Recently, i bought some promo tix from the jetstar for our annual family trip in Nov. 6 person in total. Instead of sourcing for travel insurance, i just bought it together with tix. After I paid for it, i didnt hear anything from the jetstar or the insurer AIG regarding to the insurance. I didnt chase them for the policy doc since, i have proof that i have paid and the trip is still some time away. 2 days ago, jetstar change my itineray and we are made to come back 2 days later than our original booking. I wanted to check if I would be reimbused for the additional days so i went requested for the policy doc to be send to me. To my horror, only 5 person in the trip were mentioned in the policy paper. 1 person is missed out ! When i checked with jetstar, they said i have made payment and there shld not be any problem with my insurance. But the insurance details , i will need to check with AIG. I called AIG , they said they only received application for 5 persons and what went missing during my applications is not within their control and does assume no responsiblity to the missing insurance cover. I send them the itineray, with 6 person name.. and they shld at least tell me that 1 of them is not cover as per my itinerary, instead of i finding out myself. 1) they didnt give me the policy promptly when i first bought 2) when ask on the policy, they didnt advise that the policy is not the same as my itinerary 3) my address in the policy is wrong. *Gosh*... what irresponsible response from AIG ?!? Aniway, i am asking them if they could cancelled the entire cover as i feel that they process is not clear and fail my expectation. They are not willing to cancel.. and now i am waiting for the CS to bring this up for review. This is total crap..

ok, just realized i have a missing wing mirror cover (only right side) (for silver altis)........ where is the good place to get a replacement? any shop with pricing info?... ...prefer 2nd hand and want it cheap only........... i think i really have to drop by si beh lor to pray pray....

Looking for ip5 cover for significant person for Xmas gift. So far went to some shops (kate Spade, Aigner & Agnes B) but couldn't find - they only have iphone 4. Does anyone know whether Burberry, Gucci, LV have? Or anyone can recommend other nice accessories for ip5?

I am selling the above which I got as a gift. Is brand new (only took out of the box to check and see) as it was a gift from a friend but I had no use for it as I already had another cover. Any body know where to get car cover other than auto bac ? ideally i would like to have those half cover type. that cover the top and the window only. Reason is for the thing to be smaller and more convinence to keep. Thanks, DoNnuTs

Anyone had this problem before? It cause the lid to be able to open but not close unless I pull the lever and have someone push the lid close before I release it to lock it. This is due to the stopper being too far out. If possible I do not want to return to agent as it is very far from my place. And no, not any workshop can do the job. I've visited 3 workshops today, all told me they don't repair that (or maybe they just don't know how to). Anyone experience this and got it fixed by third party workshop?

Hi, Has anyone replaced their Honda Stream's rear light cover....damaged my left rear light cover while reversing in the evening I knew there are a few shops that sell Honda parts...namely Min Ghee,,,and Thian Seng...... not sure when these shops will resume operation...will try my luck on Wednesday.... but in the meantime if anyone had replaced it , do let me know the cost incurred. I dont expect it to be cheap..as it seems to be one piece assembly. thank you. best regards.

Hi all just want to find out from fellow bros/sis here Went to starhub tampines to return set top etc as i am moving house and had to terminate the service. ANd I was told that the small little plastic battery cover that was the only thing amiss will cost me $20 singapore dollars! The yaya staff said it is as if the whole remote is missing! and also said even if i complained , the answer will still be the same! I left the place in a huff saying that i will not sign for starhub ever. Thinking of writing to ST forum to let people know S*&^Hub charge $20 for a plastic cover on a remote on a more than 10 years customers - Will i be wasting my time?
