  1. anyone know of any cinema that has couple seats? Does Leisure Park cinema has? Tiong Bahru GV?
  2. Focus on the driver before and after the crash.
  3. Car about 4 yrs old mpv. I noticed the second row seat rattles when car is idle with aircon on or if there's slight vibration. The problem is it, even though the rattling sound is not loud but after a while it gets annoying. Any bros here can advice a solution to this. I feel like dismantling the seat and tighten all the screw joints but its too time consuming, or maybe should I just replace new one?

    The sliding bench

[extract] Last weekend, I took bus CT 18 from the bus stop near my flat to Chinatown. The waiting time for CT 18 can be quite long as its frequency is not very regular. I decided to find myself a seat at the bus stop. There are two rows of benches at the bus stop

All these 3 models cost the same to install... i have viewed many seats lately... some are from made in Thailand replica Bride low max... Carbon Kevlar Bride Low Max... Sparco replica... etc and finally decided on Sscus... cause i feel that for price VS quality, Sscus wins the replica competiton hands down... but then again Sscus is not really a replica cause its its own brand... hmmm but design wise.. anyways here's the website for those who hv not heard of this brand... http://www.sscus.com.my/ pics of Euro Pu pics of Viper 110 pics of Star 310
  10. Hi there, My car seat is sinking in, any place out there can re cushion the seat by adding more foam or whatever To boost up the sinking seat. Don't tink I want to change the leather as it still quite ok. Thanks
  11. Was quite pissed off when my mum recounted this to me yesterday, I sent them to Changi Airport and they had a fun time granny and grandkid. Thereafter, the both of them took a train to my place (My daughter loves taking public transport). On the train an old lady in her 60s boarded and a kind soul gave up his seat, immediately a 20+ year old PRC plonked himself into the seat. Standing up for herself, the old lady in her 60s said the seat was meant for her. The PRC refused to get up saying he didn't know. A lady in her 40s seating beside the PRC gave up her seat instead to the lady in her 60s, when the lady sat down she gave the PRC a long tirade about the matter. The PRC guy actually shot back and said he didn't know and the more he gets scolded, all the more he will not get up. In the end he was scolded so badly he finally gave up. My daughter was frightened by this behaviour as they got quite loud, my mum said she was about to give the PRC guy a piece of her mind but my daugher was there and she didn't want to set a bad example. I told her that by showing my daughter to stand up for people's rights, it is actually setting a good example. It is civic and moral duty being taught. These PRCs we are getting in are really getting on my nerves with their heck care and me first only mentality.

Hi, anyone using SSCUS seat here? Any review on it? Thanks!
  15. I had to very suddenly jam brake at SLE today to avoid an accident, two cars in front kena, I the third car and quickly brake and heng avoid the cars. The other two cars are ok and as I drove off, I saw both guys coming out of their cars scolding each other and point finger here and there, so I decided not to hang around! Anyway, to cut a long story short, I noticed my selt belt little bit frayed and a couple of threads snapped. Where can I get a new selt belt? Simple 3 point one? Corolla 1992 G7 Model. 17. Hi Bros, I have got a pair of SSCUS CSP Reclinable Racing Seats for sale. Beige in colour. Currently out of car so no need to swap. Condition is 8 for passenger side and 6 for driver - Slightly torn on the driver's wing nearer to the door (Usual place since always rub when getting in and out of car). Material is Microfibre Fabric. It is currently on Toyota Starlet EP 80 rails (May fit old models Corolla I suppose) but can be modified for any cars. The shade is not dirty, it's because of the material. http://www.sscus.com.my/ Go to >Products > Recline Seats > 7 Price at $200 cash & Carry ... Nego Please PM if interested. Thanks and have a nice day!
  18. Found the following on how to test if your car seat position is mechanically sound for your body. Try them out. An Analysis of the Driving Position in the Modern Motor Car. BRYAN MCILWRAITH (http://www.car-seat-data.co.uk/ananlysis.htm) 1) The Praying Test. Sitting in the driver's seat, place the hands together, fingertips and palms touching, pointing outwards from the chest as if praying. The wrists should actually be touching the chest. In this position the hands will form a fairly accurate perpendicular to the body and it should be possible to see if they are pointing at the centre of the steering wheel. If they are not then the wheel may be offset. 2) The Fist Test. With the seat in the normal driving position ( i.e. a position where the clutch can be fully depressed without stretching and the hips well back into the seat) make a fist with the left hand keeping the thumb to the side of the index finger. The depth of such a fist will measure approximately 50mm and it should be possible to place the fist on the crown of the head. If it is only possible to insert the flat of the hand between the roof and head then there is insufficient headroom. 3) The Look Down Test. With both hands placed evenly on the steering wheel look down at the legs. It should be possible to see equal amounts of both legs between the arms. Frequently the left leg will be visible but the right leg will be obscured by the right arm which may indicate that the shoulder girdle is rotated to the left in relation to the pelvis. 4) The Right Leg Test. This test should be performed after driving the car for a short while. Once again, look down and examine the position of the right leg. Is it elevated above the level of the left or has it fallen out towards the edge of the seat? Is the right foot roughly in line with the thigh as it should be, or has it had to come across towards the centre of the car? 5) The Kerb Height Test. Swing the right leg out of the car as though getting out, and place the right foot on the ground. Try and ensure the lower leg (shin & calf ) is in a vertical position. Now look at the surface of the right thigh. It should be sloping down towards the knee. If it is sloping upwards (ie if the knee is higher than the hip) you will have difficulty when exiting this vehicle. If the car can pass these four simple tests then there is a good chance that it is suitable for that particular driver.
  19. Any ISIS owner here can advise how to put the front left seat upright as shown attached. thanks

  24. Someone filmed this auntie chasing a guy off a MRT reserved seat after she screamed at some other folks. Though the auntie's ranting was a bit excessive & scary, do give up reserved seats inside trains for those who really need it, especially pregnant women... Or else you may end up meeting this fierce MRT vigilante Check out the video at the end of the web page.. http://singaporeseen.stomp.com.sg/stomp/sg...out_on_mrt.html 'You pregnant ah?!': Auntie screams at MRT passengers and chases man off reserved seat Life seems to have gotten to this auntie, who screamed at commuters on board this MRT train. She then chased one man out of the Reserved Seat so she could sit there. STOMPer RelakJak wrote: "I found this video clip online. "This woman really freaked me out. What's with the ghostly white make-up and the screaming? "She seemed to be screaming at someone playing games on his PSP or something. "Then she starts attacking other people in turn, chasing one guy off his reserved seat so she could shift there. "She even giggles to herself at one point between scolding people randomly using lots of swear words. "Is life in Singapore really getting too stressful these days? She needs help!" STOMPer asdf found the video amusing: "I was just wondering why I never meet these people on my way home. It would definitely take my mind off the tiring work each day. "By the way, no offence. I grabbed this off the internet not sure when this happened but it's is just for your entertainment, haha."
