Anyone saw DIY car wash bay in Singapore? Where a place you pay and they provide water jet for you to spray your cars? Maybe can book a time slot of something and spend a whole afternoon cleaning the car

Anyone know where could buy those portable car wash kit in which at least there is a hose to grim off the tyre section area. MSCP car wash bay is mostly occupied & the water is not enough for me to make it very clean. (Very dusty due to workplace construction activities). Guess need to everyday wash just like human being everyday to take shower.

Great product from duragloss. A chance to try out this product sample thanks to MD's Dec promotion. Because my workplace is near to construction site and my car most of the time is very dirty especially after light drizzle but recently after washing with DNR, I noticed little soiled on surface even after light drizzle and gloss apparantly stay for days. I read somewhere someone mentioned before car does not get so dirty after washing with DNR. Guess could be right and washing are much faster and easy for me now. A must buy product.

HOUSE KEEPING question. Usually I mount hook behind my bed room door and just hang my jeans there, 4 jeans at any time. every week route 2 jeans for wash. O yes... I wear jeans to work. What about you guys? where do usually hang your jeans if you wear few time before wash?

I recently went for PPS (around 1 week ago). How do I wash my car now? I'm thinking of doing as such (mine's a white car): - 1. Wash off the dirt and soot using shampoo (Glare shampoo) mixed with water 2. Rinse, and wipe dry 3. Spray Duragloss 951 and wipe through Is this okay? Thank you!

Just start this thread and hope others will join in and share their bad experience. This is a thread to name and shame bad petrol kiosk car wash service. Not asking for alternatives. 1) Esso Macpherson - car still patches of grey dust after washing. Had the cheek to tell me price increased from $5 to $6 for normal sedan. I'm never going back again! 2)

Just got my new babe Silver Civic FD and groom it with iCare in AMK autopoint.... must say they are really pro in their services..... just found out that they have started Car wash and Car Spa services at night till 11pm. Definitely good for pple like me who cannot tend to my babe in the day. Call James .... the boss for more details. I gathered they have a package deal like free Car Spa with the purchase of a booklet of car wash coupons..... sound like a reasonable deal. Cheers Blackbird

Was washing car this morning at hdb mscp. Had placed a plastic bag containing 2 sponges, one water blade, a bottle of polish and a bottle of sealant against a wall next to the back of my car, as will be using them later. After spending less than 30mins washing the car, I went to take the water blade and realised that the whole plastic bag was gone. Total loss about $50. Guess it's partly my mistake to place the items where I can't see them. Still, quite any unpleasant experience. Just a reminder to all here to take care of your belongings when washing your car, you never know who might be eyeing your stuff and swipe it when there is an opportunity.

Went for a car wash this afternoon at about 3.30 pm at Macpherson Esso. I noted that the dude shampooing my car had a litted fag in his mouth and he was rubba-ing my car nonchalantly. I almost wanted to come out and fark him as his ciggy ashes are falling on my car as he sponged my panels. They were spraying soap and water so I cant come out and LLST. Secondly, WTF was he thinking!! Its a damn petrol kiosk leh! Who can I report this too? Will try to extract the video from my car cam tomorrow.
