Dear Forumers My friend urgently needs to hire a private investigator (PI) whom is reliable, honest and efficient in the surveillance work. PI may need to attend court Assignment - collect evidences against inconsiderate neighbour. Neighbour has been "torturing" friend's household for years with secondhand smoke, etc. As parents getting weak by the day, friend tried suggesting to neigbhour to smoke at the common staircase landing, etc. instead. Neighbour denied anyone has smoking habit in their house. However, from then onward, neighbour becomes "creative" and smoke through any open windows of friend's house at odd hours of the day eg. bathroom when someone is bathing, bedroom during wee hours of the night... Friend also exhausted all relevant government agencies to arrive at the same advice - get evidences! If anyone has experience or knows of a licensed PI whom fulfills the above-mentioned criteria and charges reasonably, please pm me the contacts. Friend wary of engaging PI from the web or classified ads as no slightest idea on how to shortlist a good one. Would also appreciate constructive suggestions on how to resolve the nuisances caused, how to select a reliable PI, etc. Kindly do not suggest closing all windows, move house. Thanks lots!

I think the only shop now in johor starting to go into coating...If you are looking for paint coating services in johor..this one of the new grooming centre you might not want to miss..i chance upon a newly setup grooming centre who is interested in using optiguard for coating service..went in this morning to have a look, at least i need to know the workmanship first before allowing any detailer to purchase optiguard and start using.. As we know optiguard require a very good surface preparation for it to give its best result. I had require them to prepare a black paint car for me..well this is tge easier to tell if your workmanship is good..holograms or more swirl induce after polishibg which is very common found during polishing When i arrive at the shop..the senior detailer was preparing the surface and almost done I brought along an 70% ipa incase if they dun have..the ipa is a must to use before optiguard..this is to strip off any oil left from the polishes for a proper bonding between surface and coating...i proceed with the ipa..good job as i did not see any holograms left or swirl start popping out after ipa.. The master detailer has about 15 years of detailing experience in some well known car make factory and also does dealers car in sg..technically well versed... I introduce the master detailer on the optiguard application and yes..it never fails me.. I took some picture of the front bonnet which is coating...

I am looking for Gear lock, some call it Car Shift gear lock. Basically padlock your gear so as to deter (not prevent) hijacks. Autobacs and Soxxi do not have, Qoo and Taobao also never see. Car will not be driven except for shifting in and out of detailing center. Details are as follows: 1. Date: 15/04/2016. Friday. 2. Time: 10am to 6pm. 3. Address: 18 Boon Lay Way #04-145 18 21 S(609966). BShine Grooming. 4. Remuneration: $150 inclusive of parking charges (less than $20). 5. We will pay for any damage caused during the test on the test area only. Owner get a fully corrected bonnet with a coating as well. Cars required: (preferably with original paintwork, does not have to be in good condition. ) 1. Honda. Black color. 2. Subaru. Black color. 3. Toyota. Black color. 4. Toyota. Light color eg.
