Monday May 21, 4:17 PM ERP rates to be reduced for June 2007 school holidays ADVERTISEMENT SINGAPORE: The Land Transport Authority (LTA) will reduce the ERP rates by 50 cents for the coming June 2007 school holidays. This follows a review of traffic conditions on ERP-priced roads and expressways. The affected gantries are: Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) ECP (Fort Road) ECP (Ophir Road) PIE (Adam) Handy Road Central Business District Bendemeer Road Dunearn Road Thomson Road The new rates will apply from 26 May 2007 to 23 June 2007 and will revert to the pre-June 2007 school holiday rates from 25 June 2007. - CNA/yy ALOT OF PARENTS DRIVING KIDS TO SCHOOL... prices going up ! getting new car but arrival in june. dealer pegs coe rebate at $12K, but encourages me to bid immediately at $15K to "hedge" against price increase come June. 2 bids to go... what do you guys think ?

Volkswagen's Czech-built Skoda brand will be introduced Down Under next June http://editorial.carsales.com.au/mellor/me...A25708400145181 This would have been good news for us if Skoda was introduced into Australia earlier as I would believe more aftermarket parts would be made available....for owners of the current Octys, Fabias and Superbs. Fabia and Superb owners still have a glimmer of hope for more aftermarket parts from down under soon though For Octy owners, well... tough luck

To all Ex-Autospeed Forumers, We're planning another excursion up to Malaysia this June (weekend getaway). Please do add your name to the list if you're keen on going up. This time, we're gonna do an early morning highway sprint, followed by a trek through a trunk road towards Mersing. We're probably gonna stay at a Chalet overnight, and I'm hoping to arrange for a beachside BBQ (like the article I read mentioned).
