Hi, looking to get a portable dvd player (good to have specs to include 8.5" screen, built-in tv tuner, seat mount bracket, swivel screen or tablet to save space, FM transmitter) for car use. Have been window shopping around and saw the NB brand at Autobacs that cost close to $800 with above specs. Worthwhile to get this or those more common brands which are also slightly cheaper retailing in electronic marts? Appreciate any kind feedback or recommendation from anyone here who has such a setup? Thanks.

dear MCF-ers, for those of you who had fitted the GruppeM on your TC cars, can I ask if there is any noticeable improvement in performance, or is it just a piece of useless decor with perhaps some audio entertainment and when rev your engine. This thing looks nice, not cheap though. Kam sia! -

hi...... guys and gals frequent changing of handset is really commom now, but have u ever regret after changing due to unreliable and even sometime exaggerating information from handset makers that really upset u? are u a die hard fans of a certain brand? care to share on why ? care to share ur past mobile hand set experience or compliant,that can actually help to we fellow's here from doing the same mistake? so pls feel free to share. well let's start wit me,my last set is hp voice messenger ,jus got it not long ago , support up to,(in the manual 2gb) but hang after passing 5 to 600 mb, user interface is quite friendly,like example the search for contact is really special,instead of only showing or remembering only the first alphabet of ur store contact it actually show up all relevant aphahet in common, wat impress me most is actually the battery life it can actually last 3 to 4 days in above medium usage ,but the dwn side is the resale value . now i have switch to nokia 6300,well it seem ok ,the look,resale value,friendly interface ,but as for battery life,it actually pull the whole phone dwn it only last 1 n halfday .

Feedback / Complaint on Seah Lee Cheng Cecilia (1 Yio Chu Kang Road) Yesterday (26/Sep/07) at about 130pm, I went to the above location to close my 2 daughters accounts. I'm the 1st customer queuing while the 2 counters each serving their customers. I waiting patiently for my turn. Just then, a auntie walked in & queued behind me. Both waited for about 10 - 15 mins. Suddenly, this auntie walked infront of me, standing infront of an empty counter. I knew - she intended to jump my queue. I was thinking perhaps she will failed this attempt since I'm the customer whom walked in before her. We waited for another less than 10mins impatiently. And to my horror, this Customer Service Ms Cecilia attended to the auntie whom jumped my queue!!! Now, my questions & feedbacks are : - 1) RHB has 6 committments, but where are they? Ms Cecilia has failed all these 6 committments to the customers she has attended. No smile, no greeting, though is not an issue to me. 2) Should Ms Cecilia attend to me 1st or to the auntie whom jumped queue 1st??? 3) Should the waiting time be shorten & customer service improve their speeding & performance? Honestly, as RHB customer, I'm very dissapointed about RHB & Ms Cecilia way of handling their customers. She adopted a very poor customer service & has ruin RHB's reputation.. (I may sound overboard but it's true) If RHB staffs are unable to fulfill the 6 committments, advise to remove these clauses will be much more better, don't you agree? Well, this feedback may sound rude to you, but if you put your shoe in your customers' shoes, you will feel the same as me. I hope RHB Management will seriously look into this matter & also to review Ms Cecilia's performance seriously.

This morning started to try my new toy : Collinite 476 paste wax. Since my ride's was in perfect condition, so I only need to do: 1. Good washing 2. claybarring using QD as lub 3. one layer of Collinite 476 paste wax It's very easy to apply but u need to use damp applicator, at first using a sponge type but seems not easy to apply then I switch to a damp MF appliator and it's more easy to apply. Instead of panel by panel I did it one side by one side. I mean after applied the whole left hand side and I started to buff off then go to the right hand side. 1. Left side 2. Right side 3. Roof Top 4. Bonnet & back door. Buff off is very easy and seems if u let it haze a longer time the more easy to buff. The result: Shiny & Wet. Water beading & sheeting : Back home from Bt. Batok by AYE around 4 pm. The whole journey was heavy rain, but the rain was stopped when I almost home. Very surprise that after I parked my ride and find there's only a few drops of water I need to wipe.............wow super &

I was at a petrol station this morning and notice some calcium maintenance free sealed battery displayed at the tyre shop. Any bros here have experience with this type of battery? Is it as durable and long-lasting as a normal battery? How long can it be expected to last?
