The China Post/Asia News Network TAIPEI, Taiwan -- A 15-year-old girl sued a man for sexual assault, out of anger that the man refused to have sex with her due to her weight. The 18-year-old college male was not indicted for sexual assault because the planned sexual encounter was consensual, yet he was taken into custody for trying to have sex with a minor, police said. The incident took place when the girl, a ninth grader measuring 155 centimeters in height and 80 kilograms in weight, hooked up with the man on the Internet. The two soon developed a lewd, lascivious virtual relationship and had online sex each time they chatted over the web. When they decided it was time to do it for real, they met up. The man almost ditched the girl upon seeing her weight, yet still decided to give it a try. Once at the man's house, the girl slipped off her clothes and asked the man to hit the bed immediately. The man was totally unable to get into the mood, and could not get aroused even when he covered the girl's face with a pillow, trying not to see her. He then asked the girl to go into the bathroom to moan and gratify herself, while he masturbated. An upskirt photo of a girl sleeping was uploaded by a Netizen and making rounds on online forums. The photo, published in Lianhe Wanbao shows a teenage girl sleeping on her side. Her skirt was lifted up, exposing her underwear. She also seemed to be wearing a school uniform comprising a white blouse and a green skirt. According to the Chinese evening daily, Lianhe Wanbao, the Netizen had claimed in his post that he snapped this picture of his girlfriend while she was alseep. The Netizen, who was unnamed, said that the couple had sex and his girlfriend then fell asleep on his bed. He then pried under her skirt and took the image without her knowing. The photo will also be used to threaten his girlfriend should she be unwilling to have sex with him in the future, Lianhe Wanbao reported the Netizen as saying. Some Netizens have also speculated as to which school does the girl in the picture belong to, with many saying that the colour of the uniform looks like that of Raffles Junior College (RJC). In a reply to Lianhe Wanbao, an RJC spokesperson said that it was difficult to confirm the identity of the schoolgirl or the educational institution she belongs to just by the colour of her uniform, and thus the school is unwilling to further comment on the matter. The Netizen's act is against the law, and he can be found guilty of up to three charges - for insulting the modesty of a woman, distributing of obscene images and threatening someone with harm. The first charge carries a penalty of a maximum jail term of one year, a fine or both. The second charge of creating or distribution of pornographic images can lead to a maximum two-year jail sentence, a fine of up to $40,000 or both. Had lunch around Amoy road sometime this week and was sitting near 3 girls also having lunch. In a Sunday posting titled "SQ's joke" on lifestyle website omy.sg, Lee writes that he has been commuting frequently between Malaysia and Singapore, due to his role as a judge in the Malaysian programme, "I Wanna Be a Model". During an early flight back to Singapore last Thursday, Lee says he was taking a rest when the stewardess came around to serve drinks. He requested for a hot coffee, to which the stewardess said "huh" in reply. Thinking that the cabin crew did not hear him clearly, Lee says he repeated the request. This time, the stewardess said, "Sir, due to the warm weather, we do not have hot beverages". Taken aback by the reply, Lee reacted with a "huh", to which the stewardess repeated the same explanation - what he calls - a "joke". Lee says he finally settled for mineral water. He then heard the Caucasian passenger seated beside him saying, "How can be? SQ such a big company do not serve hot drink. Ridiculous", to which Lee just laughed. An SIA spokesperson told the Shin Min Daily News that when the weather is bad and turbulence is encountered, serving of hot beverages will be suspended for safety reasons. The spokesperson added that the safety of the plane's passengers and cabin crew are of the utmost priority. Shin Min understands that during bad weather conditions, the airline stops serving hot beverages, in case it spills and scalds passengers. Warm weather vs bad weather, very different loh....based on the report, if it is true, then SQ should send their staff for Introduction to English 101 instead of coffee, tea or me...LOL.....anybody gf or wife is a SQ stewardess, care to comment on this????

Natasha Mikhailova was kept locked in a room with dogs and cats for several years, causing her to behave like an animal. She does not speak, laps up her food and drink with her tongue, and walks on all fours. Though living in filthy conditions in the same home as her father Viktor Lozhkin, 27, and grandparents in the Siberian city of Chita, child experts say she was treated as a family pet. Lozhkin and the girl's mother Yana Mikhailova, 25, who has had no contact with her for two years, were both arrested on suspicion of neglect. 'They never let her out, we didn't know she existed,' said one neighbour. 'They have three really vicious and angry ones which they took for walks - but we never saw this child.' The girl is the size of a two-year-old and was not registered with doctors or hospitals. Natasha is now under close observation at a social rehabilitation centre. Specialists are shocked at the way she jumps on people and plays dog games yet they say she is not mentally disabled. 'When I went out of the room, she jumped at the door and started barking, not just mewing or something, but barking,' said Nina Yemelchugova, chief of the centre. 'She eats well, she's got a good appetite but she can't behave at the table, she throws away the spoon and laps up food from the plate.' Natasha shuns the company of other children and gets nervous when she hears unexpected noises. Police chief Larisa Popova said officers entered the flat on Monday after a tip-off from neighbours. 'We had to fight to get this girl away,' she said. Her father not there but the dogs sought to protect her. 'The child was living in absolute filthy conditions, the flat smells awful. There were a lot of animals, dogs and cats, and the girl was living with them. 'When we went into the flat we were almost knocked over by the stink.' Natasha was wearing torn and soiled clothes. Yekaterina Novikova, who lives nearby, said: 'These neighbours are unsociable, they only come out at night or early in the morning to avoid meeting with other locals and they never open the door.' The mother, who has three other children living at another address, was arrested after going to police following local TV coverage of the girl being taken into care. She claimed that Natasha had been 'kidnapped' by her father several years ago, but seems to have made no effort to get her back. Experts hope Natasha can recover with intensive education. She showed delight when an art teacher drew a picture of a flower. The parents could face around three years in jail, according to Russian media reports.
