Usually buying a Toyota will be on the Classic Price with Non-Guaranteed COE ($), now they have a Saver Price with Non-Guaranteed COE ($) which is $30k less from the last bidding result Toyota prices.. Which means to say Borneo Motors is predicting a $30k drop in the next bidding?

[laugh] Jokes aside, Samantha & her fiance should look for restaurants instead of hotels which typically charges higher for everything: food, ambience, service, venue, etc And probably they are looking at weekends which explains the $1,450/table charge , excluding taxes some more. Unless they expect their guests to all bao BIG BIG ang pows to help pay for or subsidise the cost, they should really source for cheaper alternatives or even none at all. Ok, let's say you just set your sights on one particular model from a certain year. Then you browse SGCarmart and see a list of them, all different prices, but OMV/COE roughly the same. And I would think the prices advertised are marked up already. So if you are keen on one, how do you arrive at the offer price? - is it like some % off the advertised price - is it like at least some $1000 off the advertised price - or simply base on what loan you comfortable with and set the price - but then, this may not be the best price??

$1400 psf minimum ... although psf varies by sizes, just a simple straightline computation for easy reference 750sqft = $1.05M 900sqft = $1.26M 1000sqft = $1.4M no $1M don't go to any showroom next year time to whack now ... huat ah!!!

I was informed by a C&C SE that they are reducing the price of C180 and E200 Sports Edition by $5,000 this weekend. The first 80 units will enjoy guaranteed COE package, after which the following units willbe based on a non-guaranteed pacakage. C180 CGI now $193,888. Compare that with BM's Toyota Camry at $185,888. Looks like C&C may be the only AD dropping price of their entry-model best sellers, while others are increasing price - as a fall out of the recent COE bid exercise. How much the Volvo V60 T4 ah? Can compare with the C180 pricing or not?

Recently switched from Esso95 to Shell95 to test its Fuelsave ability but found that I could pump Esso98 for the same price (almost). Shell 95 = $2.15 before discount - after 10% onsite discount with 5% rebate using UOB One Card = $1.827 after discount Esso 98 = $2.26 before discount - after 14% onsite discount with 4.5% rebate using Citibank Dividend MasterCard = $1.841 after discount So effectively I pay only an extra 1.4 cents per litre to pump Esso 98 over Shell 95. Any comments? Prices above not taking into consideration converting Esso Smiles and Shell rewards points for petrol, which Esso's 750 points for $30 petrol voucher is more worth than Shell's 300 points for $10 petrol voucher

I am sure most have gone through the process of buying used cars, surfing sgcarmart for days etc. For you , would you pay more for a lower mileage car or price is most important? Let's use a simple example: A) 5 year old car , 50,000 km, $50,000 B) 5 year old car , 100,000 km , $40,000 Which would you choose? Especially those guys that have chosen either way, can you share your views 1-2 yrs after making your choice. Would you make the same choice again in hindsight?

My friend bot it last week. After she bot it her friend told her price is not good because Car Dealer can get it at Scrap Value + 2k = $22k+ only so they earn $6k from this deal which is good profit. What do you think ? COE = $17k OMV - $11k

A Lobang to share, Currently M1 Shop are selling those Retail price Iphone 5 without Contract. Those who want to get a phone can purchase from them. The bad things is, u will need to get up very early as there is alway Auntie, uncle, student and FT queening for it. What i know that there are selling at 960, 1110 and 1260 for 16g, 32g and 64g respectively. Only available at M1 Main shop only and not Exclusive Dealers. The profit earn will quit alot if u planning to sell it off after getting it. 16G will let u earn around $330 Per set and 32G can also get around $230 if u find those dealer in Hardwarezone which doing exporting business. Limited stock is release by M1 Shop Every day in the morning. West mall, clementi and IMM are around 20 sets per day as according to my friend information.
