  2. to the driver of SDM 91XX X black merc S300 around 1.15pm today 26/1/08 thank you for showing me what is means of being a "safe driver" yes. i was that sliver toyota wish on lane 2 along ecp towards jln bukit merah. i guess you where too used to driving a jap car that u forgot that ur signal control was on your left and not your right. or maybe your signal light fused. being just on my right. you showed me that even a merc can change lane from 1st lane to 2nd lane with less then half a car length. it really makes me realise that you are paying so much for a merc as it can change lane with such a small gap. although there was no car in front of me nor on lane 3. thank you for letting me test my E BRAKE and ABS on my stock wish by swerving to the left. wow! i suppose that you were in a rush as u dint bother to apologise by waving ur hand at me. to everyone else. i just learned a lesson from this elite today. and yes i know that you were definately going more den 110 kmh as i was going at 100. nice car!

  5. Hi Everyone, My Grandma got knocked down by a Brown colour Nissan Car on 31st Jul-07, Tuesday, in the morning, between 7.45am to 8am. The accident happened along Bedok Reservior Rd towards Kaki Bukit Ave 1. Exact Spot is between a muslim mosque, MJD ALKAFF KG MELAYU, and the bus-stop before the mosque. The driver mentioned he was on the left lane of the two lane, when he signal right and overtook a taxi, when my grandma walk right into his path from left to right. Driver also mentioned that he did apply the brakes, but was unable to stop in time and hit my grandma. The whole windscreen of the car is shattered. No signs of tyre marks can be found after the accident. Currently, my grandma is in the Surgical ICU @ CGH. She has been in a coma since the accident occurred, more than 48 hours ago. My family and I are now, appealing to all eye-witnesses to step forward and contact the police. Please give your account of the accident to the police, so that we can all know the truth. We'll be grateful for your help. And to all mcf-ers, if you happened to witness the whole accident, pls drop me a pm with your name and contact number. Thank you.
  6. Hi brother and sister i was hit by a taxi this afternoon at 4.45 pm by a taxi. Anyone took pics of the incident please post don't mind ? A couple was flagging for that taxi causing the taxi driver to bang into my car, the driver don't even bother to check if there's any car beside him. I was side by side with his taxi at extreme low speed, i guess the driver must br dreaming. My car is just beside him and yet he cannot see. As soon as i came out of the car i ask the coup[le for their contact as they are the witness who saw the whole incident. I just wanna get it over ASAP, how to work without my car. sian sian sian What if it was a motor cycle another life would had been lost.
  7. Hi , I am getting my wife to learn driving, already completed all theories test.Next step is picking driving instructor for Manual class C license. Any good driving instructor to recommend at the west area, near bukit batok area, living at woodlands, more convenient to go west. Private or driving centre also OK.. Typically how long does a driving school take from 1st learning to taking exam and likewise for private instructor..how much longer as compare to driving school. Have been driving for 5 years lost track on taking license stuff. thanks.
  8. I was travelling the windy road along "Small Guilin" at Bukit Batok. I was following a trailer truck which travel quite slowly. I did not overtake as it was a single lane road. Suddenly, I saw a Red Proton Gen 2 with OPC plate overtake me and the truck and went back to the lane after overtaking us. I remarked to my wife on how reckless this OPC car driver and lost sight of the car. After crossing several junctions, I was shocked to see that the same car has just collided with a motorcycle at the Bukit Batok traffic light junction. I do not know how the accident happened and was only able to see the motorcycle lying on the road and with several poilcemen standing on the road. The ambulance came afterwards as I proceed with my normal journey. One lesson learnt, we should drive very carefully and always be in a constant lookout for motorcyclist in our blind spot. No matter whether who is wrong or right, all accident must be prevented at all cost.
  9. I have already searched a few ICE forum but can't find any one talking about those shops along bukit merah opposite old safra building. I already got a set of component, subwoofer, amp and pre-amp....just need to find someone to install and tune for me at affordable price. Due to my busy schedule, will be good if the shop is near my workplace, around redhill and depot area. Any recommendation?
