Julia Yee | September 06, 2023, 05:59 PM Telegram Whatsapp Warning: The article contains images and descriptions of sexual assault on minors. Reader discretion is advised. A domestic helper in Singapore was reportedly caught on camera sexually assaulting her employer's children. In a Facebook post dated Sep. 5, the employer stated that he had turned to social media to seek justice for his daughters in light of the "delayed action" taken during the recent cases of alleged child abuse in Kinderland schools. Noticed child behaving differently He first noticed his four-year-old daughter "behaving differently" in July 2023, he told Mothership. The girl had mentioned being inappropriately touched by the helper, but when the employer brought up the issue with the helper, she denied the accusation. The helper had been with the family for six months by then. Upon checking the house's CCTV cameras, the employer discovered that his child had been telling the truth. Repeated instances of sexual assault CCTV footage revealed that the helper had been committing the alleged acts of sexual assault on both the employer's one-year-old and four-year-old daughters. In one screenshot, the helper was seen with her hands between one of the girl's legs. According to her employer, the helper "aggressively [and] repeatedly thrust her fingers at [the child's] private parts", persisting even when the girl cried for her to stop. The employer also shared an audio recording in his post, which supposedly captured his child screaming during the assault. Other photos showed the helper in the girl's bedroom, where she "removed her glasses, opened the child's legs forcefully, and placed her mouth, face and hands at the child's private parts" despite the girl putting up a struggle. Image via anonymous employer Image via anonymous employer The helper also allegedly forced the children to place their faces at her crotch and touch it while she molested them. The images were said to be just the "non-graphic" ones. The helper was also said to "pinch" the children's private parts when they were unclothed and would sometimes bring them to "secluded" blind spots away from the cameras, allegedly to assault them sexually. Police investigating The employer stated that his family was referred to an AWARE specialist who established the acts as sexual assault offences after reviewing the evidence. A police report was lodged on Jul. 31, and the helper was taken away on Aug. 10. According to the employer, however, his children are still dealing with the trauma from the alleged repeated molestations. "My child has repeatedly been lying on the floor, suffering from the trauma, and I am still waiting for psychological help from the authorities. As the police and Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) are still investigating, I expect justice to be delivered without harming or involving my child any further," said the employer. A police spokesperson confirmed with Mothership that they received the report and are investigating the case.
  2. A Singaporean man who proudly shared a year ago in June 2020 that he graduated from a university in the United Kingdom to become a blue collar prime mover driver in Singapore, has just been charged in court on July 28, 2021 for possessing and transmitting on Telegram obscene materials of women that were possibly leaked and without their consent. How bananas is this story? This completely bananas story has been made even more bananas as the accused, Andy Wong Ming Jun, 28, wrote a piece published in Nikkei Asia five days before his court appearance -- of all things -- slamming the Singapore government for its handling of the Covid-19 cluster linked to KTVs. Here is a blow-by-blow account of what went down and how we got here. The case before the court Wong currently faces 11 charges in total, which is the highest number of charges out of four men hauled to court on July 28, related to allegedly running an obscene Telegram chat group. The four men are aged 28 to 46. Wong's charge sheet included five charges of possessing obscene videos under the Films Act, and six charges of storing more than 1,600 obscene pictures in his electronic devices. He had in his possession more than 2,300 videos in a Lenovo laptop, two thumb drives, a Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact mobile phone and a Secure Digital memory card. Wong allegedly advertised the sale of obscene material, while the other three were administrators. The police said that the Telegram group, "Sam's lots of CB Collection", contained leaked sexual videos and images of women, and these included nude photos, photos of women dressed scantily or in compromising positions, and these were believed to have been circulated on the platform without consent. When did the police first act on this case? The police had received a report against the Telegram group on Oct. 24, 2019. Four men were arrested in November 2019. When did Wong go public with his prime mover driver stint? Wong penned an article published on June 14, 2020 about how he became a prime mover driver. It was well-received at that time as readers found it humbling. Wong wrote that he graduated from the University of Hull in 2017 with an honours degree in politics and history. Besides working full-time as a prime mover driver, he advertised himself at that time as a freelance defence and current affairs writer. This would mean his act of self-promotion was about seven months after he was arrested by the police for his alleged involvement in the obscene Telegram group. What was one revelation in his piece that is disturbing on hindsight? Wong wrote that he became a prime mover driver after just one interview and worked for a PSA Singapore subcontractor. He also wrote: "I found the job in April through the government job portal, MyCareersFuture." This would mean he got the driving job less than half a year after he was arrested by the Singapore police and had a pending case against him. It appeared he was hired by May 1, 2020 for the prime mover driver job. It would also mean he was openly profiling himself and his career development after his arrest and with the police still investigating him then. Who identified Wong as the same person as the prime mover driver? Lianhe Wanbao, in its July 28 newspaper report about the obscene Telegram court case, made the link and was the first to identify Wong as the prime mover driver who wrote about his stint. The Straits Times subsequently identified Wong as the man who penned the Nikkei Asia article. Did Wong appear in other news? Wong was featured in The Straits Times in 2016 as a Singaporean who voted for Brexit. He could do so because he is a Singaporean, and therefore, a Commonwealth citizen, and one who was living in Britain, albeit temporarily. Wong was at that time a student at the University of Hull when the Brexit referendum was underway. This set of circumstances granted him the right to vote in a national election under British law. His vote was for Brexit, because he said he believed he was disadvantaged as a non-EU citizen. Wong at that time said he wanted to settle down in the UK after his studies, but found it difficult. "I find it unfair that law-abiding non-EU citizens... have to face a disproportionate number of hoops to jump through in order to seek a future in the UK after graduating from university, while EU citizens get to have a free pass by virtue of the passport they hold," the 23-year-old Wong told ST then. On hindsight, this logic also appears warped as Brexit was for the nativist elements in Britain to exercise their rights, and by extension, keep foreigners such as Wong out. How did his latest piece slamming the government for the KTV cluster go? Wong's Nikkei Asia piece received a strong rebuttal from the Ministry of Home Affairs on July 28 -- following Wong's court appearance. Sam Tee, a senior director from the Joint Operations Group at MHA, wrote in a rebuttal to the media that it was false for Wong's article to claim that most KTVs in Singapore are fronts for money laundering or illegal brothels run by organised crime cartels. Wong's piece was titled, "The Institutional Failures Behind Singapore's Latest Covid Outbreak". What did MHA say in its rebuttal to Nikkei Asia? Tee said it was false that KTVs were allowed to open recently "without explanation", as alleged by Wong. Wong had also written that the KTV cluster "exposed the pernicious role of organised vice enterprises in Singapore, and the institutional failure of the country's much-vaunted law enforcement to clamp down on them". In MHA's response, Tee shot back at Nikkei Asia: "Your correspondent's stance appears to be based on a stern disapproval of illegal sexual activity. We commend his high moral expectations. But his comments on public policies need to be based on facts, not imagined realities." The rebuttal stung as Wong had just been hauled to court. Tee added: "The cluster was not the reason why the government reimposed stricter safe distancing measures on July 22. A spread into fresh food markets which had the potential for a wider outbreak was the reason." Where else can Wong's writing be found? Wong allegedly posts as the user DaybreaksBell93 on the Reddit forum. In a response to a Redditor who told Wong he should have done more research before he penned his Nikkei Asia piece, DaybreaksBell93 replied: On LinkedIn, Wong also wrote about his stint as a prime mover driver. His LinkedIn piece, "Graduate working as a Blue-Collar? Changing Realities in Singapore", appeared more than a month before his essay was published in the mainstream media. A video from 2015 by Insworld Institute featuring Wong is still online as of July 29:
  3. S’pore Hurdler Sexually Assaulted By Coach, Urges SportSG To Review Reduced Penalty source: https://mustsharenews.com/hurdler-sportsg/ Singapore Athlete Appeals To SportsSG After Coach’s Suspension Is Reduced On 1 Nov 2018, SportSG suspended a national hurdler’s coach for 2 years, after he was guilty of inappropriate behaviour during training. But Ms Kerstin Ong recently found out that the coach only served an 8-month ban after corners were allegedly cut & the suspension period was reduced. In an Instagram post on Saturday (27 Jun), the athlete reveals her side of the story in detail. In her impassioned plea, she appeals to SportSG to review the way they deal with sexual assault cases and to take them more seriously. You can read her full account here: We summarise her key points below. Coach behaved inappropriately in 2016 The coach involved in the incident was an apprentice national coach under the Singapore Athletics Association (SAA), training Ms Ong in 2016. According to a complaint report, he was behaving improperly during training sessions, enough to make the hurdler feel uncomfortable. This includes making sexual jokes and touching her inappropriately. On one instance, he smacked her buttocks while she was resting during a team physical training. He was charged for 3 offences, including insulting the modesty of a woman, outrage of modesty of a woman and 1 count of using criminal force. This was after the athlete was put through 7 hour-long interviews and lie-detector tests with the police. Only served 8 months of 2 years SportSG ban Eventually, the coach had to serve a 2-year suspension by SportSG, according to Channel News Asia (CNA). This was after he admitted all his offences to the police, stated the athlete. Furthermore, after it was backdated by 10 months, he only served 8 months of his ban, which is “unjustifiable and not transparent”, she asserted. Athlete calling for justifiable punishment by SportSG In her post, Ms Ong expressed how upset she is with the way SportSG dealt with her sexual assault case. She shared that the way local authorities deal with sexual assault cases is significant in encouraging more victims to come forward. Adding that failure to properly punish perpetrators is demoralising for victims who muster up the courage to speak up. As such, the athlete is calling for SportSG to review their verdict and urges them to take future sexual assault cases more seriously. MS News has reached out to SportSG for a statement regarding the matter. However, Ms Ong points out that SportsSG had since reduced his suspension to 1.5 years. Kudos to athletes for bravely speaking out Kudos to Ms Kerstin Ong for bravely coming forward with her story. We hope that this incident will spark more fair & necessary conversations about sexual harassment cases. This is just one story in many other unheard voices, and hopefully, her story will eventually contribute to building a safer environment for female atheletes in Singapore.
  4. Verdick is out Doctor gets 10 years’ jail for sexually assaulting patient in Bedok clinic Read more at https://www.channelnewsasia.com/news/singapore/doctor-sexually-assaulted-patient-wee-teong-boo-jailed-11294522 SINGAPORE: A doctor convicted of sexually assaulting his patient was on Wednesday (Feb 27) sentenced to 10 years' jail. He was also ordered to pay the victim S$1,200 in compensation for the counselling fees she incurred to deal with the psychological and emotional effects from the assault, which took place in 2015 in his Bedok clinic. Wee Teong Boo, 68, was found guilty on Monday of one charge of outrage of modesty and another charge of sexual assault by digital penetration. He was acquitted of the original rape charge. Deputy Public Prosecutor Sharmila Sripathy-Shanaz on Wednesday asked for a sentence of 12 years and seven months’ jail. Of this, three months was in lieu of seven strokes of the cane, as Wee is above the age of 50 and cannot be caned. She said “medicine has long been regarded as the most noble of professions”, but Wee’s “senseless actions” violated its ethics and code, “forever shattering” the victim’s life. “Forty-two years after entering a profession committed to the primacy of patient welfare, Wee Teong Boo stands before this court, convicted of sexual assaulting and molesting a young female patient during two medical examinations - his senseless actions violating the very ethical mores that every doctor swears to uphold,” said the prosecutor. Advertisement Wee has indicated his intent to appeal against the conviction and sentence. GIVING TESTIMONY WAS LIKE BEING RAPED AGAIN: VICTIM The prosecutor reminded the judge of the victim’s testimony during the trial, which the victim had likened to being “raped again”. The woman, aged 23 when the assault took place, had told the court that after the incident, she “was living like a walking dead, walking as per normal, but I was just dead inside”. She also wondered why it happened to her, “out of so many patients”. “What are the odds of being raped when you visit a medical professional in Singapore, in such a safe country? I cannot register why I am the one, I just can’t understand why it happened to me,” the prosecutor recalled the victim saying. The incident affected her classes and "destroyed her trust in male doctors". The victim later requested only for female doctors whenever she visited a polyclinic. She also had trouble with her male friends, unable to accept any intimacy. Wee was acquitted of the rape charge as the judge said he was satisfied that there was reasonable doubt as to whether penile penetration could have taken place. On Wednesday, the prosecutor said Wee had been "utterly disgraceful" in court, in particular retorting during cross-examination: "I do not consider her (the patient) a victim." "This barbed taunt smacks of arrogance and pure defiance and ... lack of remorse," said the prosecutor. She also said that Wee maligned the integrity and character of independent witnesses during the trial, claiming that a doctor on the stand was not giving objective evidence and instead was embellishing it to suit the prosecution's case. He also maligned police officers, calling them "stupid" and "blatantly lying about ill treatment while in custody", said the prosecution. Wee’s defence counsel Edmond Pereira said he will not be making submissions on sentence as his client is maintaining his innocence. He pointed to Wee's history of medical conditions, including diabetes and hypertension, and pointed out that there was no need for the prosecution to increase an "already lengthy" jail term as Wee will be in his late 70s by the time he is released from prison. He also tried contesting the compensation order relating to the victim's counselling fees, saying there was no evidence in court about the counselling when the victim testified. Wee is out on bail pending his appeal. Read more at https://www.channelnewsasia.com/news/singapore/doctor-sexually-assaulted-patient-wee-teong-boo-jailed-11294522

  6. With reference to this thread http://www.mycarforum.com/topic/2701259-road-rage-unequal-treatment/page-5 Where @Darryn and @Ingenius talked about the number of teachers f**king students. So here is the official figure reported in the news. Please note that he figure given is "sexual misconduct", not necessary f**k. And the figure maybe higher as some cases are not conclusive or unreported. http://www.todayonline.com/singapore/14-cases-educator-sexual-misconduct-prosecuted-2011 Now the question is, is this figure higher than the number of ang mo beating up anyone since 2011? Which is more common in your perception?
  7. Sexual jihad is a controversial practice of women within some Wahhabist groups allegedly offering themselves in sexual comfort roles to fighters for the establishment of Islamic state. Definition in wiki http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sexual_jihad Disturbing, but we should all be aware of the power of these radical groups. Somehow, the ISIS is able to brainwash these girls to become sexual objects for the ISIS fighters. Interesting talk show on the topic of sexual jihad. http://www.straitstimes.com/news/asia/south-east-asia/story/isis-luring-young-girls-around-the-world-join-its-terror-ranks-20150 PETALING JAYA (THE STAR/ASIA NEWS NETWORK) - Malaysian police are on the alert for a new tactic by the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria to lure young girls from around the world to join its ranks. Special Branch Counter Terrorism Division's principal assistant director Senior Asst Comm Datuk Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay said the militant group was trying to lure girls as young as 14 and 15 to the ranks for sex jihad, among other activities. "We will not allow them to be exploited by IS or any other terror groups. "We are pooling our resources to ensure that these children do not fall into the trap," he told The Star on Sunday. Stressing that the division was monitoring the situation closely, SAC Ayob Khan advised parents to be more wary of their children's activities. "These young girls can easily be influenced by the militants via social media, especially Facebook. "So, parents, please play your part by monitoring your children's activities," he said. SAC Ayob Khan said that although the division had managed to thwart seven Malaysian women from going to Syria to join the militants since last year, seven others had managed to go there, adding that most of the women were in their 20s. "The youngest so far is the 14-year-old who was arrested last week," he said. The girl was nabbed at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport while attempting to head to Cairo, purportedly to marry a student there before going to Syria. SAC Ayob Khan said the latest arrest reflected the IS' worrying trend to brainwash and enlist youngsters from around the world into joining its terror ranks. Britain's Scotland Yard is now looking for three teenage girls who are believed to be travelling to Syria via Turkey to join the ISIS. They are Shamima Begum, 15, who could be using the name of Acklina Begum, and 16-year-old Kadiza Sultana. The third girl, 15, has not been named at the request of her family. Their friend, also a 15-year-old, is said to have joined the militants in December. In November, a 19-year-old Dutch girl was brought home by her mother after marrying an ISIS fighter in Syria. Earlier on Sunday, Deputy Defence Minister Datuk Abdul Rahim Bakri said there were some people in the country who were influenced by the activities of militant groups. "Their ability to recruit young people for their false struggle is worrying. To date, there have been several of our young people who not only joined them in IS territories as supporters but also became directly involved in military activities such as suicide bombing. "Going by the experience of neighbouring countries, we should also give IS serious attention," he said. He gave the assurance that police and military intelligence units were monitoring militant groups and would not let them grow to the point where they could threaten the security of the nation. He said parents should always monitor their children's activities to prevent them from getting involved in terror groups like the ISIS. - See more at: http://www.straitstimes.com/news/asia/south-east-asia/story/isis-luring-young-girls-around-the-world-join-its-terror-ranks-20150#sthash.IEyoIzZx.dpuf -------------------------

  9. We have seen an increasing number of members that makes sexual references indiscriminately and unconstructively, thereby degrading threads to sex-related topics. This is irksome to members who are genuinely interested in the discussion. It is also a violation of the forum guidelines and etiquette. Generally we issue warning (yellow cards) to such offending members. However, we have been lax on this as we understand that some members may be making the violation unintentionally. But this has to stop somewhere, so with immediate effect, the MCF moderating team will clamp down hard on such sexual innuendo. While we will carry on to issue warnings, those whom we judge to be unintentional offenders will be slapped on the wrists with a big Dislike of up to 30 points per post. Sexual, non-family friendly discussions will be labeled with a NSFW. Please bring all your sexual discussions there. 15. http://www.channelnewsasia.com/stories/sin...1018745/1/.html Two men charged with attempting to get sexual favours By Shaffiq Alkhatib, Channel NewsAsia | Posted: 17 November 2009 1411 hrs SINGAPORE: Two men have been charged, separately, with attempting to obtain sexual favours in return for turning a blind eye on smoking offenders. One of them is 32-year-old Mohamed Rafi Abdul Alim who was employed by Certis-CISCO Security and attached to the National Environment Agency (NEA) as an enforcement officer. Along with three other officers, he approached a girl whom he saw smoking with her friends at the basement carpark of Queensway Shopping Centre in March this year. The girl and her friends were in school uniforms. The officers then took down the students' particulars and gave them a verbal warning. However, shortly after this, Mohamed Rafi allegedly sent the girl a text message asking for sexual services. It is believed that he promised not to refer her to the relevant authorities should she give in to his request. 42-year-old Koh Hui Chong, a former NEA officer, faced a similar charge. He noticed a boy in his school uniform smoking at a playground in late April last year. Koh approached the student and informed him that he will be booked for under-aged smoking. He also asked the boy for his parents' contact details so that he could speak to them about the matter. However, the student gave him false information about his father. In response to this, it is believed that Koh approached the boy's school to obtain the details even though he was not authorised to do so. Koh then allegedly contacted the boy's mother in early May last year, asking for sexual services in return for not taking action against her son. If convicted under the Prevention of Corruption Act, both men could each be jailed up to five years and fined a maximum of S$100,000. - CNA/so tiko pehs on the loose.
