I am thinking by ncrease the COE price of car why don't they stop OPC system or try to minimize the OPC number cause nowday whenever on the road out of 5 deftinely there will be 1 OPC car and deftinely applied on the way to Johor.

Not to sound uncaring but can share what would be the safe/appropriate way to handle the following situations given that you are driving and alone in the car:- (1) You saw a fellow driver inside their car, with boot lid up, no breakdown signage displayed. Visibility low and in the middle of deserted road/expressway. (2) You saw a fellow driver slumped over steering wheel, car in the middle of a road during daytime. (3) You encounter a drunk driver behind the wheels in the wee hours of the morning.

Food handlers are reuired to wear paper mask. I am totally amazed and finally confused by the many ways that food handlers have managed to wear the simple paper mask. So what is the correct way to wear the mask? I have seen beinf used as: Under chin-- For guys I can understand, maybe to prevent beard from falling onto food. But some ladies also wear this way.. Mouth mask--to prevent saliver from dripping onto food. Forehead-- for what?? I cant figure out. Any more other ways that you have seen food handlers amusing ways to wear mask?

Guys jus want to vent my anger here as there is nothing i can do this aftnoon when some woman simply stand at the empty lot and try to CHOP for her bf without giving a damn abt me...#$@$#%^$.bcos its a unreasonable woman standing down there.there is nothing i can do but to move on and look for another lot.. come to think of it i felt that we shld come out with some ideas to irritate or make them wake up their..bros can input some cool ideas so can vent out on them...lol 1)reverse halfway and hold rpm at 3000rpm and let them smell some smoke!! 2)block the freaking lot,so ask others to move in 3)blast the freakin horn at that damn woman. 4) 5)

However, they do little to alleviate the structural problems at the root of the resale HDB market and the frustrations of many home seekers. It is too easy to blame cash over valuation (COV) for the rampant rise in resale prices or repeat continuously that resale HDB flats are affordable. Four measures could be taken to significantly improve the supply of resale HDB flats and thus lower prices. HDB flats should be affordable housing only for genuine home owners who occupy the flats. They should not be used for investment or rental income. The resale market is still tight because many owners, who have already moved out, are simply holding on to their property or hoping for a collective sale. If owners do not live in their flats any more, they should be put on the market immediately. There should be an income and assets cap for owners of HDB flats. If the owners are very successful in life after buying an HDB flat, they should leave their property on reaching a certain threshold and sell it. It is not right that families with multiple properties and very high salaries are able to hold on to their HDB flats. Have a staggered income ceiling instead of a blanket one of $8,000, applicable across all HDB flats ranging from $200,000 to $600,000. For example, have an $8,000 income ceiling for flats valued below $400,000, a $10,000 ceiling for flats valued above that and below $600,000, and $12,000 ceiling for flats valued above $600,000. Take property agents out of the equation. HDB should stimulate and facilitate direct owner-buyer contact. I urge HDB to consider these measures to tackle the problem at its root and let go of its free-property-market thinking. Lim Hing Kok WHAT DO U ALL THINK OF HIS SUGGESTIONS?

Upon taking possession of the bike but just before I rode off the show room floor, I asked the head mechanic how I should break in the bike. He told me "break it in the way you intend to ride it". I took him literally and I rode it to red line during that time and many miles beyond. That engine never ever hesitated once. It screamed from day one. Nothing stock could beat it in it's era, except the Kawasaki 900 Z1. I could not get it to travel over the claimed 134 mph of the factory. However It reached that speed faster then identical bikes. Personally, I think the guy knows what he is talking about. Read his high velocity theory on head flow. It makes perfect sense. He's no quack.............. "

Even 10cents reduction to help the motoring public is too much for the Govt to bear. So what ways can you think of to minimise the Govt "salary" aka tax. This is my take, please add on! 1. Earn less so pay less Income Tax or be a tax avoiding hawker 2. Drive Holiday or Fly less so they would earn less Airport Tax 3. Rent your property or better still stay in JB so no need to pay Property Tax! No Stamp duty, Development tax, refuse tax, toilet tax, or @ least you pay in ringgit! 4. Dont drive so no Road Tax, no Radio License for car, no COE, no ARF, Car registration tax, no GST, Petrol tax, ERP, Registration tax, Excise duty 5. Dont listen to Radio or TV no no need to pay TV License for home 6. Drink water & bath in office so pay less Water Conservancy Tax 7. Dont buy things/shopping to let them earn GST! 8. Dont die till Estate Tax is abolish! 9 No more mor mor KTV to let them earn Liquor Tax! 10. Give up smoking so dont kena Cigarette Tax 500%! 11. Off aircon, off light, go naked to save Electricity Tarrif tax! 12. Use condom so no need to pay Maid Levy, University fee (50k?), food, tuition, clothing, XBOX, Child care, milk powder, diapers, medical fees etc etc. 13. Keep a cat to avoid Dog license fee! 14. To keep entertained read books! Library is free!

Went to shipyard yesterday and parked for a day.... when returned discover that my car was full of those flakes and speckles of spray paint. My description maybe not good, anyway whole picture means very very tiny polka dots of paint. Anyone knows how to get rid of that? other than respraying the whole car..

Anyone has any idea how to remove dried up silicon on clear plastic? I itchy backside and paste eyelid on my car headlight using double side tape and silicon. Now want to remove the eyelid, left a patch of stubborn silicon that seems very hard to remove. Rub until my finger swollen but still left abit that just refuse to come out. Thanks!
