  1. Do u all feel that with the shift in our attention towards rising coe prices, we have forgotten how crazy petrol prices have become? Are we getting used to rising petrol prices too?

  3. Hi MCF I know this is stupid but have you all tried all the brands of fuel here and got the best FC for your ride? I have only tried shell, caltex and esso. 4. Sometimes, people do things without thinking about the consequence of their actions. Ignorance is bliss, am I right? Until someone decides to take a video and post it on the internet for the world to see. Watch this video to find out how the internet is capable of f@*king you up when you least expect it to: What Happened? A group of people, who are presumably friends, were caught disposing petrol from a motorcycle just outside an Esso petrol station. The group can be seen lifting the motorcycle and tilting it to drain the petrol next to a grass patch. Their actions were filmed and posted by an individual from the group on his IG account and IG story. I guess it is a norm to document any interesting part of your daily life experience and upload it to social media in today's digital age. Everything is 'for the gram' these days. The Rationale Behind Their Actions With the surge in petrol prices in the recent months, it makes their actions seem absurd. The only possible, logical explanation for their action stems from the stupidity of the rider who pumped the wrong type of petrol. (Eg. Pumping of diesel fuel instead of 92 or 95.) Other than the above, it makes no sense to dispose of any unused petrol in the tank, especially in an undesignated area. Interestingly, one individual came forward to address this issue...in a horrible fashion. Instead of acknowledging the group's wrongdoing and making the appropriate amends, this individual decided to defend the group. If I told you to eat shit, will you? Come on, just spare several seconds to think rationally, and avoid any unnecessary trouble. Netizens' Comments It is highly likely that he did. Either forgot about SAF's 9th Core Value or haven't served yet... Please help to educate them🤐 ======== Receive a $10 PayNow transfer for every submission we publish on Facebook! 5. 7.5km/l on my last tank yikes! I can do bad fc but this is super duper bad on a tiny 1.5L car. Was on Esso 95 previously on the 7.5km/l, just pumped Caltex 95 + Techron Complete Fuel System Cleaner and monitoring but so far no improvements. Any suggestions to achieve better fuel consumption so that I can at least make it to KL in one tank? Deciding to stop at Ayer Keroh R&R for A&W should be by choice, not by force. 😆 Please help me get from very bad fc to okok fc hahaha. 🥴
  6. Do you feel that their 95 feels like esso/shell 92? That's why their 95 is cheaper?

  19. Hello everyone, Esso Hougang along Hougang Avenue 3 will cease operations at end of November due to lease expiry. They are now giving out Esso discount vouchers: $5 off with every $50 petrol, usable from 1 December 2014 onwards at all other Esso petrol stations; this discount is offered on top of prevailing credit card and station discounts. The discount vouchers are given for every $50 petrol purchased at Esso Hougang, and it is a booklet with 4 x $5 vouchers usable from 1 December 2014 all the way till 31 December 2015, ie 13 months, total nominal value of $260. Just to share the above with MCF forumers who pump Esso; good deal if you use DBS Esso Platinum MasterCard, the discount voucher plus the usual 17% discount works out to be 27% discount at the counter, further you still earn Esso Smiles points.
  20. Imagine you drove into a petrol station wanting to pump petrol... You see Supreme+. And then beside it, you see EXTRA... Which will you think is ron 98? Obviously I choose the wrong one thinking it had extra in it. Am I the only stupid one?

  23. Went for a car wash this afternoon at about 3.30 pm at Macpherson Esso. I noted that the dude shampooing my car had a litted fag in his mouth and he was rubba-ing my car nonchalantly. I almost wanted to come out and fark him as his ciggy ashes are falling on my car as he sponged my panels. They were spraying soap and water so I cant come out and LLST. Secondly, WTF was he thinking!! Its a damn petrol kiosk leh! Who can I report this too? Will try to extract the video from my car cam tomorrow.
