  3. I hope the stomper fwd the registration number to the authority. http://singaporeseen.stomp.com.sg/stomp/sg...s_and_says.html S'pore woman in JB collects petrol in containers and boasts: 'I won't get caught' STOMPer Pong caught a woman, who was apparently Singaporean, pumping petrol into oil containers at a petrol station in Johor Bahru, and then bragging, "I won't get caught". Said the STOMPer: "I was at one of the petrol station in JB topping up my petrol. "I overheard a lady making a statement, saying that 'I won't get caught'. "So I turned around to see what they're doing. To my surprise, they were pumping petrol into the engine oil containers. "And they had a boot full of the containers! They were so engrossed in their activity that they didn't even noticed I was taking pictures of them. "It's a Singapore registered car." Point of interest - got a pair of sexy leg there.
  4. I was wondering what is the fastest possible time to collect a car after purchase? Is it possible to drive off on the same day? What about the longest someone had to wait for a car? To be meaningful, let's talk about mass market cars bought from either AD or PI.
  5. SINGAPORE: Car dealers have been revving up their promotions this holiday season. According to them, their discounts and other promotions have been bringing in more customers. Discounts on new cars range between S$2,000 and S$9,000. One car dealer said giving away S$2000 discounts has helped boost sales in his showroom by 20 per cent this season. Other car dealers have slashed as much as S$6,000 for certain models, while some others are luring customers with lucky draws. Some dealers said that some car buyers are waiting for Lunar New Year to be over before they make their purchase. However, some dealers said this may not exactly be a good idea. [size="6]Alvin Lim, sales consultant, Komoco Motors said: "Usually after the festive season, the prices may go down. But in this case, it may crash with the April COE reduce period, whereby, the COE is expected to go up very high. "So let us say if everybody is waiting for the same time to come in after Chinese New Year, I believe by then, it could push up the COE price as well. So I don

  7. Yesterday, in my lifetime, went under the knife to rectify my eyesight. I was diagnosed with cataract. The procedure involved is a day-surgery, by noon I was out of the hospital(hey! I did not even had the chance of asking for that petite nurse's name and contact. The procedure involved removing the affected layer and replacing it with a lens. I wonder if it is Carl Zeiss or Scwarsky. The result is felt almost immediately. Prior to, I have to wear a pair of glass for reading off the monitor, now I do not need to. My display setting is at 1280 x 800. s Between half and 3/4 of the cost can be covered by Medisave.

  11. http://health.asiaone.com/Health/News/Stor...119-101856.html Kidney middleman fails appeal, goes to jail THE middleman in the illegal kidney-for-sale case started his 14-month jail term on Wednesday afternoon, after the High Court dismissed his appeal.Justice V. K. Rajah, sending out a message that organ trafficking will not be tolerated in Singapore, said the sentence was 'amply justified.' Wang Chin Sing, 44, received the stiffest sentence among four men who have been sentenced in the case. Ailing retail magnate Tang Wee Sung, 56, who bought a kidney through Wang, was fined a total of $17,000 and jailed a day. An Indonesian man who offered his kidney to Mr Tang was jailed two weeks, while another Indonesian man who sold his kidney to another recipient, Ms Juliana Soh, was jailed 3 1/2 months and fined $2,000. The strangest thing is that the person who initiated it and stand to benefit the most got the least punishment I stand to be corrected, I understand from news that the doctor who was involved, acted blur and said that the BOARD Ok it BUT I was told the doctor was the chairman of the board and he got away free if the above is true, than we have a possible sicko 911 farenhient in the making any movie producer here action, action take ONE

  14. Just to highlight my experience at ICA building carpark. I fetched someone to collect her passport. Parked my car in a lot at the public carpark and waited in car - windows down and engine stopped. Auntie passed by (they super on), and asked me to display parking coupon. I was reading newspaper inside. I am not arguing that she was wrong, because technically she was correct. However, when I do the same in HDB carpark lots, no warden has asked me to display coupon. Why the different practice? Anyone has the same experience?
