SPC got new formula to enjoy cleaner engine. Esso, this morning also heard from radio can clean carbon Cowtex long time has been promoting their little ppl cleaning the engine. Only shell don have. so does all the cleaning agents really works or just gimmicks?

Hi to all, I have recently picked up a Porter Cable 7424XP and some LC polishing pads. Enjoying every minute with these. However how do you all clean your pads? I understand that some use a bucket of soap and sort of spin them clean. Can i instead use washing detergent to clean? Hand wash ? When then need to change pad?

I just did a thorough throttle body cleaning by a workshop. Is it normal for the idle to show more reading than usual? Previous idle is 750rpm With air con,850rpm Now after cleaning, the idle shoot to 900rpm With air con is 1000rpm

Done 500+km with AutoRX, used fresh Chevron Supreme 10W30 and oil filter for better results. I can see dislodged/dissolved sludge particles on the crankshaft and there are lots of tiny black particles being suspended in the oil as well. Engine is a 2.5yrs old 2.3L Nissan V6 which has done mostly city driving, odometer is currently reading 41,109km.

Spent the last weekend doing last minute spring cleaning and it was like doing a couple of IPPTs. Threw away at least 20 NTUC bags full of rubbish and all the unwanted stuff . . . should have taken leave today now body aching like mad Could have called up the cleaning company but from what I heard, they were fully booked a couple of weeks ago How's your progress? Now have to focus on cleaning up the car to make it gim gim and kut kut in time for CNY visits

My kitchen window so many watermarks that I tried to scrub it with glass polisher also can't get it off... so the whole window looks blurr because of the watermarks... anyway to get rid of it? upstair always got water dripping to my window.. wish can install a mini awning

Hi all, any tips or recommendations on products to clean/restore brake calipers to original condition? currently, my BBK is abit dull-looking, esp with the brake-dust, dirt, etc buildup after time~ are the cleaner products for rims brake-dust suitable as it may be too abrasive for brake calipers?

alrite..i've receive complaint that my recaros are "dirty". they looked clean to me but probably trap too many dust over the time and pple wif sensitive skin find their skin to be alittle itchy after seating. (frankly speaking i ok leh..maybe i elephant skin) anyone can recommend a good steam cleaning outlet probably ard west/north or sin ming area? also, any idea wat the cost is like? another question is..is it worthwhile to wrap leather? 2 more yrs to go before coe expires and haf no idea wanna renew or not. anyway for my budget probably is go into boleh land and wrap.. any recommendation or advice? thankS!

Got a chance to clean my K&N filter, all thanks to the authorised agent for replacing it with a paper filter, and returning the K&N in the original filter box. Dug out my "recharger kit" and think it's like, 5 years old. Now can take my own sweet time to clean the K&N, and air dry thoroughly. Anyone knows if there is an expiry date to the cleaning kit? Can't find any batch number/month/date imprinted on the bottles.

Where to buy AEM dry flow air filter cleaning kit? I have KNN cleaning kit, but I think its different. HKS reloaded costed me $190 from my cousin direct import from japan (some 30-40 bucks cheaper than $230-250 in singapore). AEM CAI pipe is 63mm, HKS reloaded is 70mm. Bought a joint extension to adapt the HKS to my AEM CAI pipe.

just bought a car with brembo brakes and racing pads. brake dust super thick after just 8 days of driving. cloth and hand all black like charcoal after washing the rims (using just water). cloth gotta throw away after the wash. any advice cleaning the rims with ease and without wasting cloth? thanks in advance.

Anyone ever used other cleaning solution to clean your K&N filter before. Just to share with you guys. I was cleaning my filter yesterday, noticed that the K&N cleaning solution was finished but oil still got a lot. So I bo chap...just used my shampoo to washing & everthing looks perfectly fine.... Don't dare to try something stronger like dish washing solution. Anyway, I think should be ok coz when they adverdised their product they always claim that it's tough on these & that. But Comes to cleaning it's so sensitive that we must use their KNN cleaning solution.
