hi all, I just bought a cashcard from 7-11 store to use for my car. But at the back of the cashcard, it states that it has "4 hours heat resistant" So is this card suitable for use in car where i put inside the IU 24 hrs?? is anyone using this cashcard as well? any adverse effect? thnx :)

How does one go about making a replacement for a loss card? Or change the photo in it? I've gone to look into LTA, onemotoring, SPF and found no information.

Call the citibank card centre and enquired about redeeming Citi$ for fuel vouchers and was told they no longer offer any vouchers? They used to offer Esso vouchers though. Anyone knows what happen to them? Cut cost?

Hi! Purchased a car recently and was informed by car dealer that no road tax disc will be given and I don't have to display any. How true is that? I don't want to get caught outside for driving without a road tax disc... Also informed by my car dealer that LOG CARDS are not given now. Only 3 sheets of printout given to me - showing the prove that car was registered through LTA website. Makes me kind of worried.. Help needed! Thanks so much!

I forgot to put cash card into my IU few days ago.. cos I dun usually travel the route at that time.. Forgot about it until I was almost there, and suddenly noticed the "In Operation" sign. I was on lane 2. Almost wanted to hit the brakes.. but rush hour traffic.. no choice.. went through before my cash card is properly inserted Called LTA. They say no choice, have to pay $10 admin plus the $1 charge. I then say could be something wrong with cashcard or IU, they say no. But if I insist, can go to Vicom to test out and get a memo if anything was wrong.. go get car tested, sure cost more right ! Bugger.. That means LL must pay stupid $10.

Hi all, Just want to gather some feedback on which banks actually charge owners a sum of $$ if they want to borrow their vehicle log card out temporarily.The usual reason to borrow the log card is when they want to sell their vehicles and/or want to transfer their licence plates to another vehicle. I know OCBC charges S$52 just for owners to borrow the log card out for 1 week ! Multiple selections allowed...so please state which banks charges $$ and if possible..how much. Cheers

hi guys, i decide i hav enough of juddering wippers...thus going to c&c for servicing tis friday..i had tried mani methods taught by u guys( wash with detergent, dun use rain x, change wipper etc.) but the problem always come buk...aniway, some ppl are telling me tat the wipper motor could be not powerful enough as my car is less than 4 mths old, so shldn't be the silicone deposit etc..hope to get it solve.. below r update of my kia rio problems which seem to crop out all of a sudden recently ... 1)squeaking sound when braking in the morning, sound will disappear after car is warmed up...i did a search on squeaking in mcf and found some similiar cases, seems to be some rusting problem, will highlight to the c&c staff... 2)car wobberly at slow speed...when i am moving at my home mscp at first/second gear, i can feel the car to be beri wobblery...i think it could be the shock or suspension problem(not sure)...i hope it is not tire problem as i upgrade to 15inch sports rims/tires at stamford 1 or 2 mths ago... 3)car vibrate at high speed...frm mcf forum, i believe it is due to the tires balancing/alignment...will check with stamford tyres cheers...hope my report didnt discourage more frm buying kia....heehee
