hi all..i am still new to my hyundai trajet and i am not very certain about some stuffs on maintainence. after purchasing spare parts from songyi, is there any workshop nearby or will songyi recommend any workshop that does most servicing on hyundai? are the parts price reasonable or is it very high? For example i would like to do an oil change roughly how much will it cost? any information provide on this will be appreciated. As for accessories: i've seen many trajets running around with side-steps mounted on the car.where can i get it fixed?

I thought this might be one of the websites with very comprehensive breakdown of most car parts. They keep stock for many cars at reasonable prices. They probably are unaware of those stripped down Asian models we have here. Maybe the shipping charges for larger items sometimes deter people buying from them. But when parts are locally unavailable or when workshops/dealers are charging through their nose, this can be another considered source. Just reach home and found out that a motorcycle at my home's open car park got disssembled and all the parts are stolen. Even the handle bar was taken away. What was left was just the chassis. Is the economy that bad now? Hope the thief gets caught asap!

hi all, lately attended many weddings, baby showers... plus bonus was horrible... over-spend on car.... etc.... not broke but $ much tighter than usual... smoke/drink less... but still.... (ps dont start a cant afford it dont drive s--t) so any little contribution to my bank account will help.... anybody know where (WS or scrap yard) i can sell my original muffler, airbox, front brake rotors n calipers, full set suspension from my sunny N16... all dismantled at 40k-50k.... all good condition.... thank u sooooooo much....

halo, where is everyone? time of the year to change downsize from 17 inch to 16 inch rim, this time i buy Yokohama AD08.... maybe change to 1.8 size brake caliper and rotor change front stock to Bistien B8 air filter, cannot find good replacement, guess i will use the hucciance exchuast...got a sebring at home..... well, no $$$ change car, upgrade current car law!

thinking of carrying parts in when im abroad. question is i have not done that before and no idea how to go about the tax, clearing customs and etc. do i pay before leaving the country? and then pay again when entering/arriving home? or its just 1 time payment when arriving? how to calculate the tax? i know its the cif.. but is it in the foreign currency rate or our home rate?

I had to admit it was recklessness on my part which cause my swiftie to hit another's car causing inconvenience to myself and another car. Old Swift + going a little faster at amber light + rain + Learner car suddenly stop in front + car behind him e-brake = for me Nobody is hurt though. I need to ask the old swift drivers here? Anyone scrapping their old swift so I can get their parts? Tentatively, I need: Bonnet (think can knock back tho) front bumper Light covers front grille Basically the front parts. The car is still drivable but it looks in bad shape. Any ideas if I will be able to find them in scrap yards? My first accident. If I can't find them, I'll probably going to scrap it and BMW.

Bros, Recently I went to TCM for service and was quoted to replace the following items: 1. Catalytic Converter 2. Driveshafts 3. Wheelbearing Called up Fong Tat and Teck Guan. Both not carrying the 1st and 2nd item. Fong Tat has wheelbearings though. But the quotation they gave me was $260 per piece! Asked for OEM but they claim OEM don't have stock and if have, is from PRC, quality not good. Any bros have better lobangs to intro? TIA~

Heading for the land of smiles this weekend. It will be a given if I am gonna ask where the KTVs and SPAs are. But most important, do anyone know if there is a street that sells lotsa car stuff? Thought I saw a thread in SHC before..... Any tips will be helpful.
