Reported in Straits Times today 2.5L S$98,000 2.0l S$86,000 That is a whopping difference! (e.g. compare Cefiro 2.0 and 2.3...) I am curious the newspaper report is pitting this car against BMW 320 and Lexus IS250, not the usual Camry, Accord and Cefiro.

Was travelling along CTE near yio chu kang exit when i notice from afar 3 cars approaching from a distance of 200m real fast. I kept to the centre lane. Within 4 seconds 2 civics past by me and their engines were really loud and sounded rather powerful. The 3rd car is a suzuki swift and was the slowest among the lot but i believe its at least 140km/h for the last while the first 2 civics were around 180km/h. The aftermath were a few kiddies who tried to catch up with them or seize the opportunity to speed. I wonder whether the police could catch up with them if they were to notice this action. Cheers!

Those who were at the Sound Challenge event today will know which car i'm talking about.. I still dunno what those things are and what they are for.. From what i understand, this car has no amps...then i wonder what that extra battery in the boot is for hmmmm... Here's the link to the photos of that car... I saw it at Autobacs with all Japanese wording and says 0W40 with supersyn and says Racing Oil. Retailing at $98 Has a cheaper 10W30 at $65 which seems to be a semi synthetic as well. After using it did, yet to realise any big diff but wife says very smooth. IMHO, I decided to try it since the local Mobil 1 Gold is retailing at $113 odd (mobil stations) and elsewhere, in the high 80s to $90s region. For 4 litres for a Jap made one (i kinda believe the japs make really good car stuff) i did not complain. has anyone here tried that yet?

i spotted this new 3 series coupe last week with new number plate,ofcourse its bidded number. it looks much nicer than the new 3 series sedan.clean white look.

hi friends Wife was driving towards office and stopped along Keppel Road, and a strange vehicle that looked remotely like an Audi TT, only rounder, stopped beside us. We couldn't make out what it was then. Then yesterday, wife saw another one, silver in color, and saw the make - Daihatsu! I Googled and found that it is the Daihatsu Copen, a 1,298cc convertible. Very refreshing and rare I think?
