  1. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wyRIbEBqZuM Most people have grown used to hearing about a much older man or woman with a young partner, even if the age gap falls is 20 to 25 years. But what if it's a 60-year age difference? And, what if it were the reverse - woman older than man? Kyle Jones, 31, is in a relationship with a 91-year-old woman. From Augusta, Georgia in the US, Jones dates several elderly ladies concurrently. He's been in a 'casual' relationship with 91-year-old Marjorie McCool for the last 5 years. And despite their 60-year age gap, the pair claim to have an active sex life. In a Daily Mail report, Jones said: 'Everyone's brain is wired differently, some guys prefer blondes, some brunettes, some like other guys - I like old ladies.' In it for the money? Naturally, Jones has faced criticism over his dating choices. But, he rubbishes critics who've called him an opportunist after their money. In 2009 he met great-grandmother Marjorie McCool in the bookstore where she worked and they exchanged numbers. McCool had been single for 37 years after splitting with the father of her six children, agreed to go on a date. Her children are aged between 50 and 71. She has grandsons older than Jones. The great-grandmother said: "The physical side of our relationship is wonderful. I amaze myself, he amazes me. There's nothing better." "I wear sexy outfits to bed. I try to keep my bra on though because I don't have much left." 'My family consists mostly of boys, and they don't really care - what I do is my business. Jones, who works in a call centre said he realised from the time he was 12 or 13 that he was into older women. It wasn't until he turned 18 that he acted on it and began a sexual relationship with a 50-year-old. He likes his ladies between age 60 and 80, he said. Multiple partners "Whenever I try speaking to an older woman, the first reaction I get is 'you're way too young'. I find persistence is good so I tell them it'll be fun." And, Jones clearly isn't ready to settle down, or settle for any one of his senior ladies. He dates up to five women at a time. So what does great-granny McCool think of Jones' philandering ways? She said: "In the beginning I got jealous of his other women, but he keeps coming back to me and tells me I'm the best." He even introduces them to his 50-year-old mother, who doesn't think it's anyone's business as long as Jones isn't hurting anyone. - See more at: http://www.tnp.sg/news/man-31-dating-91-year-old-woman-i-old-ladies#sthash.IpzDjTSI.dpuf
  2. Wow, can't believe ! It takes 9 years to know the sex of the partner that you are with, and somemore living together while dating ?! Really good in hiding http://news.asiaone.com/news/diva/ra...hip?page=0%2C1 Even after having dated for seven years, and being married for slightly more than a year, her husband refused to consummate their marriage. After filing for a divorce in Feb 2011, she found out from court documents that her husband was originally a woman, according to a report by Shin Min Daily News. The report mentioned that the husband had undergone a sex change, and had earlier confessed to his wife that he is unable to conceive a child. This is a rare case of divorce and division of marital assets in court, involving the 47-year-old wife, a group finance manager, and her 50-year-old husband, a tutor. They had married in 2009. According to court documents, the couple had met online in 2002 and they lived together while they were dating, reported Lianhe Wanbao. The wife said she wanted to buy a $730,000 apartment under her name as their love nest in 2009, but her husband requested to be a joint owner as a condition to marry her, according to Shin Min. After the couple married, the husband's family also moved into the apartment. The husband and his family moved out a year later, however, when the couple's relationship soured. In 2011, the wife applied for a divorce on the grounds that he refused to consummate their marriage. However, once she found out that her husband was originally a woman upon applying for divorce, she changed her reason to that her husband is a woman, said Shin Min. The husband countered and said he was born a woman, but had undergone a sex change and told his wife he is unable to consummate their marriage or have children. The court granted their divorce on the grounds that both husband and wife are female, according to the Chinese evening daily. The wife said her husband wanted to get a divorce for money, referring to a text message. In the message, the husband wrote that he had no money, and that a divorce may help him clear his debt, reported Shin Min. The wife said that her husband had planned to request to split their apartment after their divorce to help him clear his debt. Finally the judge ordered the apartment to be sold within six months and the money to be used to repay loans, after which 70 per cent of the revenue would belong to the wife, and 30 per cent would belong to the husband. Dissatisfied, the husband appealed the decision, according to Lianhe Wanbao. The wife said that since they were dating, her husband would often borrow money from her, and owed several banks a total of $80,000. Although they were divorced, the two are going through a lawsuit over matrimonial assets. The wife also said that she paid for housing loans, property taxes, fees, utilities, insurance, and even everyday items, while her husband only paid for half the utility bills while he was staying in the apartment. The wife's net worth of more than $630,000 is reportedly more than three times that of her husband's, according to Shin Min Daily News. According to court documents, she earns $8,500 a month, while the husband earns between $3,000 to $3,300 a month. The wife disclosed in court documents that she has a three-room flat, insurance, a car and more than $260,000 under her name. The husband claimed he paid monthly mortgage of $1,400, and also bore costs for renovation. The wife said that her husband had promised to return the money he owed her after their marriage, but did not do so and continued borrowing money from her to pay off bank loans - owing her a total of $20,000. According to the Accounting And Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), the husband had opened seven companies between 1989 to 2004, but all had gone out of business. In Lianhe Wanbao's interview with Fang Wei Zhuang, a maternity specialist with Gleneagles Hospital, he said that a woman who has undergone a sex change will have male genitals and can have intercourse. However, without testicles, the transgendered male is unable to produce sperm and have children, said Fang.
  3. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u2syDDenK6g A female body was believed to have been found by the side of a pool in a bungalow just off Coronation Road on Wednesday. Several police officers, including crime scene investigators, were seen canvassing the neighbourhood and collecting evidence at the house located along Victoria Park Road when The Straits Times arrived at the scene earlier. A large blue police tent had been used to cover the woman's body, which was lying on the wooden deck by the side of the swimming pool in the upscale bungalow. No details were available as to what caused the death of the woman, but The Straits Times understands that the case has been classified as an "unnatural death" and investigations are still ongoing. The victim, a woman in her 30s, was parking her vehicle near a food centre packed with diners when the robber opened the car door and slipped into the front passenger seat, according to Chinese evening newspaper Shin Min Daily News. After taking her valuables and cash, he forced her to drive to another open-air carpark where he bound her hands with tape before making his getaway. The victim lost about $600 worth of cash and valuables, including an iPhone 5, added the paper. And I thought it was Johor Bahru.

  7. Maintenance not an unalloyed right of women: Judge Source: Straits Times Date: 22 Apr 2014 Author: K.C. Vijayan He says even token sum would be wrong if protection is not needed A JUDGE debunked the idea that maintenance was an "unalloyed right" of a woman and suggested a wider Marriage Charter might someday replace the current Women's Charter. Justice Choo Han Teck said a woman who is truly independent and equal in a marriage would not need patronising gestures of maintenance, which belie "deep chauvinistic thinking". His comments came in decision grounds released yesterday explaining why he rejected a woman's $120,000 maintenance claim from her former spouse after their 10-year marriage ended in 2012. He noted the idea for women to seek maintenance evolved out of the 1961 Women's Charter that was passed to protect women when many were housewives supported by their husbands. But this was "yoked to an old attitude that should be changed", he said. "If it were to continue even where the protection is no longer needed, it might lead to the suppression of women in the name of chivalry." He added to award her even a token sum "would be wrong if it was merely symbolic. That symbol for women has to be torn asunder in fact and in spirit". He said the time may come for a "wider, more encompassing Bill" suitably named the Marriage Charter but stressed it was for Parliament to decide " when that moment might be". The couple, he a 47-year-old senior prison officer and she a 48-year-old regional sales manager of a multinational firm, married in 2002 and lived apart after six years. She has a 17-year-old son from a previous marriage whom he adopted and for whose maintenance he pays $1,000 a month, which the court upheld. The parties cannot be named under the law. At issue was the $120,000 lump sum maintenance she sought, "presumably" computed at $1,000 a month for their decade-long marriage, noted the judge. The woman earned slightly more than he did. She grossed $215,900 in annual income according to her 2010 income tax returns. They kept and spent their personal income separately and were financially independent of each other. She had more assets than him. Justice Choo said there should be no maintenance order if the court as in the present case finds she had not depended on her former spouse before and will not rely on any future maintenance monies. Nor should there be an order for "no maintenance but with liberty to apply", which would apply in cases such as where the former husband is ill but subsequently recovers to be able to pay maintenance. "If women were to be treated as equal to men in marriage and in divorce, this distinction is important." The woman's lawyer, Ms Helen Chia, had pointed out she had been devoted to husband and child while juggling her full-time job. Justice Choo said this was taken into account when they agreed on how matrimonial assets should be divided. He added this was not an exceptional case, pointing to a recent High Court ruling in which the wife applied for maintenance and was denied as she was a business-savvy woman who could hold her own. Lawyers said the judge's remarks were a recognition of changing financial realities in spousal relationships. Lawyer Anuradha Sharma, who represented the husband, said: "The Women's Charter is still needed now but the judge is looking ahead to laws that will keep apace with the updated status of the respective spouses." Finally, here is a judge who is willing to apply the Women's Charter fairly with common sense :)

  11. Periods are the worst time of the month for females. We feel like we’re dying, we hate everyone and everything, work isn’t optional and all we want to do is crawl into our beds and never come out. Our guy friends, boyfriends and dads can’t feel our pain, but all of the women in our lives can relate. We love to bitch about our periods, regardless of the fact that we’ve been dealing with them every month since we were 13(ish). It doesn’t matter; girls love to complain and love to have people who will listen. Bitching about your period basically ensures a great audience. We have a love/hate relationships with our periods because it’s an excuse to eat whatever we want and to be a huge bitch, to sum it all up. No? Just me? No way. More of that later. What are the most common phrases women say to one another during this terrible time? Check it out below. 1. “Am I dying?” Seriously, it is not normal to bleed this much and not die. 2. “I’m so bloated.” UGH! Why am I so fat today? This is the worst feeling ever. Looks like I’ll be sticking to leggings for the next three to five days. 3. “At least I’m not pregnant!” This is probably the ONLY upside to getting your period, literally. 4. “Sorry I’m being a total bitch right now, but I’m on my period.” Get-out-of-jail-free card? Thank you very much, uterus. 5. “Can you really not get pregnant while having sex on your period?” Is this true? Is this a myth? Or is it just wishful thinking? FYI: Yes, you can totally get pregnant while on your period. 6. “Anyone have a tampon?” Somebody needs to wingardium leviosa a tampon to me right now because there is nothing worse than sitting at work realizing you forgot to bring backup. 7. “It’s my last day, will he know?” At that point, no one gives a sh*t. Both parties involved will be too busy to even figure out what’s going on, anyway. Well, hopefully for your sake. 8. “Do people still use pads?” #TBT: Pads! Hahaha, these are literally adult diapers. Can you actually believe people used these things willingly? Sh*t is disgusting. 9. “Seriously?! Another comforter bites the dust?” Every girl has had to experience something along these lines. There’s nothing worse than drifting off to sleep only to realize the crimson monster has made its way through your sheets. 10. “Is TSS real?” I’ve had this in for like seven hours. Is that too long? 11. “I don’t even want kids!!” I’m well aware of the fact I will never have kids. Can I just remove my uterus, already? 12. “I can eat whatever I want. I deserve it.” The best part (like there is one) of being on our periods is that fact that we can rationalize any and every morsel of food that passes through our lips. 13. “I need chocolate!” This is self-explanatory. 14. “I don’t have to go to the gym, right?” Who the hell wants to do jumping jacks on their period? Not me, that’s for sure. 15. “This underwear cost me $26!” You have your date-night underwear, your daytime underwear and then the reject pile that’s reserved for your period week. We may have been dealing with this sh*t for years, but for some reason, we never learn our lesson. 16. “Midol is a lie.” The 15 minutes of relief (if that) that this medication provides is totally not worth the money. You’re much better off smoking a joint, trust me. 17. “I’m allowed to be a bitch.” I can be a huge bitch and no one can say a damn thing because it’s my hormones speaking! #Winning 18. “I hate everyone.” All women are more irritable on their periods, and with good reason. This time of the month is painful and uncomfortable, putting us on edge for every conversation we’re going to engage in. 19. “Why does the government not pay for tampons?” Clinics give away condoms but not tampons? How does this make any sense? Insurance should totally pay for tampons. A whole box is like $16. Ain’t nobody got money for that. 20. “I just want to curl up in a ball and die.” I. Need. My. Bed. Right. Now. 21. “Why do I have to go into work today?” Women should totally get a day off during that time of the month. I mean you all have that one day that is significantly worse than the rest. Cue the heating pad. 22. “Ugh, I should’ve just skipped it this month.” For the lucky girls who are on birth control, they have the option to skip their period, altogether, each month. But for the rest of us, unfortunately, this is just not an option. 23. I WISH I WAS A GUY! If you have not uttered these words, you haven’t really experienced a period. Men don’t know how good they have it. Source: http://elitedaily.com/women/23-things-that-every-girl-has-said-while-on-her-period/

  17. Another one for the 7th month files. I wonder how this happened? Suicide? Spontaneous human combustion? Unfortunate smoking accident? A woman's charred corpse was found at the Ceylon Sports Club at Balestier Road yesterday morning. According to Lianhe Zaobao, an eyewitness last saw her on fire at 11.50am, when she fell onto the grass. The Singapore Civil Defence Force was alerted to the incident and rushed to the scene, but she had already died, reported the Chinese daily. After her body was removed, the silhouette of her scorched body remained on the grass. Six women and one man later appeared at the scene, and one of the women who was middle aged and wearing a yellow sari had to be helped to her feet by the others. The group later went to a nearby HDB estate and met a young man.

  23. China masseuse stalks S'pore man She refuses to leave his office, covers his car with notices listing grievances By Karen Wong November 01, 2007 SHE was his regular masseuse. But when he stopped going to her, the China national began stalking him. He claimed that she phoned him several times and showed up at his office and his home a few times. She even went to his office and refused to budge when she was asked to leave. Another time, she stuck notices about her grievances against him on his car. It got so bad that businessman Howe Jee Tian, 55, who is married with a 19-year-old daughter, took out a private summons against her. Song Jing, who is now a Singapore PR, was found guilty of criminal trespass, mischief and using criminal force after a three-day hearing. The district court fined her a total of $1,000. The court heard that Mr Howe, managing director of a building contracting company, got to know Song in 2003 at a massage parlour in Holland Road. Song was his masseuse whenever he visited that parlour. She later moved to another massage parlour at International Plaza in Tanjong Pagar and he continued to be her customer. When he stopped going to her sometime last year, Song began to pester and stalk him. In Singapore, there is no law against stalking and Song was taken to court for the offences she committed in the course of it. The court heard that on 26 Aug last year , Song went to Mr Howe's office at Gul Lane, burst into his room unannounced and interrupted a meeting he was having with his accounts manager. He asked her to leave, but she ignored him. She just sat on a chair, stayed silent and refused to budge. He then called the police. Still, she refused to leave until after the police arrived and spoke to her. Three months later, at about 10am, one of Mr Howe's employees noticed Song pasting pieces of paper on his car parked outside his office building. The employee told Mr Howe what was happening and he went out to investigate. He said he saw Song pasting notices listing her grievances about their relationship on his car. He snapped a photograph of her with his handphone camera and told her to stop. COMMOTION She turned around, shouted at him and grabbed his collar. She continued shouting and refused to let go of his shirt. Mr Howe's foreman and two other workers saw the commotion and came to his aid. He had to send his car for cleaning later, spending $175 to get all the glue marks removed. One day during the trial in July, Song - who was representing herself - started laughing and crying. An ambulance had to be called for her and the trial was postponed to another day. District Judge Eddy Tham found Song guilty of committing mischief, using criminal force by grabbing MrHowe, and trespass. She pleaded for leniency saying that she had come from China in 2001 to work as a beautician and later a masseuse. She is married with one son. She added that she was suffering from depression. Judge Tham fined her $1,000 and ordered that she compensate Mr Howe the cost of cleaning his car. He said: 'There were no aggravating factors in the present case, but neither were there any exceptional mitigating circumstances.' He noted that despite Song's claim of depression, she could not show the court how her condition reduced her culpability. He said: 'She had continually harassed Howe despite Howe repelling her, time and again. She did not show any remorse for her actions. 'She defiantly claimed trial even when there was not much of a defence....' Judge Tham also noted that Song is not 'impoverished', as she is employed as a masseuse and could afford to pay a private investigator $5,000 to get information on Mr Howe. She has filed an appeal against her sentence. Mr Howe's lawyer, Mrs Christine Sekhon from Sant Singh Partnership, declined to comment on the case, as the appeal is pending. http://newpaper.asia1.com.sg/news/story/0,...,146421,00.html?
