got the intension to switch from cl7a to camry 2.4 due to bigger space, quietness and bigger cc of camry 2.4. during the test drive, i found that the low end torque is quite ok and gives the feeling of lightness despite heavy body. however when i was about to drive out to the main road, i try to floor the throttle and ramp the engine to feel the responsiveness, i am surprise to see the car won't move at all. all i can feel was like the car just move linearly no matter how hard i floor the throttle. i am quite dissapointed.....anyone can comment?

This car to me, is a classic example of soft honda paint at work. Just about 6 mths old, washed once a week or two, either by the owner or hand wash at petrol kiosk, "protected" by an am**ing PPS after collection, was found to have tons of scratches or wash lines all over the car. check out the following pics: Some before n after pics:
