also wana use an amp like the Fiio E17 or something. The problem is, bluetooth transmitter will be using the 30-pin connector for optimal results, so does the Fiio E17, so i cant connect both at the same time. So it will be cool if there is an amp similar to the Fiio E17, which also works as a bluetooth transmitter so i can also use my bluetooth speakers(which does not have an aux in at all). Anyone knows if such products exists?? Thanks!

My vehicle steering wheel audio control used to be able to control the aftermarket Pioneer HU. However, not sure what had happened or since when, it no longer be able to do so. Anyone has any idea what is the root cause or how I can get the control back?

One of the greatest challenges with integrating car audio products into your car in the quest to replicate a true concert experience is the placement of speakers, interior trim materials, cabin acoustics and road noise. While installation and sound deadening will eliminate some of these issues, it is necessary to use dedicated processors and digital interfaces to correct the fundamental issues. For those who want the most out of their car audio system, a digital signal processor can help. After some slight adjustments, your system will sound like it has been professionally tuned and optimised. There have been rumours that if your speakers are good enough, you won't require a processor. Unfortunately, this isn't the case because it's the environment that creates the need for a processor, not the speakers. Digital signal processors (DSP) Most Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) factory fitted stereo systems are underwhelming in terms of quality sound. Well, they may have convenience features like iPod inputs, Bluetooth hands-free and steering wheel controls but they lack the ability to fine tune audio performance as well as add extra amplification. Most OEM stereos are also designed to compensate for low quality speakers, which is accomplished by artificially manipulating the frequency profile. When inferior original equipment speakers are replaced with high quality aftermarket units, this manipulation is often very easy to pick up on and if an amp is also installed, the problem will only get worse. That's where a DSP can come to the rescue. There are a number of uses for DSPs, but one of the most remarkable is to fix problems that have been noticed with OEM stereos. The DSP sits between the head unit and the amp, and it can literally undo the factory unit's problems. Some DSPs even have custom profiles that can be downloaded from the Internet, which will automatically fix the pre-processing issue and improve the overall listening experience by finetuning the head unit to suit the interior of the specific vehicle. Audison has released a number of digital components that make it not only easy to get great sound from factory sound systems, but also allow for a complete digital connection from processors to amplifiers. One stupid qn. My current HU (Clarion, MP3) combined with speakers seem to be rather weak in volume. Turned until vol. 10 but quite soft. Need to tune to at least vol 16 everytime. Will adding a cheap amplifier boost the lower end volume? BTW, what's the cheapest amplifier available?

Hi all, i need help, i just bought a second hand e60 06' 523i, i cannot connect my iphone 5 or any aux in to my BMW idrive, any brudders had a solution ( no too ex ) pai sei, pai sei. also i tried calling PML and serveral companies and they say no way, one suggested that i use the FM transmitter, hmmmmmm. Hi all, Been trying to tune best sound from my ICE, but dont know why, my feeling is i still not able to fine tune it. Sony Mex BT5100 (intending to change 2 din) 2 x Soundstream 2 ch & 4 ch (LW1.350 & pca4.400) 1 x Soundstream subwoofer (think is 12") 2 set front & rear component speaker (Helix dark blue & Xplod) Just share how i have tried to tune. 1. set audio volume to 3/4 2. turn off all effects, EQ 3. set Balance & fade to front 4. on the 4 ch amp, adjust the gain, leaving auto HPF & LPF, adjust bass boost to increase the bass 5. set Balance & fade to rear 6. on the 4 ch amp, adjust the gain, leaving auto HPF & LPF, adjust bass boost to increase the bass, volume cannot cover the front speaker 7. set Balance & fade to front 8. on the 2 ch amp, adjust the gain, until the bass boost distorted 9. adjust the xover to make the bass shift to front Why i say myself could not properly tune? Because i use to turn the volume to 1/4, is already very loud, now i have to turn the volume to half, then i can hear it. I am thinking is it because my 2 ch gain too few, thats why the my HU volume now have to turn to half then can hear it. Any advice? Thanks
