  1. According to the report in below, looks like the OPC scheme revamp is going to have many changes (eg. No more ugly red plates ) and not just focusing on the saturday issue. http://www.asiaone.com/Motoring/Motorworld...818-161813.html
  2. Because his criminal past has caught up with him? He's on trial in the gang-bashing of an innocent, angelic, only son of mormon Christians/converted peace loving Buddhists, DJ at a nightclub. It began today and will last two weeks, when is Liverpool s'posed to be here? Let's hope it's more than two weeks eh? Quote from the British papers: Gerrard, of Formby, Merseyside, is jointly charged with Accrington Stanley footballers goalkeeper Ian Dunbavin, 28, of Guildford Road, Southport and midfielder Robert Grant, 18, of Enstone Road, Litherland. Also on trial are John Doran, 29, of Woodlands Road, Ian Smith, 19, of Hilary Avenue, John McGrattan, 33, of Rimmer Avenue, and Paul McGrattan, 31, of Linden Drive, all of Huyton, Merseyside. The trial is scheduled to last between two and three weeks. Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/...nightclub-brawl
  3. Fire Evacuation Drill : Beware, It Might Be Your Last Big companies and offices in high rise building often conduct 'Fire Evacuation Drill' once a while to get it staff to familarise with the fire safety ....... But with the recent recession, this drills might be your last drill ....... Subject: Last Evacuation Drill In a large multinational company.............. A fire alarm rang at 4 pm in a large office when almost all employees were in office (approx 5000). As usual the entire office was evacuated within 3 mins & all employees gathered outside the office in the designated area, waiting for further announcement. The Security Officer in charge made the following announcement: "Dear employees - with sincere regret I have been asked to announce that for many of you it will be your last evacuation drill. Due to the recession, the company is laying off almost 50% of its employees. So when this announcement finishes, I ask all of you to move back into the building and if your swipe card does not work then it means you have been laid off in which case you will not be allowed inside and all your belongings will be couriered to you by tomorrow. The Company has used this innovative approach as we didn't want to fill up the email box with lay-off mails and good bye mails in thousands & also to avoid any fight inside the office and the consequent security issue for all staff. Hope you have had a rewarding career with us and all the best ahead. Please move back in & try your luck. Thank you". So, if the fire drill is activated, please double checks before leaving the building .......
  4. Ants. How many of you have actually sat yourselves down and stared at them crawling around your void deck for hours on end? Unless you
  5. seeing how F1 has ended, I was wondering what we will see on the famous S'pore F1 track. Though it is anti-clockwise, it will still serve as a challenge to many. For serious discussion, our govt could open it charging an arm & leg to those with deep pockets But, this is not the reason why this thread is being started. Our track will be remembered as physically and mentally challenging. So, what we will see is many F1 wannabes giving it a try, never mind direction is different from actual race. Orchard OG will no longer be the Pasir Gundang of S'pore. Those who managed and survive without implicating anyone will probably take heart that they hv DONE IT never mind if they hv to pay a hefty sum for speeding or getting their license suspended What do you think

You might even be living in the modern housing estate just 70m from the forest's edge. It may seem like some primal otherworld. But to dive into the forest at Bukit Panjang

  12. The new lotus esprit? Did i hear someone whisper "gallardo rip-off"? Am pretty sure the final product will look a little different, but more or less like that. "Sources say the V8 will produce at least 400bhp in the Lotus, which would give a 1300kg Esprit a power-to-weight ratio of 308bhp per tonne

  14. As said by Ketch in the professional detailers forum. The PE wax can last up to 30-45 days. They usually use it for fingerprint removal or little touch ups for the that good as new look. Anyway, nice chemical names to look out for when buying detailing products. BTW, most of the professional US detailers don't buy stuff for detailing. They make the stuff they use for detailing!
