My car plate (front and back) is a bit old and cracks can be seem on the letters. I am thinking of replacing both the front and back car plate. Any shops to recommend? Also any particular designs to recommend and how much will it cost approximately?

Due to wear & tear the plastic cover of my alarm cover no longer can be fasten together. I need only to replace the cover as the electrical components inside are all working well. When back to Hyundai Ubi & was quoted $40 to replace 1 complete set, as the man attended to me told me they do not sell cover only. Anyone know where I can replace only the cover? Pls advice.

Any bros replaced your car interior panel bulbs before? My car is 6 year+.. Some lighting that illuminate the speedo/rpm, air con control, aircon airflow control dimming or no more illuminating. Needs to replace those led, or whatever bulbs behind the centre console.. Can advise where can I go to do that? Thanks in advance.

Hey all, Had this anti-slip mat on my altis 08 center console of the dashboard. Just yesterday, I decided to remove it and realized it stained (rubber marks) the plastic portion of the console (the smooth surface that's attached as a piece with the aircon and hazard light). Tried to clean it but guess the solvent was too strong and now, the colour of the console faded Called BM and they quoted me close to $300 to get the console plastic replaced (they say must replace whole set, including those near the aircon / radio panel) and it takes 4 to 6 weeks to order the parts! Anyone can advice if there's anywhere else I can get the console replaced? It's just the top portion only... Attach stock image for reference.

My w/s told me my front left drive shaft needs replacement. He said can wait till both left n right worn out n replace together. is this a gd ideal? shd i go ahead n replace the left first? mit grandis 5yo. any gd w/s n how much for the repair? tks.

Hi bros I am getting my new car but it seems that i dont like the sensitive touch type of gas pedal, so i thinking to change to normal one, is it possible to change it? What i mean is change from standing gas pedal to hanging one

I intend to go to a WS to do general servicing and will not comment on the labour cost incurred but to pay extra 40 -50 bucks for replacement of fuel filter is it worth it? Both EO and fuel filter are provided by me. Hope you guys can give advice. thanks! i am driving Rio06. any bros here have good workshop to recommend esp for Korean made as my car is emitting out some strange noise occasionally, the sound is like a person making out disgusted tone when not happy. thanks again

Hi, I've been hearing a deep humming sound from my ride recently. I had highlighted this during my last servicing a few weeks back and the AD said something about bearings in the wheel hub being deformed / worn out. Any experts here can help me understand more what that means? Also, I was quite >$500 for replacement. Anyone here can advise what the cost will be if I go to external workshop for such a job? Any workshop to recommend? Thanks in advance ... that humming sound is driving me nuts

Hi all Can I have recommendations for car work shops that will be able to change speedometer lightings? I've approached so many shops and they have all said that they don't do that, or they choose not to do that as it is very time consuming and the bulbs are hard to find. My speedo area has one part where the light is spoilt thats why I need to find a shop that does this. If it helps, my vehicle is a Chevrolet Aveo5 HB, pre facelift model. Thanks.

Good morning Bros & Sis Have a little favour to ask from you fellows My Kaki's Altis rubber is due for replacement and he is looking for something which has slightly better grip and if possible, the same/similar noise level as compared to his current Bridgestone B391 Price wise would hopefully be in the range with his current stock tyres Slightly more Ex a bit is ok As i'm not that familiar with this size of tyres, hence would appreciate some inputs from you Gam siah in advance

Hi all, Can any bros here recommend me a workshop to replace brake disc (Honda Ody RB1)? The problem is that when my car starts to move after it was parked for a few hours and when I stepped on the brakes gradually, there is an irritating squeaking sound coming out from my brakes. I replaced the brake pads (original) but still the problem occurs so I was thinking of changing my brake disc. Thanks alot.

Read through the major servicing menu and found that there are a lot of parts replacement which comes with a *, which note "if applicable" The cost will be around $400++. My thought is that if those parts are not replaced, the servicing will be as good as a normal servicing which cost $100+, which means I am effectively paying $300 for visual check, which of course I wouldn't know if the check is even conducted and how detailed. Can I know how many of you still go back to your agent for servicing after warranty period, and how likely major servicing has all the listed parts replaced? I am OK with the price if the parts are replaced. Else, I would rather go elsewhere and get them changed. Any feedback?

Hi Can anyone recomend a good place to buy and install HID headlamp bulbs? And what is the cost? I found my right side headlamp not working last night, I switched the fuse around the left & right side one but its no use (fuse is not blown, works on the left side.) Thanks in advance!
