  1. the car owner was washing his car at Blk 455A Clementi Ave 3 MSCP but when suddenly there was a loud explosion and the car caught fire. the owner immediately fled the scene. it was a hyundai getz. the car looks modded source: TNP
  2. A MCF bro was mentioning earlier that he was a witness to a hit-&-run case. Before the dust had even settled in this case, another reported hit-&-run case was in STOMP. Hope the 2 victims got witnesses to help them: http://singaporeseen.stomp.com.sg/stomp/sg...ey_carpark.html STOMPer Mrs Goh is irked that an irresponsible driver damaged two cars in a hit-and-run accident that happened in a multi-storey carpark in Hougang. In her email, Mrs Goh quipped: "Two parked cars in Hougang multi-storey carpark were damaged by a hit-and-run driver on Sunday, Sep 19. "It probably happened during in the morning. "The impact was so great that the black car was shifted towards the left and it nearly hit the car beside it. "Hopefully the culprit will know what to do."
  3. Stupid designer! The slope is like 45degree angle! Luckily i dont have any body kits and it still hit my car front undercarriage! Any victim here?
  4. i was thinking abt this as the door at the level where i usually park my car cannot be open for the last 6-8 weeks... for a few time when i was rushing, i use the stairs to reach the level i parked only to realised i cannot open the door, so have to LL climb up or down 1 level n den use the ramp to reach my level..... also when i am carrying a lot of stuff, i felt burdened having to leave one hand free to open the door... another funny thing i realised is at almost all the HDB MSCP in sg, they put up a door at level 1 when anyone can easily walk pass it on the other side.... [confused] so i wonder what is the actual purpose of putting up doors at HDB MSCP? for security reason....? errhhh i dun tink it can serve that purpose.... to beautify the car park....? i tink alot of us can live w/o that....
  5. Came back from Genting Highlands this afternoon. Parked at Resort Hotel MSCP. My Fiat Panorama height is 1.818m, and managed to enter, although forgotten to look out for the height limit. This morning, had to drive thru several levels and downramps to reach the exit. Halfway, at 1 of the level, there was an additional downramp. When our whole vehicle was down the ramp, my wife immediately alerted that "1.6M" was painted on the overhead concrete beam. This was not visible before turning down the ramp. And I took for granted that it is clear all the way. Fortunately, my wife saw it on time, before we crash onto the concrete beam. Reversed up and took the other downramp at the end. So, Panorama/MPV/SUV owners beware.
  6. Was washing my vehicle at the MSCP at the washing bay alone when a Camry came along and park beside my vehicle. The driver park so closed that only 1 person could use the space between his and my vehicle. Out came the driver and his maid. Was thinking that the driver would wash his vehicle himself but was I wrong. After giving instructions to her, he left the washing bay and I suspect that he will be going to the coffee shop at first level of MSCP. The maid (Filipinos) was about 1.6m tall but was she beautiful and what a big HIDs she had. She was wearing a loose 'Tank Top'. So during the washing process, we both cross into the narrow path. As she bend down to wash the Camry, what a surprise waiting for me early Sunday morning....... , one of her big & fair HID slip out of her 'Tank Top' and exposed infront of me. She smile and put it back into her 'Tank Top'. Man.... she was braless after all....... Then came again when she began to wash the rim of the vehicle. There, she bend down and for the second time, her HID slip out of her shirt again and exposed to me for the second time. There she smile again and gently push it back. So tempted to talk to her but hold back as I had completed my washing and about to shift my vehicle to upper level to clean, vaccum and polish. Most ppl would stood down to wash rim but....... she is bending down to wash rims...... Hmmmmmmm..................... come this Sunday, same time I will be at the washing bay.......
  7. Kena my new ride at Golden Mile Complex carpark....now hospitalised for spraypainting and dent repair... Just wanted to share on some of the more "dangerous" carparks.... 1. Golden Mile Complex 2. Blk 303 MSCP (beside CCK Lot 1) 3. Blk 678 CCK Cres Anyone got any more to add??
  8. Was driving back to my MSCP from supper and saw this
  9. I remember earlier we have this lady that "chop" lot for her partner...I think this pass down from our MP...it always happen but last week take the cake...there was this CNY dinner that is happening last evening...one of the MP for my GRC was the VIP..however, the aunties already came and "Chop" 3 lots...use white tape and the "Reserved" sign...on Sat morning! And they are taking away those season parking lots...Like that also can   ....waste manpower (the aunties have to do guard duty whole day) and hoarding lots for the residents! I think it's about time for me to shoot a letter to the ministry!
  10. Now, eversince my fren moved into his new place last month, have been going there for MJ. Everytime sure to see this SPB, so gathered must stay there too...... Anyone from SOG ?
  11. wOOt!!!...just realized 2 video cam lens (each pointing to the incoming n outgoing directions) had been installed on every level of the MSCP tat I parked in. Guess pretty soon we will see the increase of season parking fees liao.
  12. What do you guys think of fellas who chiong down the slope in MSCPs like there's no tomorrow? Some accelerate well in the curve and swing dangerously close to the cars sitting astride of the apex of the turn. I myself was nearly totalled once when i was walking back to my car (i was keeping a distance of 10cm from the parked cars. i almost nearly delivered the coup de grace onto him.
  13. Car owners try to save vehicles amidst explosions in huge Bukit Panjang fire STOMPer Johnny witnessed the huge fire which broke out at Block 163A Gangsa Road in Bukit Panjang and sent in video footage of the explosions and car owners who were trying to save their vehicles. In his email to STOMP at 4am today (Oct 7), the STOMPer wrote:
  14. Bros and sistas.... if you are planning to park at holland V mscp anytime soon.... please remember to put your coupons and come back on time... Just went to get some stuff over there just now and yes NPNT but me and friend counted 8 carpark attendents over there parking their bikes near staircase doors and walking around desperate for any coupons ... is this happening alot at other mscp around?
  15. Hi guys, 1. Heard horrid stories about HDB MSCP, such as: a) drivers pay no respect to others' cars, like to open car door abruptly and create ding/dent to your car. b) Neighbour found vandalizing car body. c) Cash card thief d) Kuku drivers knocking your bumpers when reversing and etc. 2. Just last weekend, I parked my car at HDB MSCP and my rear bumper kena a dent . 3. My new place is such that i will not be able to see my car when it is parked. So I think in car camera is really a must for me. So anythings I should lookout for when installing one? Is 6 camera enough for a compact car? Thank you very much. Regards,

  17. saw this in HWZ.... apparently, this is a regular occurrence at Jurong East 282A MSCP!
  18. I was at the Ten Mile Junction (shopping Center) this morning, hoping to get some cheap groceries from Sheng Siong as per usual. The carpark was rather empty early in the morning and I could easily slot into a parallel parking lot (on the second level) without much effort. Nothing was really amissed. After shopping and returning to the car, I discovered that there were 2 piles of shi.t (one in the lot behind and another in the lot in front). I was lucky that my car 4 tyres were away from the 2 deadly piles and there were none in the area near my car door. Don't take MSCP car-park for granted, not all are clean. And I wonder who actually poo-ed there.
  19. What number do we call to report such things? 24-hours? TIA
  20. Hi all, Just shifted to HDB around Paya Lebar with open space parking lot. Anyone knows any MSCP around the area that has washing bay? Really appreciate it for your info. Thanks in advanced.
  21. Saw a police notice board at the entrance of my MSCP today informing that a car was stole from the car park. Thought that such thing will only happen if you park at some ulu ulu place. Scary to think it will happen esp in MSCP with so many cars and so many people. It must have been really traumatic for the owner to go to the car park and found his car gone...advise to all to keep your vehicle properly locked and do not leave valuable in your car.
  22. I just bought season parking in a HDB MSCP. I find the layout ridiculous. Usually I come home late and have to park at level A5 or B4 or even the roof top. $90 for open car park at top level. When going down, I find it silly driving all the way to one end of the car park and then driving all the way back to go down to the next level. At every level you repeat the same thing. What a waste of time, petrol and my right tyre will botak soon. Stupid designer. Even the toilet door in the master BR opens in the middle of the toilet. When I use the basin, I must close the bloody door or else ...... watch your back.,
  23. http://singaporeseen.stomp.com.sg/singapor...nt.jsp?id=11475 When STOMPer Gary first saw this man lying face down motionless on the top open deck of a multi-storey carpark in Rivervale Crescent, he thought something bad had happened. "I thought it was a dead body," he said. He took this photo at Block 146A at about 11am on Dec 22 and sent it to STOMP in an email last night (Dec 23). He said he realised later that the man was sun-tanning. "He took off his shirt and left it on the floor to use as a mat and rolled up his shorts," he said. "No need to go to the beach or pool anymore!" he said. However, the STOMPer was also concerned for his safety. "This is a carpark. He's lying just next to the designated lots for cars and near the staircase which is a popular area for drivers to park. "A driver who is not looking at him or who is not alert may not notice him lying there and just drive over him," he said. "Morever, he's facing down and may not see any car coming."
