  4. A woman is having an affair during the day while her husband is at work .</ STRONG> Her nine-year-old son comes home unexpectedly, sees the illegal lovers and hides in the bedroom cupboard to watch. Then the woman's husband unexpectedly comes home. She hides her lover in the cupboard, not realizing that her little boy is in there already. The little Boy says: 'Dark in here.' The Man says: </ I>'Yes, it is.' Boy: 'I have a soccer ball, do you want to buy it?' Man: 'No, thanks.' Boy: 'My dad's outside, I'll call him if you don't buy it!' Man: 'OK, how much?' Boy: '$1,000.' A few weeks later it happened again , and the boy and the lover were in the cupboard together again. Boy: 'Dark in here.' Man: 'Yes, it is.' Boy: 'I have soccer boots.' The Man, remembering the last time, asks the boy: 'How much?' The Boy sa ys:'$5,000.' The Man says: 'Fine, I will buy them.' A few days later, the Father says to the boy: 'Grab your ball and boots, let's go outside and have a game.' The Boy says: 'I can't, I sold them for $ 6,000.' The Father says: 'That's terrible to overcharge your friends like that... $ 6,000 is way more than those two things cost. I'm going to take you to church and make you confess your 'SINS.' They go to church and the father makes the little boy sit in the confession booth and he closes the door. The Boy says: 'Dark in here.' The Priest says: 'Don't start that sxxt all over again!
  5. From soccernet.com Liverpool stayed on top of the Premier League with a 3-1 victory against Blackburn at Ewood Park on Saturday that heaped more pressure on Rovers manager Paul Ince. Ince's side may have not won in ten league matches but they provided a stern test for Liverpool until Xabi Alonso scored the breakthrough goal after 69 minutes. A strike from Yossi Benayoun quickly followed and Steven Gerrard completed the victory with the Red's third goal after Roque Santa Cruz scored for Rovers four minutes from time. Meanwhile, Chelsea beat Bolton Wanderers 2-0 at the Reebok Stadium to set a new record of eleven consecutive away wins in the English top-flight. A goal from Nicolas Anelka and a spectacular bicycle kick from Deco helped the Blues eclipse the record of 10 straight away wins set by Tottenham Hotspur in 1960. Manchester United needed a last gasp equalizer from centre-back Nemanja Vidic to beat managerless Sunderland 1-0 at Old Trafford. Despite going all out in attack United looked as though they would be forced to settle for a draw as the Black Cats bravely battled through a goalless 90 minutes but when Michael Carrick's shot came back off the post Vidic was there to tap-in the winner. Arsenal kept pace with the top three after beating Wigan Athletic 1-0 at the Emirates with a first-half goal from Emmanuel Adebayor. The Togo striker, making his second start after returning from an ankle injury, struck in the 16th minute and could have added to his tally only to be denied by Chris Kirkland and the woodwork. Elsewhere, Abdoulaye Faye returned to haunt Newcastle United with an injury-time equaliser as Stoke City completed a remarkable fight back to draw 2-2 at St James' Park. Michael Owen had given the Magpies a two goal lead within the opening 24 minutes, but Mamady Sidibe dragged the visitors back into the game on the hour and Faye secured the draw. Hull City produced a dramatic late 2-1 comeback to snatch victory over 10-man Middlesbrough at the KC Stadium. Boro looked on course for their first Premier League win in four games when Tuncay Sanli flicked his side ahead 11 minutes from time. Yet Hull responded immediately with Bernard Mendy's drive hitting a post and rebounding in off Ross Turnbull and Marlon King scoring a penalty after David Wheater was sent off. Jimmy Bullard scored his first league goal of the season to earn Fulham a point with a 1-1 draw at home to Manchester City, who had taken the lead through Benjani Mwaruwari's early header, and extend their unbeaten run to five matches. It is going to be an interesting title race. One thing for sure, Ince probably be out of Blackburn's hot seat before the turn of the year.
  6. What an explosive Sunday EPL matches .......... Arsenal defeat Chelsea 2-1 at Stamford Bridge while Cristiano Ronaldo was dismissed for 2 yellow cards..... ESPN Soccernet reports : Chelsea 1 - 2 Arsenal Robin van Persie put Arsenal back into the Premier League title race with a superb second-half double in a 2-1 victory over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. Van Persie struck twice in three minutes after the Blues had taken a first-half lead through a fortuitous Johan Djourou own goal. But while the Dutch striker's second goal was sheer class, his equaliser was clearly scored from an offside position. CHELSEA 1-2 ARSENAL REACTION Scolari demands an apology for 'offisde' goal Chelsea manager Luiz Felipe Scolari called for referee Mike Dean and his assistant to make an apology for allowing Robin van Persie's offside goal which turned today's Barclays Premier League clash against Arsenal at Stamford Bridge Van Persie was clearly in an offside position as he collected a pass from Denilson on the edge of the penalty area, before smashing the ball past Petr Cech. There was, though, nothing controversial about what proved to be the winning goal, when the Dutchman spun in the box to drill a low shot into the far corner. However, the fact his team were "killed'' by such a crucial decision did not sit well with the Brazilian coach. He said: "Have you ever heard me speak about referees any time in the games I have been here? Never, in 15 in the Premier League, four in the Champions League, the Carling Cup, I have not said anything, but today is different. Man City 0 - 1 Man Utd Wayne Rooney's 100th club goal was enough for Manchester United to confirm local supremacy with a 1-0 win over City at Eastlands - but Cristiano Ronaldo did not help much with a needless red card. Ronaldo's temper has been threatening to boil over for some time now but his decision to push his hands towards Rooney's corner midway through the second half seemed bizarre. Already booked, referee Howard Webb duly produced a second yellow card, condemning United to a nervy finish in which Patrice Evra cleared off the line from Richard Dunne although Joe Hart also denied Rooney seconds later. Sir Alex Ferguson defended Cristiano Ronaldo over the red card incident that has soured the week in which he is expected to be crowned European Footballer of the Year. The Portugal winger had already been cautioned when he leapt for Wayne Rooney's corner midway through the second-half, then stuck his hands in the air to parry the ball instead. It seemed a needless move and referee Howard Webb duly dismissed the 23-year-old. Its seem like Scolari unable to take it for 2 defeats at Stamford Bridge. (first lost to Liverpool). He sure breaks JM 4 yrs record for home defeats ...... Its now for Liverpool to grab the lead with tomorrow early morning (4.00am) match against West Ham United at Anfield .........

  13. Source: http://www.channelnewsasia.com/stories/afp.../359608/1/.html Oil prices rally on tight supplies, Iran fears Posted: 11 July 2008 0351 hrs NEW YORK: Oil prices shot higher on Thursday on the back of simmering geopolitical tensions over key producer Iran and lingering worries over stretched global crude supplies, traders said. The International Energy Agency (IEA), meanwhile, forecast that tension on oil markets was set to ease early next year amid an economic slowdown in the United States. In addition, the OPEC oil producers' cartel cut its estimate for world crude demand over the next two decades, predicting that high prices would compel consumer countries to be more efficient in their use of the precious commodity. New York's main oil futures contract, light sweet crude for August delivery, jumped 5.60 dollars to close at 141.65 dollars per barrel. On the London market, Brent North Sea oil futures for August delivery leapt 5.45 dollars to settle at 142.03 dollars. "Investors were not ready to liquidate their crude positions just yet, with persistent geopolitical fears and worries over long-term crude supply tightness," said Sucden analyst Andrey Kryuchenkov. Prices have soared since breaking through 100 dollars at the start of the year but are down about five dollars from record peaks near 147 dollars last week. Traders tracked events concerning Iran, which is OPEC's second-largest crude oil producer with an output of about 4.0 million barrels per day. Iran test-fired more weaponry on Thursday as it continued war games, ignoring global concern over its launch of a broadside of missiles amid efforts to end a dispute over its nuclear programme. The White House downplayed the risk of war between Iran and the United States, despite the Iranian missile tests and some tough talk by US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. Rice warned Iran that Washington had beefed up its security presence in the Gulf and would not hesitate to defend its ally Israel. Iran insists its nuclear drive is aimed solely at generating energy but some Western nations fear it could be aimed at making an atomic bomb and have called for a freeze of uranium enrichment. OPEC would not be able to replace Iran's oil production if supplies were halted in case of a war with Israel or the United States, the oil cartel's chief said. "I hope there will be no attack on Iran. I hope that problem will be solved peacefully," the Organisation of the Petroleum Exporting Countries' secretary general Abdalla Salem El-Badri told a news conference in Vienna. "But if something were to happen, it is impossible to replace the production of Iran." OPEC also cut its long-term estimate for world oil demand, saying consumption in 2030 would be 3.7 percent lower than previously forecast because of energy-saving. The IEA, meanwhile, predicted that demand in advanced countries seemed to be on a weaker trend but it forecast a global increase in demand of 1.0 percent next year. The Paris-based agency cautioned that demand for oil would remain robust in Asia, the Middle East and Latin America, fuelled by vibrant economic momentum and continued low fuel prices. The IEA said global oil demand was expected to come to 87.7 million barrels a day next year. That marked an increase of 1.0 percent from the level of 86.9 million barrels a day that was forecast for 2008. Demand this year was seen rising by a slight 80,000 barrels a day, according to the IEA. - AFP/de
  14. If a MiniVan is $37,000.00, and I buy it weekend car registration, it will come with a $17,000.00 off. Meaning the car is $20,000.00. Having coe at $13,000, parf at $3500, if I scrape it after 2 years, I will have a total refund of $12,325.00 ( coe plus parf ). Meaning total lost is $7,675.00 for 2 years. That's very low for a new car. Hence the high increase in PRC made Weekend cars on our road now. Do you agree with my calculation? Or you feel that there is a catch......
