Making an illegal U Turn when there ' s no U Turn sign = $70. Fail to Signal when changing lanes = $70. Driving at night without headlights or taillights switch on after 7pm = $30. No Number Plate = $70 Obstructed Number Plate = $70. Obscured Number Plate = $70. Number Plate Of Unapproved Type = $70. As for Demerit Point system: Let ' s say you have 0 points on 1st January 2005, and you committed the offence of Failing to Put on Seat Belt. So now, you will have 3 demerit points and this will last for 1 Year. If during this 1 year you have no demerit points offence at all, your 3 demerit points will be gone on 1/1/2006. But, if during this one year, From 1/1/2005 - 1/1/2006, you committed another offence with demerit points, your very first offence will be extended for another year until 1/1/2007 ..

Car salesman slashed to death during test drive ALLEGED KILLERS POSE AS CAR BUYERS HIS decision to let in two 'last-minute customers' for a test drive was a fatal mistake. 22 July 2007 HIS decision to let in two 'last-minute customers' for a test drive was a fatal mistake. The two men turned out to be robbers, who slashed Mr Lee Ye Feng, 35, in the neck, beat him up and left him to die on the roadside during their 'test drive', reported China Press. The attack took place on Thursday in Tampin, Negeri Sembilan. The victim's father, Mr Lee Zhen Tian, 60, told Sin Chew Daily that his son was closing the used car dealership shop at 6pm as usual when two young men walked in. It is believed that they asked to be taken for a test drive and the younger Mr Lee, not wanting to turn away customers, agreed. Reports suggest that the two men drove the car to a quiet road, where they suddenly whipped out a small knife and attacked the victim, slashing him on the neck. According to a witness who was driving past when the attack happened, Mr Lee tried to escape. But the two men chased him down and beat him up. The witness, who declined to be named, said: 'I saw someone covered in blood attacked by two men. He then fell into a drain during the attack. 'I was scared, so I drove away and parked nearby to see what was happening.' He said that after the attack, the two men rushed towards a beige car parked by the roadside and sped off. That was when the witness rushed to help and saw MrLee crawling out of the drain. 'After about 20m, he collapsed' he said. The witness called the police and paramedics, who arrived 10 minutes later. They were unable to save the victim. Mr Lee was married - the eldest son in his family.
