Hello there. I've been dabbling in tuning my Volvo V50 and I came across some problems all around. What would be the best option to maximize bhp without sacrificing the reliability of the car ? I found some different forums that provide different answers and I'm kind of in a hurdle to be honest. The second thing is where could I find the best part supplier ? I'm not really looking for a shop to do all the work because that really just takes out all the fun in it for me so doing the whole car by myself would be a very big accomplishment lol. I've looked on https://www.247spares.co.uk/volvo and https://www.autozone.com/ for some parts but I'm not really sure where else to look. Can I find good parts on these sites ? Hi, My apology for what might seems to be an silly question but there is an indication that i can only make x number of posts until certaining timing. This is relatively old news but generating quite a fair bit of discussions on the net. Would be interesting to hear views of MCFers. I personally think the couple is making terrible life choices. In olden days, people have many kids because they have no entertainment and or access to contraceptives. Hi all, I have just placed my deposit for my Chevrolet Aveo, sedan. Can anyone pls advice me on the spare parts of Chevrolet? is it expensive?? I have heard that Mitsubishi's spare parts is much cheaper to source.. I have sooo many questions abt Chevrolet. I know nothing about this brand, the support, the parts, the servicing (is it expensive)... Can someone pls HELP!?!

Setting up this thread to help myself and others who may have caught a snippet or the whole movie somewhere, like a plane, trailer or something and would like to know what the movie title is, so they can find and watch that movie :) Some format to help others find the movie for you: - rough period in which the movie was viewed - likely year of release of the show, even if you only narrow it down to the decade, it helps - Western / Chinese / Jap / Korean etc - genre So here's my first question: It was an incidental finding on an recent flight.. What I know It's release in the recent past - 2016 onwards It's a Chinese / Korean / HKG / Jap collaboration Set in WWII, with a Jap treasure involved, and an HKG who plays a kick ass Jap general with a wonderful fight scene at the end The movie starts with an Indiana Jones / Han Solo type hero rogue who bluffs and cheats his way out of trouble, and a Korean actress who is a spy and kills her Jap army officer husband on a train to secure some map / info.. Dear all, Looks like age has really caught up with me. Have been bugged by heel pain for close to a year. Consulted a Chinese physician and he told me it's heel spur (骨刺). Went for a few sessions of bone setting (推拿)and there was quite a significant improvement initially. But after a while, the treatment seems to have reached a saturation where I can't get any further improvements. I could still feel the residual pain, especially after a walk. Has anyone here encountered a similar problem, is there any treatment I could seek? 唉...不认老都不行了.

Just to check, if 1.5l of mineral bottle burst and the water all went down to the floor carpet. Will it drain off from the bottom of the car ? Driving a VW, wanted to peel the carpet off to see underneath but cannot find the starting part of the carpet

He is currently bedridden due to a stroke, and has a morphine implant to help him ease the pain. His fight against cancer has been costly and his treatments have essentially wiped out his savings - he was the main breadwinner for his family and has an 8-year-old daughter. I wish to raise funds to help my brother and sister-in-law ease their financial worries with mounting costs as each day passes. His family will have to bear the five-digit palliative care costs, all his other inpatient and outpatient medical bills that are not covered by insurance. Hi all, Need a big fav...a former student of mine just got his poly posting....and he got the most ill-fitted course...manufacturing engineering. He has absolutely ZERO interest in it and since young, he has always dream of being an accountant. Can someone, preferably a poly lecturer pls help....he will like to swap course to maybe business enterprise IT or the likes. He has 18 points for 5 subjects. Unless no choice, it doesn't really make sense to make a promising young man take on a course which he will never pursue in future. He is thinking about taking night classes (on business/accountacy) after his day poly lessons. A young man should be allowed to pursue his dreams. Please advise! Cheers! Thargor

Hi Need advise. 1st time hack wall for my new home. Quite extensive hacking.. total about 3 pieces of wall gone liao... my neighbour a few units away (not immediate left or right or below), complained due to the vibration effects of the wall hacking, his wall tiles in his kitchen has damaged. I saw the damage and a small crack. I am wondering whether such things can happen? the owner happen to be ID so he has explaining that this is quite common... I am just concerned whether i am being ripped... anyone has such similar experience?

I was travelling around 90km/h, suddenly my meter show 0km/h. then from 0 went to 90 and back to 0 again. i slow down but still the same, show my speed for 1 sec and drop back to 0. please view this video. anyone can help me out by telling me wat happen? do i need to change the whole speedomter? thanks! speedometer.3gp

I need to order some basketball jersey (Jerseys & shorts) from Guangzhou China, but was told by the china supplier that the freight fee will be USD70 just for 14sets of jerseys set. I engaged a china courier company to help me with the importing but was rejected by the custom, reason being told that the jerseys has "logo" meaning it's a local brand, so only their engaged courier company " EMS Express" can send the jerseys to me without any issues. So i would like to seek advise from any experts out there able to recommend me a courier company that i can engage to import in the so call "local brand" jerseys without any problem and of cause to see if there's any ways to reduce the freight fee.Thanks.

hey guys, I just bought a new car 5 months ago, and recently there has been some construction going on and apparently some paint primer got on the car body. I've read a few solutions about removing paint, but I was wondering if those apply to removing primer stuck on car too. So far i've been thinking about trying turpentine. Is there anything else I should consider?

Apparently need to buy a module to remove the safety features that block dvd/certain features of navigation/phone book while car in motion/gear engaged. Contacted Elebest and Autospritze - module not available. After I updated my profile, my time settings becom screwed up. The time now reads as 11.35am SGT, when it's now 7.35pm GMT +8 (Singapore time). Can anyone advise how do I switch the time back? I tried exploring Edit Profile but there's no option for me to change. Thanks!

Went to book a car from them car is 7 months old C&C understand that their salesman told me that I can transfer my DVD player from my old car to their newer car and warranty won’t be void for my car when I go to C&C servicing. Hi there bros, Dunno whether i,ve posted in the right section ?? .. but i'll jus shoot any way.... wah lau!! today i ta bao breakfast for my colleagues beef noodles then the sauce leak thru the seams of my IKEA Transaprent white box and it stain the base of my car boot ( dunno correct term bor ? ) Any idea wat spray on cleaner/cleaning agents to get to clean it or i have to take the whole bloody piece out and wash it ?? although it oni stained a bit.. plus the base is black color.. it some how DID left tat "buay song" feelings inside me lor... ..plus a bit sticky too... Hope u bros out there who have experienced this could help me out ....

Last July installed 2 no. FINE CR-200HD cameras with 'Power Magic' in continuous running mode. My 2l Picnic also has a typical Pioneer 7" Audio System with 2 front & back speaker and a pair of tweeter. Had 2 backseat LCD as well. After running the cameras for a 1-2 weeks my Alternator charging system happen to die off. (cost >S$2k to change, new battery is 45 AH.) Suspected the 'Power Magic' or the new installed cameras causing the problem. Re-installed to an original 'Power Magic' The problem now is the battery will drain off (unable to start up the car) if it is left for more than 1-2 days. Check with AD - no problem, check with camera installed guy - no problem as the Power Magic is able to power-off the cameras at a preset voltage of about 11.8VDC. They suggest replacing with a higher capacity battery. Any comment? Thanks.
