1) There was this one time. My colleagues and I were scrutinizing through some interior designer's proposal for some renovation for my company. the proposal was really badly done and we were asking him to show us more illustrations instead of pencil draw 2D top view. This guy dig into his pocket, take out his car remote, smack it on top of the table and told us all to trust his capability as he has done this type of contracts many time. He did not get the contract. 2) I was walking behind this young chap toward the the same lift as me. We almost cross path coming from different floors of the MCP. I let him go ahead first. As I walk behind, he started dangling his premium brand car remote from his hands. I guess it's since have it, flaunt it...what do you guys think. Will you do the same?

started this interesting topic out of curiousity.........mine was a volvo, cause aunty used to drive me in it, though at that time it look like a 'box' but i reckon the name was unique and diff from the others.....that was in the 80s though. :)

Just bought this brand new oil typed filter Model 33-2105 for my Mitsubishi Lancer Year 2005 model which has not been used. But thereafter, decided to change the entire stock air intake system to high performance type. This filter is suitable for Mitsubishi Lancer models (CS2, CS3 & CS5) from Year 2001 to 2006 but before the new Lancer EX design. Hi, Does anyone knows what tyre brand/model that the new VW Golf is using? Because the new Golf is the quietest hatchback due to VW do everything on the car to maximise sound insulation, including using one of the quietest tyres. I intend to change the tyres of my ride which is very noisey, and instead of wasting time doing research on quietest tyres, I might as well just get the tyres that the new Golf is using. -

Hi guys, Pricing aside, do you pick engine oil based on brand or ratings(API, etc). Used to buy "branded" oil until the last two oil changes where I tried cheap dino synthetic oil. Its almost more than 50% cheaper, meets API SL spec and 5W30, can't feel any diff in my gf's 3yr old Latio. For normal road driving, as long as oil meets spec + 10K OCI = safe to use?

Asking on behalf of a friend. If she has a budget of only 30K and wants to buy a Lancer, she has a choice of a brand new OPC or a 3-yr old normal plate. As she don't drive often, I thought an OPC will be sufficient for her. However browsing in sgcarmart throws up some fairly low mileage 3-yr old Lancers at around the same price. Do you think it is better to get an OPC to enjoy the lower road tax? Will it be difficult to sell in a few years time? Thanks for any advice.
