  3. I intend to upgrade the whole house with LED lights, partly to save electricity and to 'upgrade' the house lightings. Anyone knows where and which company sells LED lightings in Singapore, best if can view a wide selection of LED range at one shop/location. Internet has lots of interesting LED bulbs for home use, but seems like Singapore not easy to find supplier. Looking for screw in light bulbs and long tube type(to replace florescent tubes) Also waterproof outdoor mood lights as well. Anyone knows of any good shops/company...can PM me the address? Thanks.

  5. Just to share with u guys; Initially I doubt that these 4 pcs of 185/55/15 tire can put into the boot of Honda City, but surprisingly, all squeezed in . I think other bigger CC 1.6L or 1.8CC car may have a bigger boot, but for 1.5L, this is amazing.
  6. http://www.channelnewsasia.com/stories/sin.../313374/1/.html Singapore motor insurers report 300% rise in Q3 losses By Loh Kim Chin, Channel NewsAsia | Posted: 23 November 2007 2251 hrs Photos 1 of 1 SINGAPORE : Losses in motor insurance are hurting profits in the general insurance market. According to the General Insurance Association of Singapore, or GIA, gross insurance premiums rose 3.7 percent in the third quarter of this year to S$572 million compared to the same period a year ago. But the motor account - the largest single class of general insurance business in Singapore - continued to see losses. The loss came in at S$40 million - the largest ever quarterly loss for motor insurers in Singapore. The GIA attributed the losses to rising claims, high acquisition costs and underpricing due to fierce competition. It warns that for the whole year, the loss on the motor account would top the S$100 million mark. - CNA/ch

Private records of 7.25 million families claiming child benefit - a tax-free monthly payment available to everyone with children - were on the disks. Major security breach What the disks contain:Names, addresses, birth dates, national insurance numbers and, in some cases, banking details of 25 million adults and children.
