We all have seen typical types of wedding videos.... some are quite boring in fact.... Last night's wedding vid was quite different (but maybe some of you have already seen similar vids before, but this was my first time seeing such a vid....):- The vid was filmed in near-black&white kind of colour, not too focused (very much like home-made youtube vid quality), but it showed the groom proposing the the bride by the road side at night (possibly a 3-lane main road at 11pm when traffic was not really heavy but cars did zoom pass).... shaky camera etc all thrown in ..... both of them and friends around were really casual: some in long-sleeves and burmudas... the gals in shorts and t-shirt...... the 'acting' was quite natural, when the bride saw the diamond ring, her mouth opened wide and then froze..... LOL..... flowers??.... he was holding only a single stalk..... cheap and good.... Any memorable wedding vids you have seen??

Hi guys,I'm planning to propose to my girl in like 3 months time.No much idea how I can go about it.Heard ring use for proposal is 1 ring,and there's another pair of rings for the wedding.Is it true?Also,I intend to propose to her when we go oversea trip next year.Any idea to spice up the proposal?Or how I should go about it? Hi. just booked my banquet for next yr. Wondering if any recommendations for best CC to charge all the costs. Cos currently using Citibank dividend (which u cant charge F&B at hotels) and UOB platinum (which doesn't have any good offers) Wont make it for paying the deposit but at least the rest of the wedding costs can go towards claiming something. HOURS after businessman Vernon Leong celebrated his wedding banquet at the Hilton Singapore, his family and friends found themselves preparing for his funeral. The 31-year-old bridegroom was found early yesterday morning at the foot of the Orchard Road hotel. He was pronounced dead by paramedics at 3.35am. http://www.divaasia.com/article/5359 if the couple choose to select a venue which offers expensive menu/fanciful ambience and expect their guest to give them fat hongbaos...really can dream on.... as for me, it depends on how close is the relationship btw myself and the party who invite me...i really cannot believe ppl bao hongbao mostly based on the venue...simply cannot understand such mentality....if the couple holds a wedding dinner in damn posh venue, will you bao more than $1k???? it is the couple damn business to hold at posh venue but dun expect guest to reciprocate back with fattest hongbaos loh....

Hi bro/sis, Need suggestion on good Chinese restaurants with the following factors in order of priority 1. Has private partitioning to accomodate 20 tables 2. Nice ambience (ie high ceiling, not china-style like dim-sum restaurant, air-con) 3. Good food and generous in portion 4. Have in-house wedding banquet package is ideal 5. Centrally located in Singapore or easily accessible 6. Least important, price (do expect it to be cheaper than hotel though) Thanks in advance!
