Managed to record this interesting scene. I saw this lady cyclist on Nicoll Highway towards City direction on Thursady morning. The way she rode was very unstable. For a moment I was wonderig if bicycles are allowed on highway but what a heck... While I turned right at the Nicoll Highway and Middle Road junction, you could see that she performed a "drift" and suddenly cut into my way. Fortunately I anticipated her move and slowly moved behind her. Then while I was on Seah Street and about to North Bridge Road and while I was queuing behind a Comfort taxi, what happend later was even more amazing. She rode past my car from the right and drifted into the North Bridge Road (view partially blocked by the taxi in front of me) into the busy traffic. You could see a while car and another grey car dashed past and nearly bumped into her. I could even hear a loud horn, probably from the white car. What an interesting morning... -
I was driving my car into the carpark of Woodlands swimming complex and was travelling like 20-30km/h. About 20m infront of my car was a wish driven by a lady driver. She was trying to vertical park her car into a lot. She was in the lot already and my car was heading pass her when suddenly she step on gas and her car started to move forward. She almost hit the driver's side door of my car and I have to sway to avoid being hit. I stopped my car and was expecting her to apologize but all I get was a simple wave and she continued to try to park her car like nothing serious happened. I wonder how could someone drive a car forward without looking in front with at least a vision of 60-70 degree. Is she did then she should have noticed that there was a car moving across and she should wait. Give up! When I parked my car, I notice next to me was another lady driver trying to veritcal park into a lot. But this lot is actually a motorcycle lot and she probably didn't notice it ( how I don't know as it was very obvious) I tap my horn to warn her to avoid be summon a ticket...i tapped once...she never noticed...i tapped another time and still the same. The I sounded the horn and still no reaction from her. Mind you, she was just next to my car and she was so focused to parking than she didn't notice my horn and also all the people around her car looking at her and wondering why she is trying to park in motorcycle lot when the car park was pretty empty. I GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!

But i can't help but to laugh at your gestering while u were in your car. anyway..i know it was jamming from CTE to cainhill but seriously there was no need to be so angry.. it's the weekend man.. Peace.. i guess signalling is useless when one is stucked in traffic for way too long to be given way.. Great Week ahead...the GREAT RECESSION!!!

Anyway, in the very unlikely event you haven't read it yet: FIVE more products imported from China have been found to contain melamine, bringing the number of tainted Chinese diary products in Singapore to eight. Two are flavoured milk and three are confectioneries containing milk powder as an ingredient, said the Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA) in a statement on Wednesday. The affected items are Dutch Lady banana flavoured milk, Dutch Lady honeydew flavoured milk, Silang - House of Steamed Potato - potato cracker, Puffed Rice Rolls - butter corn flavour; and Puffed Rice Rolls - cheese flavour. The other products which were earlier found to be contaminated with melamine are Yi Li Choice Dairy Fruit Bar Yogurt Flavoured Ice Confection, Dutch Lady Strawberry Flavoured Milk and White Rabbit Creamy Candy The chemical, normally found in plastics, has been blamed for killing at least three babies in China and leaving more than 50,000 others with problems like kidney stones. At least 12 countries have banned diary products imported from China. AVA advised the public not to be unduly concerned as it has suspended the import and sale of all milk and milk products from China since Sept 19. 'We would also like to assure the public that the levels of melamine detected in the products are low and hence unlikely to result in adverse health effects,' it said. 'Consumers have to consume large quantities of the contaminated products over a prolonged period of time to have any potential ill effects on health.' AVA said an adult weighing 60 kg or a child weighing 30 kg can ingest 37.8 mg of melamine and 18.9 mg of melamine respectively every day over a lifetime without any appreciable health risk. Since last week, the authority has tested over 100 milk products for melamine, with 50 to 80 more samples being tested each day. AVA will turn its attention to other products where content is a concern, such as cereals, after it has tested all the 400-odd samples of milk and milk products. On Tuesday, some 1,800 litres of frozen yoghurt bars were destroyed at the Tuas incinerator. Source: Straits Times

Was watching the Channel U news a few minutes ago. There is a tour agency in Chinatown who cheated customers by receiving cash but issued fake air-tickets. The customers only managed to discover this fraud when they were at the airport. Besides losing the money, some customers have left their passports with the lady boss. Apparently, this China-national lady boss has fled back to China with the money, leaving the husband in Singapore to take the rap.

saw at least 2 accidents involving lady drivers.. one was at the esplanade flyover during 910pm.. a black merc hit the rear of the audi TT.. could see the girl in there (chio bu) was pretty nervous as she was biting her nails.. then another on PIE heading towards TPY near the stevens road exit.. the car seems to have spun out of control and was stationary in an weird position.. the third was a close encounter with one.. lucky my horn did the trick to brush her off before any accident could happen.. (dun get me involve pls..) Ladies.. pls drive carefully.. it's either ur REAR or your FRONT that's gonna get SCREWED!!!

wa rao... at the foot of Benjamin bridge towards airport I almost hit a lady standing on the left lane waving traffic through. Her car tyre punctured think a guy changing tyre for her but there's no road shoulder I filter from behind a container trailer can't see... almost ram into her! taxi behind me ebrake... I think causing an accident behind.

After done shopping for a BD present for a guy friend, my female companion stopped by a shoe shop to shop. Seeing her hands filling up with shoes, I then offer to help her carry her handbag for a while. She refused and comment she would never let a guy carry her bag for her. Even for a short trip to the ladies, however she think it is ok to let a fellow female help carry for a while. Her comment is she can't stand guys who carry handbag for their GF. I however think it is Ok if the need arise. I thought it is conservative to think guy should be touching a ladies' handbag, but my friend turned again and said those who are ask their guy friends (or BF) to carry their handbags are conservative. Sounds like a topic here, so what do you all here thinks. Fact: We are old friends, not in a relationship.

Ok.. this happened earlier this evening around 7pm... I was at the PIE driving along and going to exit at Lornie. I noticed a weekend plate black Hyunday Getz (I think...).. well the driver's driving was kinda fierce on the highway, and I taught.. ah...some guy.. so as I was following the driver, I noticed the the driver didnt brake at the bend.. and was steadily following a Rex..(no relation)... hmm.. not bad(i said to myself) later at the traffic light, I realised that it was a young lady driver.... RESPECT!!! She's one good driver to take that Lornie S-bend like that.. oh.. if anyone's wondering about safety issues. It was safe for her.. and for others...it was well within speed limit of the highway... If you're reading this girl... R-E-S-P-E-C-T!! Keep it real!

Juz now at abt 9.30pm at Penang Rd Traffic Junction, a SBS bus broke down at the main rd. We the cars from all 3 lanes nid to filter out to the main rd thru' the 3rd lane,but I was at the extreme 1st lane. Way in front of mi is this white Colt who is trying to change lane to the 3rd lane.Initailly I was way few cars behind her,thereafter all the 2-3 cars in front of mi successfully changed lane liao,but left her. I did for a moment wait for a few seconds stop & give way to her. But due to her hesitation, I decided not to wait any further & juz change lane to filter out left to the main rd. When I keep right to enter the CTE(A.M.K),I saw a car behind mi flashing mi & high beam mi. When inside the CTE tunnel when I was in the 1st lane,she sped to my left,wind down the window & fiercely showed mi her middle finger & shouted some words. Of course,in return,I showed her mine too,then I zoomed off. Back in my mind,I recalled that this is the white Colt I met earlier,but y was this young lady so angry wif mi & showed mi the middle finger. She caught up wif mi continue to flash/high-beam mi,I was damn fed-up & braked to a stop,then zoomed off. She continue to do so,this was then I decided to put on the hazard lights,changed lanes to the extreme left upon leaving the CTE tunnel & stopped at the rd shoulder. She didn't managed to do so & she sped off to Moulmien Rd exit. I followed her & at the traffic junction upon exit,she got off the car wif 2 young punks (1 Hokkien beng & 1 Ang Mo punk). She kept saying that I didn't give way to her,which I did. At this time,the other 2 punks kept shouting vulgarities at mi & the Hokkien beng threathen to hit me. How unreasonable are they to behave in this barbarian act. This bitch shd brushed up her driving skills next time, and not bcos u can't get out of the traffic jam situation & u start chasing after the cars who refuse to give way to u longer & shout vulgarities & anyhow fly ur middle finger around. Knowing that I can't outtallk their 3 mouths,thereafter they return back to their car. If this bitch realli like to show other drivers wif her middle finger & shouting "F**K you" at them, I hope next time round u'll meet a rapist,this will fulfil ur wish. Pls grow up & be more mature & also learn to be a better driver. Dun go ard doing this kind of act juz bcos u r so frustrated unable to get out of the situation,exercise patience. U r lucky u met mi,but not any other hardcore violent nature drivers,u & ur 2 frends might have been beaten to death. If u this young lady happen to read this & still want to act like a gangster,PM mi & I shall meet u. P/S: This posting is not against any other Mitsubishi members/drivers besides her (White Colt SGA18**J)

This is not really an issue that affects me, however the way i see the lady drive i worry for the rest of the road users. I was coming down from depot road to alexandra road towards AYE entrance with this new stream on the right. after the turn into alexandra road, i was in lane 3 while she was in lane 2, just half a car in front. she signalled trying to filter in my lane so that she can exit into AYE. fair enough, i slowed down and let her in although she could have sped up and enter into the ramp with 2 lanes. when we were down the ramp, she was ahead of me. in front of us was 2 SBS buses. if you guys know, this ramp with 2 lanes will merge into 1 lane before joining AYE, so this stream was at the side of the bus at the merging lane, at the same time, on the right of her was a mixer truck. when i saw that from behind, i thought she will slow down as there was 2 BIG vehicles sandwiching her. then she did the unthinkable; she squeeze through the space between the bus and mixer truck resulting in the mixer truck force to drift right of his lane. this lady driver is the most gung ho i have seen so far, dunno she crazy or wat imagine the mixer truck dun give way or if there was a biker on the right of the mixer truck, she would have indirectly cause an accident.

Thx I was driving on TPE on the way back home with my BB and wife.I was on the extreme right lane.I decided to keep to the middle lane.As I was change lane,this black ES5(SFF41**K) with tinted front & rear lights came behind me,quite close.Then this driver overtook me dangerously by the left,when the distance between me & the vehicle in front was very small but this driver still managed to swerve in and squeezed thru...in short,geh geh lai! I later discovered that she was a lady driver after she exited the sengkang exit Let me inform you that you if you think that I am racing with you or whatsoever,you are wrong.What you did was wrong,not gung ho or heroic.do you know that my bb is in the car?I think you if you want to d**,do not look for me.Go elsewhere. If you think that your driving very pro,i am sorry but i think its reckless.I shall see how long your driving habit can carry on. I seriously do not understand why must such things happen when the same make & model meet each other on the road. I encountered a blue SFC ES5 oso in Tampines.When he saw me,it's was like instant attraction,just like a magnet...He just came behind me and tried to stay close..... I really dunno why.Can any bros enlighten me on this?
