Hey guys im looking for a commercial loan of up to 70-80k for machinery. any bros have any recommendations? what interest rates should i be looking? is it worth it to take up floating rates pegged to the SIBOR i have observed the SIBOR and noticed its been dropping pretty much the last few months and so i figure it'll be rising without doubt.
  5. Icy-cold yet disturbingly sexy actress Uma Thurman and William Shakespeare's verses "We are such stuff as dreams are made on" are the key highlights of Alfa Romeo's advertising campaign for the new Giulietta hatchback that will kick off with a TV commercial in Italy on 16 May. Created by Leo Burnett, the international campaign on TV, press, posters, radio and web will run across all the main countries in Europe. It is said to play on the parallelism between the star of movies such as Pulp Fiction and Kill Bill, and the Alfa Romeo Giulietta. In the TV commercial that was entirely filmed in the USA, Uma Thurman is said to play the roles of five different women who symbolize the different souls of the car. The new Ford Focus-sized Giulietta goes on sale on May 22 and will be available with a raft of engines including a 1.4-liter petrol with 120HP and 170HP, a 1.6-liter diesel with 105HP and a range-topping 1.75-liter petrol with 235HP.

  7. This commercial shows the reality (the dark side) of the society. It deeply touches the inner heart of Pantene's core target, the underdogs in the country.

    Commercial ovens

Wondering if anyone knows where to get commercial ovens. Not too big ones, but more heavy duty for home use. Looking at both new and used ones that can be placed on the counter top. currently using a baby belling but seems not robust enough.
  12. Guys, do you think this is feasible for singapore inc? at least we can keep food prices stable and at the same time help other countries. http://www.time.com/time/world/article/0,8...1861145,00.html Tenant farming was popular in rural America until the Dust Bowl years of the Depression, but the practice is making a comeback on an epic scale in much of Africa. This time, however, the "tenants" are not simply family farmers down on their luck and willing to work land they don't own; they're major international corporations and governments looking to compensate for shortages of arable land in their own countries by setting up massive industrial farms abroad. South Korea's Daewoo Logistics this week announced it had negotiated a 99-year lease on some 3.2 million acres of farmland on the dirt-poor tropical island of Madagascar, off southern Africa's Indian Ocean coast. That's nearly half of Madagascar's arable land, according to the U.N.'s Food and Agricultural Organization, and Daewoo plans to put about three quarters of it under corn. The remainder will be used to produce palm oil

  15. I am looking for a small commercial fridge. The ideal size would be 1m x 1m x 1.7m (L x w x h) or somewhere close. The type which has a transparent front panel showing the contents inside the fridge, typically used for storage of can drinks in mama's shop, or the type which is used by florists to keep flowers in their shop. Looking for a small one and a second-hand unit would be ideal. Anyone has any suggestions?
  16. Hi Bros I would like to ask how many of you find the new Nissan Radio ad irritating? The ad with the chipmunks saying 2888 or soemthing like that ... it's funny and cute for the first few times but after a while it gets extremely irritating man. Any guys with the same thoughts as me?

  20. This might seem like a really noob question, but am going to ask it anyway.... I was browsing some japanese websites and saw that the price of a Suzuki Van & a Suzuki Swift is not much difference. Swift - 1,102,000 Yen (SGD $13,793) Lapin - 1,000,650 Yen (SGD $12,524) Every Van - 879,900 Yen (SGD $11,013) SGD $2,800 difference in Japan. But when PI bring over here, the price is selling for: Swift - $56,0000 Lapin - $58,0000 Every Van - $34,0000 That's a $22,000 price difference between the Swift and the Every Van. Do commercial vehicles enjoy a different Tax structure ??? No 110% ARP ? I do know that as a reselt, alot of people buying the following for $20-30K only - Renault Kangoo - Peugeot Partner - Opel Combo - VW Caddy - Citroen Berlingo Can someone help explain ??? Thanks !
  21. Does anyone know what "features" of a vehicle makes a commercial vehicle in singapore??? I have half a mind on importing one but i'm not sure if it would be classified as a commercial vehicle. It seats 2, and has a big tray at the back and has a weight capacity of 1 ton. Its a petrol vehicle, has a bodykit and comes with 17inch wheels, so i'm wondering if it would fit as one.
  22. Now THIS is the way to promote XBOX!! Use hottie Kana Tsugihara in the commercial .
  23. How many time have we seen commercial vehicle occupying the faster lanes and cruising at 60km/h or speeding above 80km/h on the faster lanes. They are getting bolder & bolder by the day. What my passenger and me saw today really takes the cake. Date : 7/7/07 Time : 12:11pm This driver was ridiculous. The van even had a "SINGAPORE POST" sticker on his front bonnet. He drove on the fast lane along the PIE from Steven Road exit towards Changi on the fast lane tailgating cars speeding past 100km/h at times !! There were huge bellows of smoke from his exhaust (see picture). Witnessed this till Paya Lebar exit when I turned off, he was still driving in same manner. The pictures tell the story. SO what is the root of the problem : - LTA for raising their speed limit of commercial ? - TP for low enforcement of 60km/h speed limit of commercial vehicles with their fleet of WRX, Super bikes and speed radars ? - Extremely poor social ettiquette of commercial vehicle drivers ? This reminds me of Jarkata where busses, lorries & trailer are seen speeding on the fast lane past 100km/h. Is Singapore in the making to deteriorate to that someday *** From MCF Admin: Pictures deleted because number plates in photo are not masked out. Please mask out and repost if necessary.
