Hi all, Pls look at posted scenario. i dont know if im the only one that feels like this... Very often, some cars take their own sweet time to slow down WAY BEFORE APPROACHING the dedicated turning lane.. and even when they reach that lane to filter, they choose to either 1. slowly filter in, most of the time straddling both straight and turning lanes 2. or move in at the last minute It is particular irritating to the cars behind. I usually will 'steer' into the lane at earliest possible time to avoid holding up any car behind me (of cos if there is a queue there, boh bian). How often do u kena a red light you didnt have to because of these cars? Especially for right turning lanes, since lane 1 is for faster moving vehicle. So if you need to filter out to U turn or turn right? MOVE YOUR A$$ FASTER!

Had a little debate about driving last night, and I'm wondering what people's opinions are. Lets say you are driving and are passing a slower moving vehicle and are planning on filtering into his or her lane. When you pass the vehicle, you signal, check etc, and it is all clear, the other vehicle does not speed up, etc, this you move into his/her lane very quickly. Think of the movement as quick cutting someone off abruptly, BUT there is more than ample space, the other driver does not need to slow down, etc. Do you consider this to be rude?

Hi guys.. Wonder if you guys encountered such stupid drivers.. I was along Fort road and is preparing to enter ECP towards changi, thus was driving along the slip road that joins with ECP. In front of me there is first a van, then an altis, then me. Usually when you are about the join the main expressway traffic, there is a chevron, then pass the chevron you will start to filter to the lanes on the right. The van is slow, so driver decides to stays on left most lane. The altis is following closely behind the van, without any indication that he is gg to filter right. As the speed is slow, i signaled, checked blind spot and start to accel and filter to right.. Then at this moment, the stupid altis starts to edge out without any warning as my car nose is already at his rear wheels level. I honked and he just carried on his manouvre. To avoid an accident, i have no choice by to jz take avoidance measure and go right again.. then to my horror there is fast approaching white grandis, which has to slowed down as he witness what was happening infront and he was prepared... To the Grandis, my sincere apologies.. to the altis uncle, please wake up your farking idea.
