I know it is dumb easy, but really, this really made me headache because I simply cannot get it connect to the net at all. I open my Wireless Network Connection, scan for my network then double click on it. Instead of prompting me to key in the password, it get it connected. But, stated "Validating Identity" And shown: Windows was unable to find a cert to log u on to the network "XXX " I went Google for this cause and it stated: "Click on the Authentication tab, and then clear the box for "Enable IEEE 802.1x authentication for this network." (The box should be empty.)" But, I still cannot get into the net despite doing that. Can anyone care to help? I am using Win XP.

i just bought a new lenovo laptop and when i open the lid, there are whole bunch of big and small ugly advertising stickers all over the laptop.. I think they look hideous and are rather pointless to the end user, feel like peeling off all those stickers. Just want to know do guys peel off those ugly stickers or do you just leave it alone??

Anyone has any lobang? The cost of 14.1" is $82 which I think is too expensive.. I hope to find abit more cheaper like less than $50. 3 seems to be more interested in the price.

guys, my laptop recently lags alot, the problems is as described. opening applications is taking close to 2 mins, once opened, running is fine. booting up is also not a problem. my laptop is 8 yrs old, running on XP, and about 1 week ago it is fine, i did not install any extra apps. and i also cannot system restore to a earlier time.

Wife bought an i-pad look-a-like from Shanghai for a mere S$170 equivalent. Not so use to using touch screen to nagivate. Find Android OS very clumsy too. A no-frill 10" mini-computer for causal use and internet surfing, may be. 5 hours use for full-charge. So what is the trend now? Would I be better off buying a Netbook (Mini Notebook/Laptop) instead? Just for internet surfing during travel. 7~8 hours use for full-charge. Dell Mini is only selling at RM999 (S$420) here but Singapore selling at S$499. Any other good buys to recommend? Hi bros, Recently, I have bought an Asus notebook at the Comex. The retailer was Courts. It's only recently that I realised that there is one or two adjacent black pixels. It's hard to differentiate whether it is one or two adjacent black pixels. Any bros can accept their new notebook with dead pixel? I found it irritating, especially spending so much money to buy this notebook. Esp Asus which I thought is famous for quality. Any advice for me that I should take? Regards, Kent

Looking around for a laptop to replace my two years old desktop. Toshiba and Sony are both brands that I feel will have the built-in quality to meet my almost 14hours x 7days usage. Size and weight does not matter as I plan to use this laptop to work at only one location. If you have good experience and knowledge pl kindly adv me. I dont think anybody has ever been caught using this type of product yet. But I'm sure it is not allowed to be attached on steering if you are driving for sure... 100% confirm + guarantee.
